They did not deliver on what they promised us in the beginning. The promised they would take care of everything and that did not happen. Next thing I knew they said I needed 24 hour nursing care after they said she would be the highest functioning residents on the floor. She also took several falls while she was here, I did not feel like they were qualified.

It is right for some and not for others. It hasn't been the right fit for my loved one. We are planning on moving my loved one out. The response to the pandemic and the food hasn't been good. The food was delivered to the residents during the quarentine. The residents received cardboard milk, and food that wasn't recongizable by the residents. This has been a big challenge. Some items were a hassle and invasion of space.

There were some issues with the community being short staffed, and not caring for my loved one the best they could have. The staff was middle of the road; some were good, and others weren't. I feel this wasn't the best community for my loved one.

We chose Marquis Gardens Place because the availability at the time. I would want others to know that the administration of the facility was very hard to work with. My mom went in at a certain reasonable price and the amount of money that they were charging to do things that we had no control of was unreal. It ended up going up hundreds of dollars a day and before we pulled her out we were paying a ton more than what we came into it paying. It also seemed like they were understaffed and the staff were not trained properly in person. Overall, it was not a good experience for our family.

I would want people who are looking into Clen Moore Place that the facility is very beautiful, but that they did not do a very thorough assessment on my mom before going here. Within a few days of her moving in, they said they realized she needed more care than they thought, which was going to cost more money. I also think that they were understaffed. They did not tell me there was a 3,000 community fee for joining, so that was shocking to me. I took her out rather quickly, and I got very little money in return. This is more of an assisted living facility, so I would recommend if that it what you are looking for, but not if your loved one needs more care.

We chose this community mainly because of the staff members [names removed] also it is a half a mile from our house. The apartment itself is a nice size for my parents and we like its newness. They are in independent living moving towards assisted living and are able to make that change without moving. They have undergone new management. Before this change, the facility would get a 5, but since the new management and COVID it has gone downhill. Due to COVID, they are not cooking the meals here. Before COVID the food was great, but now is it not good. I would not recommend this community right now due to the management change and COVID.

We had my sister in law at Lakeside. They worked well with me. Care depended on what staff was on that day. They had a lot of misc. fees after we moved out. They turned it over to a collection agency without even speaking to me about it.

This community is listed as an assisted living, however, the care was not available without begging for it. The LPN in charge was very difficult to deal with, medications were not administrated as prescribed and it was very disappointing and frustrating. The food was okay, not great. We chose this community because if seemed very friendly and like they were on the ball at the time, the director was an RN and we thought that would be a big plus, but it wasn't.

There are some good staffing there and some other staffing I did not care for all. The food was good. The room sizes and layout were really good. I had given them a chair alarm to use for my mom. They never put the chair alarm on her chair. My mom fell and hit her head and had to go to the hospital.

My understanding would be that they would be taken care of all his needs however, while he was there he developed pressure ulcers and there were not attended to at all. My dad had severe dementia, he would lay in bed all day and he wouldn't eat and drink. He then had to go to the hospital for severe dehydration and stage 4 pressure ulcers , upon release had to go into skill nursing and he passed away soon after.

They seem to be dedicated to keeping things at the community clean. The staff is great; they are even bringing us our meals to our rooms and they go above and beyond. The food is good, although it is a little fattening. The main thing is that they cannot accommodate for special diets. Previous to the Covid-19 pandemic, they had adequate activities, however they could have been better and had more.

The tour was nice, the variety of the different styles of apartments were great to see. The price is higher than most and the various levels of care is lower as well. This is definitely a community for older adults that don’t need a lot of assistance.

We are so happy that my mother was willing to look at the Sheridan. This is the 1st facility that we looked at. [Name removed] was very kind. I was impressed that he has been apart of the organization for 9 years. We really enjoyed being able to talk with one of your residents. She had been there for 3 years and was happy there. We personally did not like the facility. It was not warm, too corporate, limited menu. We also did not the like the room that they showed us. It was not clean and faced a brick wall. We wanted to see something homey and this place did not present that very well. But overall it was a victory and we hope that even though this was not the property that we will find one that works for my mom and dad.

They were very nice at this facility, but it was a little outdated for my Mom's taste. Didn't see very many of their people out and about.

Bright and cheery and the studio (smallest one) still had a lot of space. Not a good fit for our mom because as an assisted living tenant she did not have use of pool and other facilities on site.

Yes, clean and friendly. I guess I was expecting more care than what was provided. My father did not want to shower, I felt that more effort from the staff could have assisted him in showering. He was there 30 days and showered 3 times. I was there everyday! No one checked if he even was changing clothes or brushing his teeth. Even after I spoke to the staff, there was no change in hygiene. The last day he was there, when I arrived he had no sheets on the bed, he was lying on the air mattress on top of the mattress with no sheet! I did address the staff when I was leaving that day. While I was there, we talked, he said he didn't feel well, he hadn't eaten since lunch the day before, which he only had ice cream. I left him at 2:45 pm and 3:00 pm I received a call that he was on the floor unresponsive. Dad never regained consciousness and passed away at the hospital. Without an autopsy, I have no real answer as to what caused his death. I do not, in any way feel that Park Creek was responsible for his death. I do, however, feel that for the cost, a little bit more care could have been provided.

Very safe and secure. Rooms are on the perimeter with an enclosed courtyard in the center. Pet friendly. I felt the rooms were extremely small though and would not suit my Mom who has been living independently in a row home.
