My tour of this is community was a pleasant one. The community looked nice and clean. The staff was kind and very friendly. This is an assisted living community, and my in laws are still pretty independent. It was a good tour, but not the place for my in laws.

I had a good tour of this community. From what I saw everything appeared to be well-kept. The community looked nice and clean. The staff I met was kind and helpful. There were many factors that played into where place my loved one. This just wasn't the community for her and her needs.

The management is not easy to work with. The staff however were pleasant. My dad had a hard time making friends and socializing because the memory care residents were not kept separate. The community didn't promote socialization or activities among the residents.

Some days, seniors need a little extra help - after an illness, injury or procedure, and I am always made to feel that asking for a little extra attention is a big imposition to the staff. Sometimes, they also seem so rushed, and things my Mom needs done are done rather poorly. Maybe they need more staff? We pay A LOT of money for her to live there. Mom doesn't like the food, and the meal times are very regimented. It's hard to make an 89 year old change their way of eating and if you don't match their tight schedule, you are out of luck. Mom barely avails herself of the food she if forced to pay for. She is comfortable, but care and caring is not individualized for such a steep sum.

In the running but very few two bedroom units in assisted living and the one bed room is just too small.

Everything is going pretty well for my wife at this community. It is a very nice looking community, everything looks great. The staff is really good, they are very helpful and kind. They do offer nice activities for the residents. The food is okay, and I would like for the staff to help her more when she is eating. They are caring for my wife very well.

My Mom is a new resident and the facility is lovely, the care seems good thus far.

So far it's working out okay. I don't have any major complaints. They keep it clean and the staff is friendly. Though they are a little short staffed, and the food could definitely be improved.

I will say that my loved ones are receiving excellent care here, and it is a very nice looking facility. However, I had a very poor experience actually getting them in here. The woman I worked with was friendly, I was working with a very limited time frame and I feel like I was being taken advantage of. I couldn't get them to give me a price for anything until I told them my budget, and they came back with something slightly above that. I also paid a 5,100 fee which I thought was a down payment on the first months rent, but it turns out it was a non-refundable "community fee". They really need to do a better job explaining their various fees, and having a price sheet for potential residents would go a long way as well.

As far as I can tell, all of the staff members over at the Spring Oaks are doing the best that they can. I really do not have enough experience with this sort of thing, so I have nothing to compare it with.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. This seemed like a nice enough place in terms of the care provided and the friendliness of the staff, but I just didn't think it looked as nice as some other options that I had seen in the area.

I have some concerns with Diamond View Assisted Living and Memory Care. They moved my father-in-law into the newer building. It is a beautiful building but he is bored. The bedroom is way down the hall. He seemed happier in the other building. We are going call and voice our concerns. His bed hasn't been changed in a long time. I was a CNA and our job was to do a walk through and make sure everything was getting done. His toilet hasn't been flushed in a while. He hasn't taken a shower in a long time. We have been going to visit a lot and they have very young aids working. They are sitting on couch watching TV. I was taught that there is always busy work. It is a beautiful building and will go downhill quick if it's not taken care of. I brought dad creamer and I asked an aid to make coffee and it took forever for it to get to us. The pizza he had was like cardboard. He just had to eat the topping off. They also need to make water more available. The staff served two small cups of orange juice that he quickly downed. My relatives were visiting and the aid allowed my father-in-law to follow them out the door. I didn't think that was safe. I am hoping these issues can get resolved soon.

Sometimes I feel like the staff are over reacting at The Woodmark at Uptown. She has been there a month and has been in the hospital twice already. I just think they are a little too quick to judge some thing. They are really taking assisted living to the furthest degree. They don't really encourage her to get out of her room much. She has early onset dementia and is in a new environment, new people and just getting used to everything. Well, the staff want to put her in memory care already. I think it is a little soon but we are working on it.

I found that their nursing staff, as far as administering the medications was really lacking. The three times that I was there visiting in a week and a half I experienced errors in dosing and asked to see the orders and they were not followed specifically the way they should have been.

I am writing on behalf of my parent who has moved into the Breakers. The apartment and the view is terrific. The activities are good as well. However, the dining situation is abysmal. Each day, there is a wait to be seated of at least an hour. That is just to be seated. It can take 30 minutes just to get the order taken by a server. Add another 40 minutes to be served cold food. The food is bland or mushy. This has been going on all summer. The dining area is understaffed and the management does not seem to be doing much about it. If not for the social aspect of taking the meal plan, I would certainly not recommend it.

The staff is attentive and friendly. Housekeeping is very good. Food is excellent. I think they could use a few more activities and staff

I have not been at Benton House of Dublin that long. I will say that I am enjoying my time here. I am looking forward to the experience. So far it has been good. I am hoping it continues this way.

We had a mixed experience with the Barrington of West Chester. The community itself is very nice looking, clean, and well kept. However, the level of care did not end up being a good match for my client. In addition I felt the response times to their call buttons was slow.

I think overall they try to do a good job, there was a number of things we were unhappy about that didn't get resolved. Its not bad but not that good would not recommend.
