A lovely community, however it is not the local community I want. Very pleasant sales director and lovely residents.A fun environment.

The Woodmark is a high rise family owned facility in the uptown area of the city. It was once a very elegant facility, but now seems tired. Immediately there is a noticeable fragrance that is in the air. While pleasant, it did seem to be covering another not so pleasant fragrance. The common areas are warm, but dim almost dark. Their move in cost is a one time 2500. Studio rents are between 3060-3285 per month. Large one bedroom is 4250 for a limited time and a two bedroom is 6450. There is a 950 per month charge for 2nd resident. All utilities, dining and 24 hr emergency call is included. They could not provide upfront pricing or estimates for care until you are "onboard" and an assessment is made by their nurses. Then they will communicate fees based on their assessment. Their facility is large and offers mountain views of the city on the higher floors and common rooms. They immediately went into incentives unasked and offered to "crunch the numbers." Dining times are 3x's per day and after hours eating was limited to coffee and small snacks. They do offer Memory care rates starting at 4935 per mo for a studio. They allow pets with a fee and a small monthly rental. I didn't like not knowing how to budget for personal care services. Diabetes requiring insulin injections cannot be done. They can manage a couple with varying care needs. Did not see many residents about at 3:30pm. They will provide housekeeping and laundry services but there are also self serve laundry rooms.

I looked at Seasons while trying to find a place for my loved one, and I thought that the community was nice, if a little worn. They are in the middle of sprucing the place up, repainting the walls, and getting new carpeting. I think the updates will definitely be an improvement.

This place is always clean and smells wonderful. Most everyone is very friendly and helpful. Some of the aides need more training in dealing with seniors that have their own opinions. Also, the food leaves a lot to be desired.

This is a nice community bright, open and the staff did a very great job showing me around the assisted living and the memory care plus answering all my questions. They suggested that my mom would do well in the memory care but I felt that this was just not the best fit for her. I would suggest taking their tour here as it is a nice place.

I met with them and it was just not the place we wanted. It might have been good for someone else. It seemed as if we came at a confusing time. It was in the evening during meal time.

[Removed] was super nice. Staff seemed nice as well. If my mom was older and more feeble, this would be great. Saw many residents sleeping in wheelchairs which is not my mom at all.

I had recently taken a tour of this community and I was very impressed with this property. The staff where all awesome and very helpful throughout our visit. They made sure to give us honest feedback and lots of great suggestions on what would be best for my husband. I also liked how clean everything was and the great amenities they had for all of the residents. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone it was just not the right budget for us in the end decision.

Villa are nice, but for me the rest of the community is nursing home edgy. [Removed] is amazing though!

We had an okay tour of this community. Everything went well, and the staff was kind. The community looked nice from what we saw. I just didn't feel it was the right for us, but our tour went well overall.

I visited many similar facilities and narrowed the choices down to two such facilities. My mother chose this one based on location. My choice would have been the other. The food varies from ok to not so ok. The overall cleanliness is spotty. There are additional charges for virtually everything. For example, in every competitor's facility, there are exercise rooms, many are better equipped, this is the only one I found that charges a monthly fee for usage.

Everyone has been extremely friendly and welcoming to my father at this community. I am very pleased with the quality of care he has been receiving in the memory unit. He also has been enjoying the meals they have been providing him as well as the social environment with the other residents. I do wish that they had more activities available for him throughout the day to keep him busy. They have nothing for males to do.

My Wife and Mother noticed the smell. Floor was sticky too.

03/10/2017 The place is still brand spanking new, which makes it head and shoulders above the other establishments. The rooms are of a nice size, not to big, but not to small. The community and staff are very accommodating and friendly, it's easy to fit in and find friends. The food is varied and tasty, if a bit erratic in it's quality and service. Something they need to work on. Moving in can be chaotic, many miscommunications happen regularly, from missed medications to being sorely uninformed of the daily routines. Many times it feels as if one hand does not know what the other is doing. If you as a family member can be involved and be an advocate for the resident, you can keep your thumb on the management and staff. After 5 weeks of being here, we are starting to get with the program. They have private bus service which is really nice, room service for when you don't feel like eating in the dining room, housekeeping, laundry service... there are many benefits. I believe once they settle in to a good staff, and a regular schedule things will become smoother for all the residents.

The staff has been good. Overall everything has been good, but I do have one complaint that I have brought to them. Before dad moved in I used to have people calling all the time. Now whenever I have a problem I have called, emailed and texted with no response. Communication is key and they need to step up there game.

The Garden Way Place was okay. The main area where the residents had to hang out was quite small. Most of them were watching tv while I was on my tour. The place was too restricted and it just was not what we were looking for at the time.
