We are happy with the care that is provided at this community. The staff have been friendly and attentive to his needs. The community is a clean facility. Generally my relative likes the meals but at times he is served cold food. Overall, we are satisfied with the community.

We very much liked the layout and color scheme of the facility. The Large Studio unit was nice and at a good price. Very nice amenities as well.

My respite stay at this community went very well. They treated me very kind and respectful. It is a well maintained facility, they do a good job with cleaning the community. The staff was great they were always willing to help. I did try a few of the activities they offer. I loved the food, the meals were very impressive. This is a community I would recommend.

I toured here, and it was really nice. It was very comparable to most of the places I looked at, both in terms of cost and quality. The director ended up talking to me for about an hour answering my questions, not just about the community but also about just the situation in general. I never got the feeling that he was trying to sell me on his community, just that he wanted me to find the right community. They were very helpful!

Everything is good so far. We are not sure how long she will be there, but hopefully things will continue to go well. There are no complaints about the staff or the facility so far and we hope to keep it that way.

My mother lived here for only a few days. The bedding process is something that they could work on. However, the place was really nice and the people were friendly.

Overall things are going well. The facility is very nice and always kept clean. The staff is always willing to help with a warm smile. The food service could use some help.

We love Brookdale Valley View. Pam and Wanda are awesome. My dad loves it. He's a happy camper. He does say that the food is bland. On a general basis he does complain about it but I realize it probably has to be. Everybody that works there is amazing.

I think that all of the staff members do a very good job of taking care of my loved one. It is hard for her to get around and I think that they do as good a job as anyone can expect; better then I could do.

the staff is friendly, and I have really nothing to complain about. Although there is a lot of processed food. You can order a salad ahead of time though.

They have taken good care of our loved one. There is not really anything I can think of for improvements, they are doing what they can. They have a good staff and as long as they are doing what they are doing, it is good.

They have been really great in terms of working with me on my loved one's move; it was on the weekend and the manager came out and helped. They have just been highly responsive and very easy to work with.

We are happy with Brookdale Valley View! My dad didn't care much for it at first but he's liking it now!

This most fit our needs of the ones I saw today. Nice place, nice staff. Manageable as far as cost. Small studio, no kitchenette. Nice bath.

I am very pleased with the Arcadia Retirement Village. You get a lot for the money at this place and it has a nice atmosphere. The rooms are at least twice as big as any others that I saw and even though my dad is sharing a room, he has plenty of space. The people that work there are so sweet and always helpful so I know my dad is in good hands!

They worked with me really well on the pricing and were very flexible with the move-in. They were very friendly and accommodating throughout the process and made it a very smooth transition. Everything about Brookdale Riverside thus far has been a really good experience and I would recommend them.

The Lakewood Park Manor is a nice community. Overall, this is a nice place. Everyone is very friendly and nice. The value is great. My loved one is well taken care of. I would recommend the Lakewood Park Manor.

just talked to my mother and she is not so happy there at all she has gained some weight so it lets me know she is no into the activities as much i gave the over rating a 4 star rating i all so gave the cleanliness of the property a rating of a 5 star rating
