My son visited this facility and liked it. We will be touring this facility this weekend.

My mother has been inWaterview Memory Care for 3 years. The people who work there make this place a home for the residents. From the administration in the front office, to the memory care director, to the staff who care for the residents, to the cooks who prepare the food - the entire community seems to work together to provide a genuine, caring atmosphere for those needing these services. I have seen the staff give of themselves in so many ways - they make sure each resident has their needs met, and they respect and honor the family members who visit. Every attempt is made to provide the kind of atmosphere that is most appropriate for those with Memory issues. We so appreciate the entire staff for their unselfish love for the residents

My mother has been in Waterview Memory Care for 3 years. There is no better place for her as far as I am concerned. The Director of Memory Care, and the entire staff in the unit has given her excellent care those three years. The administration of Waterview The Cove has been responsive and helpful whenever I have needed assistance or help. The staff who participates in daily care of my mother genuinely cares for each and every person in Memory Care. They all seem to have the capacity to relate to these wonderful people who have fallen to various memory maladies. They are always respectful, caring, and generous. They have been open with me, and have always been willing to answer my questions - and go way beyond what others might have done. I am grateful for this place - knowing, of course, it is not the "place" - it is the people who work there.

I visited Lyndale, seeking something for my Dad. The grounds and lake are absolutely beautiful. I was met by a friendly and professional Marketing Director. Who really took the time to answer all my concerns, and find the right fit for my mother. As an added bonus, she even was able to direct me to resources and give me valuable information regarding my Mom's care. She made a point to let me meet each member of their management, and I was very impressed. While touring, random residents greeted us, they told us how happy they have been living at Lyndale, and that the food was very good. Their Assisted Living is in high demand, and I can see that the residents are very well cared for and the nurse took to the time to meet with us, and answer any questions, and go over options and care. This place truly is best of the best. Thank you, Senior Advisor!

We chose Heartis for my loved one because she has very specific needs, and Heartis is able to meet them. The staff here are great. They are very helpful, and they're just very attentive to my loved one. I think she is very happy with the food, and I appreciate that they keep the community very clean. Even though my loved one hasn't participated yet, they seem to have a lot of actives and get togethers for the residents in the community. We are very happy with Heartis so far, and would recommend the community to others.

Love Love Love the one bedroom apartment and the community areas. [Removed] was wonderful. This is individual living so I think my father will need a little more oversight. The location is also not convenient for all of my siblings to visit. Very nice.

I love the apartments and the community areas. This is assisted living at it's best. Unfortunately this is kind of far out there to be easily accessible by all of my siblings for visitation.

We are in this 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen in this community and it is great. They are taking good care of us. We good 3 good meals a day and we have options to choose from. They keep our place clean and the overall community also. They will do our laundry. They are all nice and congenial. They give us a weekly activity calendar that we will enjoy soon. They also have a shuttle to go to the grocery store or a doctor's appointment. I would recommend this community.

Heartis Amarillo is a very impressive community. The staff are very kind and attentive to the residents' needs, They learn every one's names, and really make an effort to make you feel right at home. It's a comfortable community with excellent food and a lot of activities. It is certainly the nicest of these communities that I've been in. I would highly recommend it to other families.

My parents have a 1 bedroom here and the attention is phenomenal. They will go and check on them every couple of hours. They have her on medication management which is working out great. T Daddy gets involved in the daily activities and they will try to engage mom to join in also. It is very clean with no odors. The food is good and has a fair variety. It has a very pretty courtyard area. I would recommend this community.

My father and I lived here a year, and it is a great place for a completely independent person who likes to walk. The grounds are beautiful, as is the foyer. Many of the residents are still there after we left three years ago when Papa needed more care. Best buffet on the planet.

My Mother was at another facility and we chose this one because it was going to be a step up. I really like how the staff members actually treat her like a person and they are getting to know her. The staff helps her out a lot and her health is improving tremendously. For activities they have country rides, entertainment that comes in, parties, and bingo.

Beautiful facility. Great location. However, I felt it was a bit overpriced.

The sales team and the front desk workers at Landon Ridge are excellent, and I really like the facility as a whole. The place is new, clean, and for the price, I feel it has the best floor plans and amenities of any of the other communities we saw. The food is good here, and my loved one raves and raves about it, which is great because he's a bit hard to please with food. I also love that he is able to maintain a good social life here, and he has been enjoying meeting new people and participating in the church services there. I would recommend Landon Ridge to others.

I toured here when looking for a place for my Mother-in-law. The building was very nice, but the care was very expensive. It looked like you got what you paid for, at least. The person that gave the tour was able to answer our questions and seemed knowledgeable about the facility. It ultimately didn't fit our budget or our needs. However, it’s probably a nice place to live if you can afford it.

This is a very clean and beautiful facility. It’s in close proximity to a large shopping center with a lot of restaurants. It is also only 5 miles away from the University which is really convenient for me because I teach there. What I really like about this facility is they have a dedicated staff member who oversees the adult living enhancements. I would recommend this facility to other people.

I went on a tour here and it was fairly decent. They were nice and helpful and answered all of my question’s. They allowed pets here. We looked at an apartment that had a dog and they said they were going to clean it. It was more expensive we thought but after it was all said and done probably wasn’t that bad. We did chose elsewhere.
