I loved Landon Ridge, this was actually my first choice. But the lady we were working with would not respond to any of my calls or texts so we had to go with another facility. She called after we had already gotten mom all settled in her new facility.

We really liked Bristol Park, it was a super cute set up. She would have been able to access the outdoor area from her room which would have been a plus, but the rooms were very small. They do allow smoking at this facility.

This community was good but the community that I went with had more activities than the other community.

Food is appetizing and I enjoy all of it. I am one of the residents that eats every morsel.

I love having a housekeeper not having to cook. Activities when I want them. Some good friends.

People so friendly, staff are great, we are at home, have privacy, and safe-never lock our door here.

Privacy, independence, respectful, friendly atmosphere, great view-open space, golf course.

We have not personally had any experience with the meals and dining but from others who have visited our loved one and the feedback we have heard, is that the meals are pretty good. She really enjoys all the activities and participates in quite a lot.

Could not be any better in my eyesight.

Wonderful people (staff) res-great 3rd floor needs cleaning (yuk). Meals leave a lot to be desired ok but need fresh veg, fresh fruit-no breaded fish, no fried foods, needs lower calorie food. Low Salt, low sugar, low fat, and more salads.

My 86 year-old mother has been a resident for about four months. Even though this is an independent living facility. I'm not sure she could get by alone, without the help of the wonderful staff. They are great with all of the residents.

I am thankful my mother resides here. This is a safe, beautiful community with sincerely caring staff. The staff is reliable.

Great place to live.

Is a nice safe place to live could use some redecoration. The staff is outstanding mostly very nice people live here. I am at home here. This community is like my own family.

Thank Good-I am safe and my son is happy knowing that I have found home again. Here for 15 years and this home is mine to keep. I have been living here at Rocky Ridge for 15 years. Due to the storm Katrina I had to leave my home Noveau Mare (means new beginnings) own by the same Holiday Co. They made sure we were safe and moved us from New Orleans to their home that had vacancy.

Embark at Lake Worth is a great independent senior living community. I have been a resident for over 5 years. The food service, activities, and nearby stores are good. The management staff is helpful to everyone's needs.

The people I met on the tour were very friendly, and the facility was extremely clean. I can't say what it's like for a loved one to actually live there, but I had a positive tour experience.

My mother with dementia lived in memory care for two and a half years. I visited her nearly every day except during the pandemic. I have eaten there as well. The food is tasty, nutritious with frequent snacks and multiple choices. The care associates there are EXCELLENT. They knew how to deal with my mom’s many behavioral problems and she loved them like family. The director of the facility, Stacy, was always available, supportive, and followed up on any issue we brought to her promptly and efficiently. The facility is clean and mom loved spending time in the 3 courtyards over the years. There is also alot of indoor carpeted hallways for walking which mom loved.

Overall, it has been great. The staff has been fantastic and very friendly. One of our main search criteria was that all meals be provided. They serve three meals a day, seven days a week, so there's not any meal our loved ones have to worry about getting. Mom likes the food, but Dad is pretty picky. Overall it's good, and there are lots of choices available. They love the activities. They're geared toward everybody, men and women. And the ratio of men to women is pretty balanced, which Dad was happy about. There are a lot of doctors nearby, not farther than half a mile form Heritage Place. Another search criteria that they met was bedrooms large enough to fit medical beds. At most of the facilities that we visited, the rooms just weren't big enough. But at Heritage Place, it has been really nice that they could fit all the furniture they wanted in the room, including the medical beds. We think it's a great value here. It was the cheapest place that we found, but also the best.
