[name removed] is at The Ridge and the staff are trained well & knows how to handle all stages. I am happy with the care. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The meals are very good. I even go frequently to visit my dad and have a meal with him. The place is very clean. They've recently remodeled. The executive director of The Ridge at Oregon City is trying to bring in more residents. Some residents have died and some have moved out because of health reasons. I've even gotten to know some of the residents there. The new activity director has many varieties of activities available as well as field trips

The staff is what I like the most about Edgemont Place. Every 6 weeks, Edgemont Place provides a 1-hour meeting for the residents' loved ones to come and voice any issues they may have in front of the directors. The move-in process was very welcoming and they made it very special.

The cost is somewhat less than other places. Ask as many questions as you can. Tenants aren't allowed to wear open towed shoes so she had to stay in her room until I bought them and brought them over. At times, it has been difficult for my MIL to get her meds in the night. That's about it. No where is perfect.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Peaks at South Jordan. Most everything has been good so far. The move-in process was rough. I had to go find someone and ask every step of the way to find out where to go and what to do. They seemed to have no process in place. The RNs could do better with details on medication orders. I like the activities, they are great. The housekeeping is quite good. Overall, Yes I would recommend this facility to others. They have eyes on the residents almost all the time. My loved one is safe there.

The main reason we chose Ridge at Stratford was the "bang for the buck". The staff have been awesome as well! Would absolutely recommend this facility to others looking.

The staff is really friendly, always helps with a smile. Resident are always friendly. Good place to live meals are delicious always fun activities, good book to read at the library. Family environment always a good vibes.

Our family had an in person tour with The Ridge at Lansing and we found they did a good job on the tour experience but at the time there was not no room availability for our loved one

My loved one is currently a resident at Edgemont Place. The cleanliness, staff, and activities are very good. The best thing about this facility is the staff. They really listen to you. The worst thing about this facility is the lack of PCA's. The value for cost is poor.

The Ridge at Frisco isn't perfect, but overall it's pretty good. I would recommend it. Wonderful staff members. Systems are all over the place. Terrible gassy sewer smell all the time.

The care was good and the staff was very friendly. Very good security. My wife was there during Covid so things were more strict. Since my wife passed a year ago there has been a change in ownership and most staff so I can't vouch for how everything is now. The cost and value at the time my wife was there was better than most facilities I visited. Based off of our experience, I would recommend The Peaks at South Jordan.

My mom has been in the Peaks for a couple of months now, and we can tell the difference with her socially. When we visit if there is an activity going on, she does not want to miss it. She enjoys going to them. She likes helping put in flowers outside by the fountain, The craft ones using her hands. She likes music therapy, working out her legs and hands to music. She likes putting puzzles together. She likes animal therapy, enjoys when the dog comes in. It it’s good to have things for them to do and make sure that they are not always in their rooms, lonely, and that they are socializing with other residents to help make the time and day go by faster.. so they don’t feel so all alone. There are activities going on a couple of times daily to make sure the residents are not bored! They even have activities that the families can come and enjoy with their loved ones which makes that a lot of fun.

Things I would tell others: The free Wi-Fi isn't strong enough to use. You'll need your own Wi-Fi if you want to use it. It is good for basic things on your phone or laptop, but not strong enough to stream movies. The thermostats in the room are inefficient and tough for my grandmother to use due to its location and the style is hard to turn, especially for old arthritis hands.

My Mom had Alzheimer’s and was at The Peaks care center for 14 months. The administration staff at this facility really do care about their jobs and are truly committed to making the care given at this facility the best. The nurses, med techs, activities coordinators, housekeepers, cafeteria staff, bedside caregivers were always pleasant and amenable. If we had a request of any kind they were prompt to reply. This facility met above average cleanliness standards as well. We were very pleased with the care provided to our mom and family.

They did not have enough staffing for care services. Evening patient supervision was minimal. Not enough care staff with medical qualifications. If you had even 40 residents at $[removed] a month, I believe you can get at least one RN. With more quality help.

I would recommend others to go there. I picked this community, because I had a really good advisor at A Place for Mom. I think out of all the different places we checked out it impressed us the most.

Greenfield Estates is a good value, but like all places in these circumstances, you must be vigilant of your loved one. Overall it has been a good experience in a difficult situation.

The residents and staff are great and I believe they care about their residents. The food has a lot left to be desired.

This facility is good, but my main concern is the continued outside agency help. I know that's an issue everywhere, but I still don't care for it. It's hard to build rapport when you don't have the same consistent staff. And it's hard for the staff, also. They aren't able to get to know the residents and their personal needs. Some of the caregivers are great and others not so much. The move in process could not have been better, it went very smooth. Housekeeping is ok, but the facility is all carpet and that makes it harder. My loved one's room is very clean. The common areas are clean, but have a urine smell due to being carpet and accidents happening. I've spoken to the director about it as well. Communication with the family is ok. I will say, they can truly handle Alzheimer's patients here. To me, there's a huge difference between Memory Care and Alzheimer's care. It's hard to find a good fit for Alzheimer's, but they do a great job here. For that type of care, I would recommend them to family and friends.

My father was not there long. Arrived in May and passed away end of July. He did not thrive there but I don't believe his lack if thriving or passing was because of the place. The facilities were going through significant turnover during the short time there. A lot of this had to do with the global impacts of Covid on all healthcare facilities. However I think there may have also been some changeover at the corporate level that was impacting resources at the facility. Due to the turnover, a care conference with the family that usually happens after the resident has settled in didn't happen even though requested a couple of times. There were multiple times my father had accidents and was not changed timely which indicated to us his need for help finding a restroom was not being met. His bathroom was also not always cleaned timely. These were items we planned to bring up at the care conference for resolution but it did not occur. Based on the responsiveness of the staff when things were addressed w them, we felt that in time and the settling down of turnover, the issues we observed would have been resolved. The staff was trying hard to maintain a good experience for residents and families, so we believed the issues to circumstantial, resolvable and not an indicator of a systemic problem. Unfortunately, we were unable to ascertain whether our beliefs were accurate or if there was a systemic problem that we would have realized with more time
