What an amazing experience for my Mother and even our family The staff goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are safe and happy!

My sister has lived at Chateau Brickyard for two years and has been very happy. The staff is wonderful and we consider each of them as family.

5+! My step mother was recommended here and it was immediately available this place is great and they welcomed us in right away. The staffing bend over backwards to make her feel welcomed when we got there the manager immediately addressed us by name, very informative. The lunch people were willing to bring her meals up to her when she could not do it which we thought was wonderful.

Unfortunately my father was only able to live at Avalon for two weeks, but he was quite happy there for the most part. He was on a medication that he had to take on an empty stomach and then wait for a period of time before eating, and he was still working with staff to get that med delivered at the time that was best for him. He was a foodie, and didn't love the food, but the facility, staff, and residents at Avalon are very warm and friendly. It felt like home when I first visited, and my father chose it over another facility that I visited with him. I visited 5 facilities, and Avalon was by far my favorite. The apartment was very large and comfortable and we all loved it.

My Great Aunt lives here and I have never seen her so happy. She has new friends and even has a boyfriend! I have eaten here and the food is outstanding, the party's are so much fun , the staff all enjoy their jobs and are so kind to the residents

The staff and residents are very friendly. I have been IMPRESSED with my mother living there and they have been going above and beyond to make her happy. Staff are caring, kind and patient and I feel like I am getting a great price for the service. I would recommend to anyone.

Well, everyone is very, very nice, but it takes them a long time once you push the button for them to come. They don't have enough helpers. The food is less than I would expect, they are having all kinds of problems with making me vegetarian foods. They are trying, but I don't know why they are having so much trouble.

My brother has lived here for about 2 years now. He absolutely enjoys living at Chateau Brickyard. The staff is outstanding! There's always something to do. He stays active with their exercise classes. The food is good! The people are great. I couldn't be more happier with everything. He loves it there and has helped him get back to his happy self. I would recommend this place to anyone. It's the only place I trust. It's just a great huge family.

There is such a great positive energy there and Trisha was so warm and compassionate towards our whole family not only in the beginning but still even today a year later. long term relationships have been formed for my mom and our family.

My Grandma has lived here for a little over a year and from the beginning the staff and the residents have been wonderful to my Grandma. They treat her like family and go out of there way to do whatever they can for her. She is not an incredibly social person, the staff recognizes this and go up and visit her and make her feel important! I am so glad that she moved to The Chateau Brickyard and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Each and every person I met while visiting my parents was warm, welcoming and professional. This is a rare combination in today's health care. This is exactly the type of place I would love to spend my golden years and could not feel better that my parents live there!

They are very friendly and good to work with. I would definitely recommend the LaChateau at Brickyard Place. This is a really nice place. It's very clean. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The staff has been accommodating. The value is excellent. The care services and activities are excellent as well. Overall, I am very pleased with LaChateau. It has been an excellent experience. I would highly recommend.

My sister has lived in Avalon Assisted Care, Memory Care, for approximately five years. Every time I visit her and leave, I go out the door and am extremely grateful for the staff that works there and for the care that she receives. I leave her and I know that she is in extremely good hands! I am also appreciative of the many activities that are provided for her at Memory Care. I feel that Jhonathon is a very good supervisor and tries to keep families informed about events regarding their loved ones, as well as events that occur at Memory Care. I also feel that during the time that he has been the supervisor, the facility has undergone some very positive physical changes and presents a very warm and inviting atmosphere.

Things seem to be going well so far for my loved one at Garden Square of Casper. I don't get to visit often, but I haven't heard a single negative thing about the place from my loved one!

I like the atmosphere of the place. It is very inviting. The entry area is very homey looking. It's open and tastefully decorated. It doesn't look overbearing. When you walk in you feel very comfortable. They can improve on communication with the caregivers. When I ask for some things to be done and try to follow up, the information isn't always transmitted to all of the caregivers. The location works for us; my dad and my sibling and I don't live near each other. They have alot of outside activities but my mom doesn't really take part in them. They need more game type indoor activities, besides dominoes. I would like to have names and phone numbers of people who are caring for her, so that I can get information more immediately. Some caregivers come in. She gets care, but I have trouble getting information.

They are wonderful, in all areas. We were so impressed with how nice they were. The staff is so nice to all the people that are there. The administrator is wonderful. I think they are the greatest. They have a lot of activities that they offer.

Everything has been fabulous so far at Avalon, I'd give them top marks across the board! It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the staff have all been very friendly. The caregivers in the memory care unit in particular have been wonderful, they've been so kind and so welcoming!
