Ashleigh at Lansdowne is an absolutely beautiful, high-end facility. The facility itself is very clean and well kept. Every employee is extremely helpful, friendly, and very involved with the residents. They have implemented COVID-19 standards that make all residents and employees feel safe. They provide a wide variety of activities for their residents to enjoy including (and definitely not limited to) workout classes, games, culinary presentations and tastings, and crafts. Overall it’s an amazing place to be!

Top notch community with caring staff and a beautiful building. Not only do they have e 24/7 on site licensed nursing to care for your loved ones, but they also have amazing food, fabulous activities and an amazing patio for these beautiful summer and spring days. Highly recommend!

Bay lake is a beautiful community with a wonderful team! I would recommend Baylake to my friends and family!

My father and I would encourage anyone looking for a great retirement community to choose Woodland Hills and not waste time looking anywhere else. Nurses, MedTechs and CNAs are kind and attentive to the residents who live here. The building is always fully staffed and never complaints about being short staffed. Food is also excellent and healthy. Many different choices for each meal!

This community has been taking great care of my mom. They are taking every precaution to keep this building clean, safe and Covid free. I am blessed that Woodland Hills cares so much for the well-being of the residents. Highly recommend !!

The wellington has some of the best options available. The staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly. The fine dining experience is always great!!! The activities and outings are always nice as well as transportation to and from doctors appointments with the best driver [name removed]!

The Wellington at Lake Manassas has exceeded my expectations. Not only is the building is gorgeous but staff is caring and friendly. I'd recommend The Wellington for a place you can call home.

I visited Baylake today for the second time and toured the facility. [name removed] was very professional and most helpful in answering all my questions. Baylake is clean and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I am very impressed with Baylake and all it has to offer. I’ve looked at many facilities in the area and Baylake is the Best !!!

Aarondale reputation is what lead me there. It exceeded its reputation in my opinion because of its outstanding ability to make the elderly feel alive, cherished and needed. They are apart of a family at Aarondale and unlike other communities I visited I immediately felt at home at Aarondale.

I toured the facility yesterday and I was very pleased and impressed with what I saw. I loved the location, tucked back in the woods yet minutes away from the busy commerce area. Plenty of activities- not just BINGO- a transportation van. Plenty of amenities, price is reasonable. The early stages of remodeling on the first floor. Large Community room, a movie theater, plenty of sitting areas on each floor, a library. I was able to see a few of the different room layouts, I was very impressed. I will not hesitate to recommend Hidenwood.

I am the POA & Caregiver for an older Couple (The [name removed]), Every single person that I have been in contact with has been helpful, courteous, friendly and has gone above what I expected. Having been at Manor Care for about 4 weeks what a huge change! Mr. [name removed]'s dementia condition has made a tremendous turnaround from his time with the friendly staff, especially [name removed] in Physical Therapy. If there is any question about their care the facility contacts me with their concerns. [Name removed] (The director) has been absolutely fantastic to me and keeps me updated on any outstanding paperwork. She is Top notch at her job! Also [name removed] (Ambassador) is so kind to the people living and visiting. I have never seen anyone better at what she does!! Genuinely seems to Love her job. Also, and special Thanks to [name removed], [name removed] (Nurses) and [name removed] (Therapy), and [name removed] (receptionist) for their great help and knowledge. Food also "Fantastic". Very few openings at Paul Spring and I very Lucky that the [name removed]s are a part of that "Family"! Thanks so much, [name removed]

My mom has had a very hard time with her transitions to The Towers but the staff has been wonderful in working with her and encouraging her to start joining in the many activities like the exercise classes which she is slowly doing. My mom likes going to the dining room and she really likes the food. They are also working with the resident doctor making sure her file is all in order he sees her once or twice a week and will be monitoring her meds There is a shuttle bus for the residents that want to go out shopping, Doctor appointments, and field trips as well. I would definitely recommend The Towers as this has been a positive experience for us.

When I toured Heatherwood, they were physically the closest facility to us but they did not have a memory care unit. That is primarily what we needed. Everyone that we met with was welcoming and friendly, and it was a good experience to tour but just not what my loved one needed.

Bryan [removed], Jennifer [removed] and the staff at Paul Springs Retirement Community are he most friendly and welcoming people you will meet. They treat the residents with such respect and kindness. My father and I looked at many other retirement communities locally but none had the same close and inviting community environment. The facility is kept clean and well maintained - a testament to the professional and hardworking Housekeeping and Maintenance staff. My father has been a resident at Paul Springs for 5 months now and is thriving both physically and mentally.

The person I helped place here has only been here a short time, but so far we are both very pleased by how things have turned out! It is a nice looking community, and getting moved in and set up all went very smoothly. We have no complaints so far!

So far, so good. It's just getting used to it that is difficult. I don't really have any complaints or anything that I think needs to be improved. The major headache and the one I wish I could rate, has been the VA. Trying to get the process going has been the most difficult thing. It's difficult to even get an appointment.

So far things are going fine with the towers. They've been pretty good, they're changing the way they serve their meals and that has raised some questions but it may be just a little too early to tell. Evidentally they cut back on some of their staff so there's not quite as many people serving, they split their dining hour, they used to be one large group but they're in two different groups which I kind of understand but the service has kind of dropped off a bit. The care has been fantastic, there's activities there pretty much every hour of everyday so you can particiapte in what you want or not at all if you chose. If you don't get out and do something it's because you chose not to, not because they don't provide it.

She's very happy and active within the community. For the most part they are very friendly and engaging. Only downside is there is a lot of turnover, from higher leadership to staff and sometimes poor communication within.
