Building and grounds very nice, room size may be a little smaller than some but definitely adequate. Obvious the staff is caring and competent. My mother has been there about three weeks and is adjusting well, even though she has had a couple health issues unrelated to the facility. She enjoys the music activities and socializing with the other residents. I would (and have) recommend Bay Lake

Hidenwood is the best placement choice for my Motherinlaw that we could have found. It exceeds all that we were looking for to meet the needs and care for her. The best part about it all is the pleasant and positive attitudes of all the staff. The helpfulness, and cheeriness of everyone and the love they have for all the residences. I was very impressed with the facilities and staff. Catie was very accommodating and pleasant. This is a place I would move if I needed to.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved ones. I thought this was a very nice place overall, and out of the many places we toured this one was on our short list! It is a nice looking, clean, well kept community, and the staff we met were all very friendly.

Things have gone very well with Paul Spring Retirement Community. They've really worked hard to make things comfortable for me, and to make sure that I have everything that I need. The community is very clean and well kept, no odors at all, and the people are all very friendly! They've also got a large, nice looking dining hall, and the food they serve is great! I'm very happy here!

First Class place very close to home. 4100 for a one bed room for single occupancy and a full 'a la carte menu for more care. Does not do any nursing care. We would have to bring that in ourselves.

The Towers was the first place my aunt and I looked at for my mother. Immediately, we were very impressed with the friendliest employees, beautiful common areas, cleanliness, and the overall amenities offered. When we entered the one bedroom apartment, we gasped at how spacious it was and that it had a full mini kitchen. And the price as so much below the average. We also liked the idea that, no matter what condition she's in, they will increase her care, even to the point of transferring her to the "memory care" facility when her Alzheimer's gets worse. We were sold. We did our duty, nonetheless and visited other places. They could not match up and were more expensive. A couple of my friends recently put their mothers in more expensive housing, but I think they are not worth the money. Mom has been there a couple weeks and couldn't be happier. I am so surprised about her change of heart and willingness to move out of the house in which she and Dad lived for almost 40 years. And she was allowed to bring her beloved cat and even the cat has adjusted very nicely. None of us could be any happier. I love the fact, also, that they are doing physical therapy with her. I think living there is going to give her a greater quality of life. And, she's made several friends. Although, sometimes she doesn't remember their names, but most of them are like that.

It has been wonderful, we love it. She really loves it there too. It just has a really warm and friendly atmosphere when you go in, they really are more cozy and friendly. The meals are about 50/50, but the cleanliness, and care all of that stuff is up to par as well. We are very pleased.

We chose The Hidenwood Retirement Community for our 91 year old father and have been very comfortable with the decision. The staff from front desk to management are always courteous and helpful and seem to be very in touch with the residents in a caring, compassionate way. The response to any type of concern/care for our father has been addressed and even suggestions to us on how to deal with his adjustment to a new environment. Needless to say I would recommend taking the tour of The Hidenwood in your search for the right community for your loved one!

Top of the list, based on facility-one bedroom, full kitchen and living room, at a very reasonable cost.

Lynn Trudeau gave another great presentation of the community. Again, this community is perfect however to pricy to meet my needs.

I found the staff ready to greet my sister when we arrived and they double checked all her paperwork to make sure that all of it was up-to-date in case of an emergency . Their "Welcome Routines" helped to put my sister at ease and make her feel art of the community.

Bay Lake is an inviting community. I feel like they would provide excellent care; however, their emphasis is not on dementia until a resident moves into their memory care.

great location loved the place. The Director was very knowledgable and a great guide they have everything anyone could want, the rehabilition centre next door is a good thing the rooms were great didnt have a microwave which is not a major deal. Rooms looked good and very spacious, loads of activities, a little on the higher price and definate maybe. Staff we all very friendly and helpful. Everything was inclusive in the price cable, phone utilities which is very attractive

1.Very clean facility. 2.All services provided are included in the "Signature Living" Plan. Excellent plan and very comprehensive. 3.Laundry service included in plan purchase. Washers and dryers are available for use in a spacious laundry room. 4.No bad odors. 5.Full,diverse and accessible activity program. 6.All staff was friendly and supportive. They all made eye contact, introduced themselves, presented us with personal business cards, greeted each of us in our party. 7.Outdoor spaces were very nice, I would have liked to have seen more of the lay-out, the gardens, it is supposed to sit on 6 acres of land. 8.We were invited to eat dinner with the residents. The food was tasty and nutritionally sound. One of the chefs came out and introduced herself.We ate dinner with a resident. Very pleasant dining experience. 9.Very secure facility.All patients have the WellAWARE Monitoring System. Awesome. 10.Many services can be added too: escort to meals and activities, daily reminders for meals and activities, medication management, etc. 11.Moving out Life Loan, door to door solutions 12.Mom fell onto the bed in the apartment we were shown and sighed. She fell into the chair in the living room and said "I can see myself living here". Once in the car, before we pulled away she said"I can move in tomorrow!" Guests are able to stay with residents up to 2 weeks! We all loved it!

Very hospitable staff & friendly residents. [name removed] was very welcoming & knowledgeable and took a lot of time to show us around, answer our many questions, and share lunch with us. Beautiful facility.

The physical community is very appealing. The staff we met from different areas were knowledgeable and very pleasant.

we really like this community because it is smaller and more personable. They have tried very hard to keep things as normal as possible. I would recommend this community to others.

I have been a resident for about a year at The Towers. I like the activities here a lot, especially the exercise classes. There is always something to be involved in which is nice. I am very excited for the upcoming renovations and to get a new dining room.

I love that they accept pets! So great. They even have a program where staff can help take care of the pets. Awesome! The towers does a nice job with the services and amenities they offer to residents
