The have exercise activities - very simple, aerobic ones to relax and stretch muscles. The have movies there every day and buses to different store and places in town. My mother-in-law and father-in-law like it just fine. They said the food is pretty good. You could probably give it a 3 on a 1 to 5 scale.

Near RRISD. laundry in apt, $4900 with open eating. All the bells and whistles.

Lovely community. We enjoyed a very nice lunch at this property. Air conditioning for the 2nd and 3rd floor common areas and hallways was not working well, but we were assured that it was being repaired. This community is on the list of possibilities for Mom.

We really like this place. It seemed like a fun place with everything an independent senior might want right on premises.

Also an option but a little further then we like.

It's like living on a stationary cruise ship.

Staff great, food selection poor

Just put my sister and her husband at this facility. They love it. No pool but that keeps the prices down. They never used their pool at their previous home. The people and staff are wonderful

This place is lovely and the staff and community are wonderful. My mom is 91 and has lived here 3 months. The care is independent of the facility so you can choose the level and cost for your loved one. This allows for insurance and levels of care.

The only negative comment I can make is I don't care for the food. If you like heavy food it may be OK for you. I don't. Breakfast is good.

I chose this community because of the location, spacious rooms and layout and it was just being built. They have delivered on every promise they made to me. They do a deep clean weekly in my apartment and everywhere else is so clean too. The staff is efficient,warm and welcoming. The food is OK. I love the activities like the movie night on Fridays. They have live musical events and craft classes. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

I have no complaints of how things had went during my tour I had taken of this community for my loved one. The staff where great to work with and did a great job with the presentation. They where on time to our appointment and even offered us a meal to try during our visit. They had a great floor plan with lots of great amenities for the residents to enjoy. It was just not the right fit for us in the end decision but I would recommend it to anyone.

This is independent living. The layout of the apartments are really good. The staff there is very helpful and is doing a terrific job.

I have lived here at Providence Crossing for about two months. I find the place to be very clean and they even come and clean your apartment once a week. The food is good and they have a large variety of items for you to choose from plus the salad bar. There are lots of activities for you to choose from and participate in if you wish, but is not mandatory. The facilities are nice and they have a gym with exercise equipment. I find it to be a little bit pricey but everything is pricey these days.

They offer a lot of things and I do like that. Somethings were inferred and promised that have not come to fruition yet. They said there was going to be a bank and that they had physicians on the main street. The physicians are not really there anymore. However they have been very helpful with other things. She hasn't really complained about the food other than the quantity. The only other real complaint is that when they do come they deliver her meals for free, but a lot of times it's cold and it's not always the correct order. They have gone out of their way to get her involved in activities though, and I appreciate that.

Have spoken with Rick several times over the past year. They do not offer assisted living or memory care -- strictly a retirement community. Also, location not optimal for us.

The initial sales experience was average. Some amenities were described in a way that set expectations that did not always match the day-to-day experience, and communication from that department felt limited after move-in. The concierge team is friendly and welcoming and does an excellent job supporting residents and guests. Pinnacle Springs is a beautiful and peaceful community. The one-bedroom apartments are well-designed and comfortable, and the amenities - including a library, pool table, and movie theater - are nice features. One consideration is that pets are not allowed on certain floors, which may be important for some residents. Activities are available, though there could be more variety, particularly with off-campus outings. The dining experience is generally good, with a soup and salad bar and rotating entrées. While there have been occasional meals that have not been as good, overall it has been positive. Residents are social and speak positively about the community, and friendships have formed. The monthly cost for a one-bedroom apartment is around $[removed], which is on the higher end.

This is a beautiful place to live and has great amenities but the food has hardly been edible the last few months. It used to be such fabulous dinners and food but I am astounded at how poor the quality the dinner is most nights. Uncooked rice and pasta, no flavor to meats and sauces. The only thing that is good is the soups.

Vista Park is a better value than local competition. Staff is helpful and friendly. But what is promised isn't quite what you get. Culinary quality varies widely, depending on who is cooking the meal. They use imitation ingredients and packaged food ready to eat along with fresh ingredients. Lighting around the facility exterior is fair. External security is almost non existent from the company. Housekeepers not allowed to move area rugs or any personal item on a counter to clean. Will not strip beds but can make it if you ask.
