My loved one really likes it at the Oak Park Luxury Retirement Community. She is enjoying meeting new people and playing games as well as other activities that they offer. The place is comfortable for her and they treat her well. We are happy with it!

My mother is doing great here at this community. She is very well placed, this is a great facility. I know she is safe, and in good hands. They have a lovely staff here, and they have great to work with. We are very pleased with all they have done for us. I would highly recommend this community, it has worked out well for us.

When walking into Walnut Grove, I immediately felt the comforts they provided. The staff is unbelievably friendly and so helpful. They even have a Concierge! The location is beautiful and quiet with Walnut Park right there. We had Sunday Brunch there and it was so good. They have Coy fish in a waterfall right in the lobby. Tranquil is how I would describe this retirement resort. The residents all had great things to say too when we were walking by. They were showing a movie in their huge theater with Sandra Bullock in it. I loved this community!

My parents recently moved to Capital Oaks. This all-inclusive retirement community provides for all their essential needs and more. I call it living in a cruise ship with an apartment rather than a stateroom. Transportation to shopping, entertainment and doctor appointments provided as well as on-site pharmacy, salon, gym (with a sauna!) and a 150-seat theater. Three meals a day plus snacks are available and my parents and I can attest that take food is excellent. The residents are friendly and welcoming. Some apartments have walk-out patios or balconies. And pets are welcome at first-floor apartments with walkouts!

My mother is really enjoying all of the activities that are offered at the Emerald Oaks. She also really likes that they serve 3 meals a day! Every time I talk to her, she has nothing but good things to say about the place. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend

We are having a great time here at this community. It is a loving place, and we are very pleased with all they have done for us. They have helped us improved, and we will be returning home soon. They have lovely staff. They are really helpful, and nice. If needed we would return to this community, and I would recommend it. It is a very nice facility.

The staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. My brother lives there and is very happy. He loves the food and being around others. Someone is always there if needed. The facility is kept very clean and the food is good and healthy.

I loved this facility but the pricing does not match what I was previously told. It is almost double.

My mother is still adjusting to the changes since she moved to the Walnut Grove. The place is great, though. Her apartment is very comfortable and she has everything she needs. The food is very good, I have eaten there myself. They have a lot of activities and the staff are very friendly. We also like that they have the Comforcare there on site.

Emerald Oaks is a great Senior living community. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. They really made a scary move for mom a great experience. I would highly recommend them. They have made the senior community look and feel like you are on an all inclusive cruise ship. The monthly cost covers everything. What a great way to spend your golden years.

I highly recommend this community, the newness of the place and being the first resident in her apartment was a plus. The hallways are wide and well lit. Everything is updated and she likes that her apartment has a nice view and close to the elevator. She has a washer and dryer in her apartment which avoids her going down the hall. She likes having multiple dining options like buffet or served meals. They have a chef pantry open all day so no time frame to eat. We just found out the staff are wonderful. She has found some Spanish speakers and in a sense she is part of the community. They have been doing a fantastic job bringing many activities and recently brought in exotic animals. She has been engaged with the activities. It feels like a good step stone into senior lifestyle.

Very very nice facility, although construction was still in progress. All of the extra amenities you could imagine. Had a good charter program for new residents buying in . They also had a wonderful travel program and freedom dining. [Removed] and [Removed] provided informative information and was very nice.

I am happy with the care that my brother is getting here. The staff is very caring helpful. The food does need a little improvement in a few areas, sometimes cold and not always sure what it is. We are happy with the activities that are offered. They do everything to help you. They are accommodating in every way. I recommend the community for other families

My mother is well at this community. So far since her move to this community, everything is working out pretty good. It is a well-kept community. They do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff is great. There are nice activities available for the residents. She is pleased with the meals they serve. It is a community I would recommend. They are providing her with good care, and I'am satisfied overall.

This is a great community, and my mother is doing very well here. Everything has worked out well. They have a good friendly staff at this community. They are always willing to help. It is a nice, well-kept place, they do a good job with the cleanliness. There's a nice activities calendar with all the activities they have available. I've tried one of the meals, and the food is good. She is pleased with the meals. I would highly recommend this community, it is a great place.

This community is great for people with active lifestyles. It is in a great location. There is a view of the mountains and it is close to the airport and freeways. She has a nice room with a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. They have freestyle dining and you are always able to find something to eat. They have a little market area that is always open. They have cappuccino and pop machines. They have a salad bar during their two hour window for the dining room. They are working on building up the activities and are taking suggestions from the residents. This is a fantastic community.

This is a brand new community and while they are still working out the bugs I can say it is a great place. The staff are sometimes overworked but they are still excellent and helpful. The food is excellent and I think it has the best food of all the communities in the area. They offer daily activities, however I would like to see more offsite activities. I would recommend this community.

I reviewed and visited 10 independent living facilities in the Austin area and selected Provident Crossings based on the services offered and the positive attitude of staff. I am joyfully anticipating my move next week.
