This is a wonderful place to live with a wonderful staff to work with. I saw 4 places, and there were far among best at 5, and the others were at best 4 of the over three, and were fine places. I am very happy evergreen crossing.

I love the fact that I can choose to stay in my apt or can choose to be around other people by taking part in the wide array of opportunities available to us- both inside and outside of our building.

I moved here in Aug. And when Christmas was near. I asked my daughter what she wanted from me. Her reply "Please do not get me anything. You gave me and brothers. "The best gift ever moving here.

Deerfield Springs is a friendly reasonably priced, many activities facility. I enjoy the meals, trips away, outings, crafts

Everything we were hoping for and more. Amazing staff who are attentive to every detail, a talented chef who prepares excellent food and plenty of it, and tons of social interaction with new friends. There are fun and informative events daily. You really don’t have to leave the campus, but if you do it is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and cultural opportunities. A huge thumbs up!

I do not have any issues - meals are great - housekeeping keeps us clean- most of residents are very polite- there are events available daily for the residents- I am very pleased living here - thank you for asking my opinion

All 5's, it has been a great experience! The size of the apartments is as to be expected. There is plenty of activities to do and the theatre is wonderful. The residents are very friendly and staff are helpful ,it is a great community.

I moved here 2 1/2 yrs ago. Going thru a terrible divorce. Feel extremely safe here. Had not lived alone in 47 yrs. liked that you did not have to sign lease either.

My Mom only lived here a short while, but the time she lived here was a 10 out of 10. The property is clean, modernized, updated, above standard. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, competent. The activities are plentiful, engaging, interesting, varied, and fun. The amenities are like a 5-star resort. The food is amazing - far better than anywhere else in Las Vegas for senior living. My family and I had a handful of meals with my Mom when she lived there and thoroughly enjoyed the food. It's obvious that the corporation really cares about the residents, a nice change from the norm. The corporation employs staff who also seem to care about the residents.

My mother has made good friends and has a wonderful sense of community. She enjoys the variety of activities offered. She came here after over 30 years in her previous community so it was a difficult decision but one she has been extremely happy with.

My parents have been here almost 6 months. The overall impression is extremely positive. My parents are adjust very well and it is bringing to feel like home. We are very pleased we choose Deerfield Springs.

Such a wonderful place to live. A helpful, confident, capable staff and friendly, active residents. I'm never bored and never hungry! I'm so glad I moved here.

I love this place and the staff are very helpful. The nicest thing at River Valley is the friendly residents and staff members. Within a few weeks/months I felt like I was in the middle of family. And I feel that today. I know almost everyone by name -- and something about their life situation to ask questions about. I also like the fact I don't have to cook or clean up the dishes. I don't rate the food so high, but I think that's because Covid changed my sense of taste. There are many good activities you can join throughout the day. The rooms are quiet. The staff addresses your questions/needs

I have been a resident at Deerfield Springs Retirement Resort since its opening four years ago. Having interactions with other residents has made me feel quite comfortable here. Meals are a joy to attend while interacting with other residents including the chef on many occasions. Deerfield Springs has a variety of wonderful activities leaving me enumberable choices such as playing cards, watching movies in a large screen theatre every evening and musical entertainment on Fridays including appetizes and liquid refreshments-all included. Additionally, there are many choices of short-day visits to places in Cincinnati such as restaurants, museums grocery shopping, etc. With the availability of a gym, a salon, a pantry, there is plenty to keep one occupied, if desired.

It's brand new. There's no buy-in and month month rental; leave if you don't like it with 30 days notice. Everything is included in your rent. All utilities including cable, three meals a day and the food is delicious. Light housekeeping is done on a weekly basis. There's a fitness center, a library, a craft room, a lounge, a theater. One and two bedroom apartments are still available There are several three bedroom apartments but I think those are already rented. Pets are allowed though dogs are only allowed in first floor apartments I would definitely encourage anyone to visit and see if this is the right place for you or your loved ones.
