Everything about Parker's Bend is great. When you walk in the door you feel at home and the staff in every department are wonderful. Friendly faces from staff who are willing help you with the smallest or biggest question, to its residence all happy to meet and make you feel welcomed. It was a good choice for me. I’m a retired health care provider who was visiting mother in law for the first time at Vista Park. The accommodations are first class from the building to the surrounding grounds. Cleanliness and the organization of the operation are outstanding. The staff and management are bar none some of the best in the industry. Residents are afforded numerous activities daily with the atmosphere light hearted and friendly. Spent 4 days associating with the residents and family with not one complaint voiced by the residents. The management of the building operations is done by a husband wife team. They are approachable, professional and caring individuals who have the residents best interest at heart. Attention to detail and resident satisfaction is first and foremost. Our family and mother in law feel blessed to have our family staying at Vista Park

Parker's Bend is am amazing facility. It has a gorgeous interior. (It reminds me of a cruise ship.) The residents and the employees are so friendly and helpful. Most of the residents wear their name tags so no one forgets anyone's name. There are a lot of activities you can go to if you want. The food is amazingly delicious. The apartment sizes are very generous. Any issues are handled quickly. It is a place where people WANT to live instead if a place where people HAVE to live.

After touring 4 other well-reviewed facilities in our area, we found Village Crossing. We found it to be a new, modern facility with amenities we were looking for with an open, bright layout. Common areas centrally located with plenty of well-planned activities to choose from—fitness center, theater, salon, as well as an on-site service for extra assistance for those needing help with medicine, meals or mobility. Transportation for those no longer driving is available, as well as medical professionals coming to the facility on a regular basis. Weekly housekeeping; excellent dining options 3 times a day, both in a bright, airy dining area or delivered to apartment; outdoor landscaping is well maintained and welcoming; and staff friendly and engaged with residents who shared positive stories with us. Location is central to many medical, financial and commercial businesses that meet our needs. It meets most if not all of our needs, including allowing our pet to come with us.

5's on everything so far - we are very happy there! It is an extremely friendly atmosphere and the staff are wonderful- food is delicious too. The residents really look out for each other. Apartment sizes are ample, rooms are nice. Bathrooms are a little smaller, but perfectly adequate.

This property is so welcoming. It can only be compared to an all inclusive five star resort…with the sincerest staff and so many activities on and off property. They have an onsite movie theater and the best restaurant, at no additional charge, to the residents.

At the present time I rate all a 5 with exception for 8. At the conclusion of my search Coronado Villa was the best in my opinion but the most expensive. Value is subjective relative to a person's wealth. For me it is a hardship but deserved from past frugality! I give number 8 a four.

I do know that residents have the opportunity to be greeters and help if they want to. The staff have all been friendly and very helpful whenever I've interacted with them. Red Hills is truly very nice and IS a resort. My uncle is very sociable and loves to do lots of activities. My aunt is more reserved and does not. They are both happy and able to arrange their days how they each want to. And THAT is truly wonderful!

I like that my mom can keep her dog and she has a very nice porch where she can sit. I also love the food that they serve and the cleanliness of Deerfield Springs. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Getting my mom settled into her new place. Yes, we would definitely recommend the community to other families.

Great choice was made to move in. Nice residents, good food, very clean, lots of engagement if you want it. Everyone is super friendly and always polite. They just got new managers 1 bedroom apartments are great size. The studios feel small.

When mom passed away, dad didn't want to leave the house but his constant falling became an issue. He didn't need assistant living but a place that if he fell they monitored him. I looked into 3 places and was sold right away with Vista Park. [name removed] was amazing from the minute we met. A thorough tour (including lunch) sold me. This was the place for my dad. The managers ([name removed] and [name removed])live at the facility and are very involved in the community. They monitor the residents for falls 24/7. I HIGHLY recommend Vista Park, the food is great, and there is a 24 hour canteen that has a variety of sandwiches and also has endless ice cream.

If they can afford it, I recommend Vista Park for sure. The apartment size, balcony and amenities stuck out over other places. And it was 10 minutes from my daughter

I would give it a 5 on all categories - the only one I might question is # 7 for men. There are more activity for women than men are perhaps the men don't take advantage as much as the women do. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families it is a very nice place

Our #1 pick for what we were looking for concerning the depth of care needed and price. Facility is very clean. Each unit is totally redone after each person moves out. Fresh paint and carpet. My parents enjoy the meals, activities. The staff is very friendly, professional and makes it very clear they want family members involved in all activities. We feel very confident and comforted that this is a very good fit for our parents.

The location is great. The layout of Huntley Springs is easy to get to the dining room as well as all of the other amenities. The entrance is very welcoming and smells good too. The staff along with the residents are always so happy!

We chose Oak Park bc the people were so nice and helpful! I was confident they would take care of my Mother and Father. They were also reasonably priced and include lots of amenities! Let the fun begin.
