I felt so welcomed when I visited. Everyone is amazing and go into of their way to make things easy for youn so I moved in and it got even better. Everyone is do friendly and everything is so clean. The food they serve is delicious.

As a resident who has lived here for 2 and half years, I am delighted with the openness of this community. The excellent staff provides services such as dining, housekeeping, transportation, maintenance, and concierge. Arrowhead Valley offers a variety of social activities to be enjoyed. The apartments are well designed and spacious with fully equipped kitchen, washers & dryers in all units. A perfect opportunity to create your home environment. Come see for yourself!

Arrowhead valley community has consistently delivered dependable service, a clean well maintained setting, and a string sense of companionship. I have lived here for 7 years. We are on our 5th set of managers and the service has never wavered. Our monthly rent coveres everything we need, including three meals a day, 24 hour snacks and drinks, entertainment, activities, maintenance requests, and more. The building is always clean, and ongoing maintenance has preserved its original appearance.

We have lived here for over 7 years. We are a family here and treated as such. The entire staff is helpful, friendly, and supportive. Making the decision to move here is one of the best we have ever made.

The Lead Concierge, [name removed], is a reliable asset and someone I can always count on. She will go out of her way to assist residents. I am impressed by the quality of her work. She is a vital part of the Arrowhead Valley Retirement team. Keep up the fantastic work!

Our staff at Arrowhead Valley is always so helpful and willing to help out with our needs. Our grounds are always kept up and maintenance keeps everything repaired and in good condition. There are a lot of activities you can partake at your choice, or read a book in our library.

Arrowhead Valley is an esthetic, well maintained, all-inclusive community. The staff is outstanding and extremely helpful. Three meals a day are included in the pricing, with a snack bar for the residents. There is a large variety of food - something for even the fussiest eater. Outstanding and informative seminars and provided regularly. There is a beautiful theater, library, and card playing or puzzle rooms available. The community is very well maintained and it is a pleasure to live here. There are no additional surcharges. We love it here.

Pleasant courteous helpful staff. Variety of pleasing food. Apartment a generous size. Activities offered. I would recommend to others!

The previous management was wonderful. The staff in the Dining Room and Kitchen are awesome. The Concierge is over and above of what I expected. There are. Numerous daily activities including group trips to local stores, restaurants, and other events. There is a large exercise room, a library, a craft room, a theater (movies every evening), a lounge, numerous conversation rooms, and game rooms. Apartments come in various sizes from efficiency to 2 bedroom with or without a balcony or patio. Each apartment has its own air conditioning (HVAC) unit, washer and dryer, full sized refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Housekeeping service and handyman are also included. I have recommend this community to a few people.

Red Hills is a beautiful place to live and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Meals are delicious. My father enjoys living there and he is always busy with activities. The facility is also great about providing extra support if needed.

Staff, food, activities, and cleanliness all above average. Room size is great, especially with large closet and washer and dryer. I would definitely recommend the community to others.

Pinnacle Springs is a beautiful facility. Dad chose a one bedroom apartment on the third floor. He loved it. It was just the right size. He enjoyed sitting in the third floor lounge area and reading. It has a fire place and comfortable seating. His favorite was meal time. Thats when he would get most of his socializing in. He also enjoyed the day trips and playing pool. The Concierge service is wonderful. They are professional and personable, always making you feel like you matter. The managers have a tough job dealing with many different personalities and needs but I think they do their job and have surrounded themselves with great staff. Dad loved his house keepers. He talked about how nice they were and how much he enjoyed seeing them. They also did a good job. I was in the restaueant business for many years therefore im familiar with food costs and budgeting. The Chef and staff do the best they can with what they have. However, one area of improvement would be the food. More variety. I also didnt care for having to wait in line cafeteria style. With all that said, Dad was very happy there and I thank Pinnacle Springs for that. My husband and I said we would live there. It was a good experience for Dad and his family. We are thankful to everyone there for making his time there wonderful.

My sister has now been At Julian Woods for approximately 18 months. The facility was brand new when she moved in and did not achieved full occupancy since that time they have filled up and celebrated their second year anniversary. The facilities are very clean and the staff is friendly and encouraging and Works With each resident at the level they are at my sister has made many friends there which helps a lot in socialization because she was living alone before moving to Julie Woods that is one of the major benefits I have seen for her is increased socialization.

Staff is very pleasant with tenants, except for manager's husband. Activities are more than I can handle. Food is good. It does get a little repetitious. My apt is fully adequate in side and location.

Everything and everyone has been great! They go beyond the call of duty and because of that the residents are so happy and friendly. The staff is super supportive, kind, helpful and courteous. It's a wonderful place for my mom to live, we feel so blessed.

The place is always very clean. A few things... we wanted to celebrate Mother's Day there at TP (12 of us). They set up a small room for us (we brought in our own food) complete with a long table and chairs, plates and silverware. It worked great. No charge. The other thing that happened was that my MIL fell in her apt, breaking her leg. She had the emergency buzzer necklace on and squeezed it. The maintenance guy was the first to quickly show up and call 911 for her. She was in the hospital and then Rehab for close to a month. When she got back to TP she was so happy to see her friends, as several came knocking on her door. We had 3 shifts of help for her (2 hours at a clip) on a daily basis for a while and that worked out great. My MIL had her meals delivered to her room for close to a month (free of charge). She loves it there.
