I moved to this residence 2021, following online research and visiting potential retirement living units. South Hills Square is an independent living unit located on expansive property and has provided me with ideal accommodations: concierge 24/7, parking, entertainment, exercise, meals 3x/day and many snacks 24/7, billiards room, conversation rooms, craft room, small library, lounge, meditation room, theater and socialization. All utilities, appliances, maintenance, light housekeeping, exercise machines and free weights, movies, live entertainment, van transportation: outside venues as shopping, medical appointments, and entertainment venues) are include in the monthly rental payment at a quality price. In addition there are banking, pharmacy, salon/barber, and moderate physical therapy, at cost. It's location in suburban Whitehall Borough, Pittsburgh, PA is close to light rail transit, police, fire, medical and shopping center services. Care service may be brought into an apt.

I can't say enough about the staff and the living environment for my parents. My parents moved in over 3 years ago, and have loved everything about Huntley Springs. My dad has since passed on, but my mom continues to thrive there. I feel comfortable knowing that she doesn't have to worry about meals, cleaning her apartment, paying extra utility bills, and more. She also takes full advantage of the activities that happen every day. Huntley Springs is a fantastic place for independent living and aging in place. I would recommend this for anyone looking to transition out of the responsibilities of a house and wants to maintain their independence. A big shout-out to managers [name removed] and [name removed] for all they do.

This all-inclusive retirement community is great for its value and full range of activities. After 6 years as a resident, I wouldn’t be anywhere else. All meals are included along with free fitness classes and craft classes, continued learning opportunities, and even valet service.

I love my life here. My apartment is comfy with a beautiful view of the strip. Though meals are included, I have a full kitchen which allows me privacy when I want it. There are multiple opportunities every day to socialize whether through games, music or any other mutual interest. Happy hour on Fridays are great. Cocktails, appetizers and entertainment. The people who work here are loving and care about the comfort of the residents. Best of all… the residents. They’re friendly, welcoming and fun and it feels like family here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Savannah Pines has been perfect for us! We’re always on the go, joining activities, events, and social gatherings, and there’s never a shortage of things to do. The staff and management are wonderful, always supportive and ready to help when needed. We love being part of a community that encourages staying active, connected, and having fun every day!

What really sets Savannah Pines apart is how well everything is maintained. [name removed], the maintenance tech, is amazing—always quick to respond, friendly, and solves every issue efficiently. The management team is equally attentive, checking in regularly and making sure residents are comfortable and happy. It’s rare to find a place where both the staff and the maintenance are this reliable and caring.

My wife and I have been living at Savannah Pines for over a year, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The community is welcoming, and there’s always something fun to do if you want to join, but plenty of quiet spaces if you just want peace and privacy. It truly feels like home.

Very impressed with this place. Everyone is so friendly and they have a chef that makes all the meals! Being close to shopping and restaurants in the West Little Rock area makes it even better. Highly recommend if you’re trying to make a decision about senior living location.

I have been at Chenal Pines for about four months. I love my apartment as it has everything I need and the layout makes it very easy to get around. The social activities are wonderful. From watching football games in the theater, to social hours downstairs, I have enjoyed making friends and getting reacquainted with people I've known in the area. The meals are great. I haven't had a bad meal since I've been here and the 24 hour snack bar is nice if I want a snack in the evening. It's been a great experience and I highly recommend Chenal Pines.

This place is AMAZING! It has most everything one needs onsite, and what isn’t available onsite is within a short distance. This beautiful facility provides tranquility with its own waterfall area for quiet reading or meditation. It has a movie theater, game room, after dining sitting area, hair salon and much more! The staff is generous with hospitality and loves their residents. Highly recommend Cahaba Ridge Retirement Community!

We had selected 8 places to visit when we got the referral to Daniel Pointe from A Place for Mom. From the first time we stepped thru the front door we felt like this was going to be the place for us. It feels like they wrap their arms around you and things are going to be OK. Our house sold very quickly so we were about to be homeless! We quickly moved into a 1 bedroom to start and 6 months later a two bedroom was available and we really settled in.

A very caring and competent staff! Excellent facility which is well maintaine. Very accommodating chef who is willing to try new things and respond positively to requests. Lots of varied activities to choose from!

I was blown away by Chenal Pines. Everything is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The dining experience is fantastic, and the staff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. Plus, the convenience of being right by The Promenade is a huge bonus. Highly recommend!

My daughter convinced me to move to Ashwood Square because i was needed more help with my wife (her mother) than I could really provide like meals and safely bathing her without either of us getting hurt. We had both fallen trying to get her up from a fall few months before we decided to move. Ashwood Square allowed us to hire somebody to come and help my wife w bathing which was great. the made sure there were grab bars and elevated toilet seats in place. My daughter loves the full kitchen that she could prepare some food in when needed and the regular sized washer and dryer were a great help too. I dont like the laundry room option down the hall..... The food is great though I wish they would have more fried shrimp on the menu, but the cook to order breakfast every morning and the prime rib on Sundays are always a crowd pleaser. The movie theater is nice too, but the best thing is that we made a lot of new friends that are near and dear to our hearts.

Greeted warmly and was asked lots of great questions about my interest. Didn't feel like I was being sold to. Felt like they really cared about my interest and what I was looking for. Community was very clean, residents and staff were warm and friendly. Food was excellent and fresh made with a great salad bar. Loved the apartments I saw. After seeing apartment and going back to office I was presented with transparent pricing with no hidden or add-on fees(like several other places nearby) and they don't make you sign an annual lease either. This allows for flexibility. They had everything that I need. My favorite place in central Arkansas.

We enjoyed our tour of this beautiful retirement community. The atmosphere was pleasant and really enjoyed meeting the residents. The apartments were very spacious and I loved the full size appliances with the washer/dryer included. We especially liked the quality of the food in the dining room(the soft serve ice cream was the bomb)! The salad bar is a meal in itself. We joined them for happy hour with live music and felt right at home. It's definitely a great place for retirement living!

I visited my family at Cahaba Ridge. It is the best place for convenience and a loving community life. All the staff and workers were helpful and very accommodating. My dining experience was first rate. All my meals were first rate and delicious. I highly recommend Cahaba Ridge for the best place for seniors in Birmingham area.

My mother moved here 3 years ago, she is 89 years old. Mother has her car and drives to her own Dr. appointments. Grandview hospital is only 5 minutes away & can go without getting on interstate. Mother loves her independence. Everything she needs is at Cahaba Ridge. She brags on how everyone treats not only her but all the residents. When she chooses to go outside of Cahaba Ridge everything is so close to her. Mother has 3 outstanding meals a day. Mother is so happy at Cahaba Ridge and as a son that is the most important thing.
