Choosing an independent living community with true aging-in-place options was the most important factor for our family. After touring several facilities and learning more about the differences in care levels, we realized my parents did not yet need assisted living — but we wanted a community where additional support would be available when the time comes, without requiring another disruptive move. That peace of mind made all the difference. From the very beginning of our year-long transition process, the staff at Greenway Square have been exceptional. They are kind, knowledgeable, experienced, and guided us through every step with patience and compassion. Their support made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and reassuring. The location has also been ideal for our family, bringing my parents closer to loved ones while providing extensive on-site resources to support them as they age in place. The community offers regular access to physical therapy, occupational therapy, and senior support services, along with the convenience of an on-site pharmacy and hair salon. My parents truly enjoy the delicious, nutritious meals and the wide variety of activities that keep them both physically and mentally engaged. Knowing there is staff on-site 24/7 to respond to emergencies gives me tremendous peace of mind. They were also provided with personal emergency response devices as part of their plan, which adds another layer of security. I wholeheartedly recommend Greenway Square to families seeking an independent living community that offers flexibility, strong support services, and a caring, professional team.

we’ve only been here for six months, but it definitely feels like home. The staff here is kind, compassionate, caring, and always willing to help. The food is delicious. The ice cream machine runs 24 hours a day. I feel like I’m in heaven.

JWC is a happy place to be around and has positive energy everywhere. The staff is so kind, housekeeping keeps it clean and maintenance is very attentive if needed. There are 24/7 snacks and who doesn't love 24/7 soft serve ice cream!

What stood out was the friendliness of the staff and the community. I would definitely recommend this community. The apartments are outstanding and there is plenty to do. If you choose to live a quieter lifestyle, that works also.

I did shop around and found that this particular facility offers one all-inclusive fee that covers activities, meals, and weekly apartment cleaning. The amenities are impressive: a swimming pool, fitness center, pool tables, movie theater, game rooms, puzzle rooms, a small general store, and even banking services that come onsite. It’s honestly like being on a cruise ship—except you’re not going anywhere. I think it’s a great place for people who are still independent but no longer want the responsibility of maintaining a home. It keeps residents social and engaged without needing to leave the community. My parents can no longer drive and were becoming increasingly isolated at home. While many residents still drive and maintain their own activities, they don’t have to worry about property upkeep. After my parents moved in, two of their former neighbors also moved there, so it feels like they’re still in their own neighborhood. The staff is extraordinarily helpful, attentive, and full of energy. They know most residents by name and quickly notice if someone is missing. There is a concierge who helps with many day-to-day details, and resident ambassadors (seasoned residents) who partner with newcomers to help them get oriented. Residents also have access to onsite physical therapy, and additional nursing services are available if needed. While these services come at an extra cost—as this is independent living—it’s incredibly convenient to have them right there. The community hosts regular movies, happy hours, and parties. My parents even dance every Friday night at happy hour. They do offer a bus for shopping and some medical appointments, though it’s not very convenient for my parents due to their age.

When my mom decided to move we looked at a few places. I told her that we were not going to look around at to too many places. It was like buying a wedding dress when you knew, you knew and that was it. We toured 3 places and we both liked Stone River. There is a just a very homey feeling there.

A little hard to say as my father tends to keep to himself. He doesn't participate in most of the scheduled activities, though it has been my observation that there is a nice variety offered. The weekly housekeeping service is really nice, as well as the accommodation's made for dogs. My father is unimpressed with the food and chooses to make his own meals most of the time even though three meals a day are included in what he pays. It would be nice if there were different meal plans available for residents like him who eat in the dining hall sometimes but less than 3 meals a day. Other than that, I can’t think of anything at the moment.

Everyone from staff and the residents are very friendly and helpful. I love the valet parking. The food is almost always excellent. And when it’s not something I like I can always get something else. I Have made some great friends and kids are welcome too. My granddaughter loves to come and stay a few nights. We are like family and really care about each other! They have many activities I enjoy, great PT and OT staff on site also. I hope I can live here forever. Happy hour is good too. The the area is very good too as well as the movies and popcorn.

I would rate the quarry ridge retirement facility w a 10!!! My dad is not alone anymore sitting in an empty house! He's going for walks on the 1st and 2nd floor! He plays cribbage in the library every day w friends! He eats w different people for lunch and dinner! He can't say enough about the Food!!! He tells us what he got to eat day after day!! We used to only get an update on his Blood Pressure!!! I'm thrilled he is loving this place!!! He also has a friend from over 40 years that lives here too! They get together every day for breakfast and cribbage!! I can go on and on!!! When my brothers and I or my dad talks about his new home at Quarry Ridge we describe it as entering into a grand hotel! It's beautiful decorations for each month and holiday the waterfall when you first walk in. The managers live there and participate in the special events! They bring in orchestras, Elvis...there is always something going on! This is NOT an old folks home! This is a new home many couples live her and widowed people. Everything is included! No more does my dad have to go get groceries! Every meal is provided plus if he gets the munchies there is a snack bar, ice cream and juice- coffee available all the time. Our only regret is not finding g this place when my mom was still alive! She would have LOVED this place.

I toured several independent living facilities close to where I work since it would be a lot easier for me to visit my parents close to work. This center is more expensive, but they offer a lot more amenities than the other. One BIG benefit that they offer is cooking staff every day- they don't order food out/have catered meals (which can be late or cold or just bad) and can even do special orders (like you don't like the food- get a fresh hamburger or small pizza cooked without paying extra). Staff helps to your table as needed. Sick? Meal delivery to your room is free. Another HUGE benefit is washer and dryer in each room and full kitchen (if you want to cook). I didn't want to have to do "dorm" laundry when visiting. Or pay for laundry service. They do have effeciency to 3 bedroom apartments. Cleaning once a week and changing sheets if you want. They have staff to hire for special help and they have [name removed] who can help for hire as well. [name removed] is THE BEST.

The facility is very well maintained and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The food choices are varied and well prepared. They offer a variety of activities for the residents to choose from. Overall we are very satisfied!

We are very happy here. We've been here 6 months and our complaints have been few and minor. The food is very good. It isn't gourmet cuisine, but good food. There is a well equipped gym, a movie theater, a lounge, a snack bar and a soft serve ice cream machine.. The apartments are equipped with full-sized washer, dryer, dish washer, smooth-top range, microwave, and a medium sized refrigerator with ice maker. All the appliances are only 1 year old, a real plus for someone who lived in a place with 2 community washing machines, one of which was perennialy broken. The management here is outstanding. They are in charge..no HOA. They understand that their job is to have a place where us old folks can live our lives contentedly and peacefully. We do love it.

Seaside Springs is a excellent facility. Management and staff are always available to provide services. The food is 5 star worthy. Activities are very engaging. The apartments are spacious with full kitchen if you want to do your own meals. It is truly all inclusive

Our parents moved here a few years ago, and since then our father passed away. Our mother continues to thrive, in no small party because of the fantastic support she gets from the whole team here. From the top management all the way down the staff here really creates an environment where the community can prosper. We've been so fortunate to have Huntley Springs in our lives. Thank you all for everything you do.

Moved my dad into Vista Park a year ago after my mom passed and couldn't be happier with the staff and accommodations. The managers, [name removed] and [name removed] are extremely hands on and [name removed] is amazing. The food is excellent, a 24 hour pantry, and the endless ice cream machine is amazing. A movie theater, transportation for appointments is all included in the price along with all utilities. Several activities are available as well an outdoor pool. Activities director [name removed] does a great job trying to get residents involved. This is a retirement community, not assisted living, however they have "fall monitoring" for senior residents. Such a great community and every employee has been amazing. It's very comforting knowing my dad is in such a great place.

A quick thought ; There is no place better or even it's equal imo. [name removed] is the best. By far the best place for my dad he loves it there
