My grandmother and I toured RLC and fell and love. The staff are the best and make her feel welcomed. The food, though she’s not a big eater, is very good and we love going to visit her and enjoy it too. The ice cream machine is my husbands favorite! There is always a lot to do and it was the best decision she could have made.

Everyone is extremely nice and they play fun games like volleyball in the hallway. Very clean kitchen as well

Choosing a home for my 90-year-old mom was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made. After spending a week living at Stone Oaks with her, I can honestly say we could not have found a more wonderful community. Everything is exceptional—the beautiful, spotless facility, wonderful food, caring staff, activities, and especially the warm atmosphere. But what makes Stone Oaks truly special is the feeling of family. The residents have welcomed my mom with open arms, and somehow they have welcomed me too. As I prepare to return to Denmark, I finally have peace of mind knowing Mom is not alone. She has inherited a new family here. Several residents have even told me, “Don’t worry, sweetheart. We’re going to take care of your mom when you leave.” Those words mean everything to me. I am deeply grateful to everyone at Stone Oaks for making this transition so much easier and for giving my mom a place where she truly belongs.

My good opinion of this place is because it’s about the staff. They’re all here for us. It’s about people and you can feel how much people care here. I wouldn’t want it any other way then to be here.

My parents live here so we came to visit. It is such a beautiful place! It’s well maintained, the food is delicious and the residents are so friendly. We went for walks every morning outside in the front, and the grounds are so well maintained and beautiful. All the staff has been very kind and helpful as well.

Hello! This is [name removed], a current resident of a fantastic home for the burgeoning senior community here in Shelby County, Tennessee. Its name is Robinwood, and it is a community of almost every former occupation, profession, and military career of both men and women. Single people usually have a fairly spacious apartment while many couples have a two bedroom one. Besides the three floors of apartments in the central building, there are cottages for families and individuals who may need more room, a garage, and a small yard. Now all of us must eat,as you might be wondering about, so there are 3 delicious, nutritious, and varied meals served daily. Activities include the opportunity for residents to journey away from Robinwood to dine at various restaurants in the area. The journey is made in the Robinwood bus; walkers, wheel chair users, and those who rely on scooters are accommodated. During the day and evening there are activities galore for the Residents: Bean Bag Baseball

My dad has been at Stone Oak in Hilliard, Ohio, for two years now. His health has been a bit of a challenge, so we’ve decided to have nursing help come in when he needs it. They assisted in finding the right assistance for his situation. The staff has been wonderful and so understanding. They’re flexible and always keep us in the loop about any problems or changes. I really feel like the management team is like family, and we’re so glad we made the decision to move him here.

I think this facility is awesome! My mom loves the food. The staff members are all so nice and helpful. Her apartment is very nice. It's a great size and has a walk-in closet which is a plus.

I've been here a month and have no complaints. The food is good, the staff is friendly. The one bedroom apartment is just right for me. While it is a completely different life than I was used to I have no complaints about it.

These are for when we started the process and then leading up to move in. The week before move in, [name removed] left the facility (she told us her husband transferred and they were moving). It's definitely been more rocky since she left. My in laws then found out all of management changed hands at the same time. Definitely not as great as when we first toured and signed up, but we do still love the facility. Staff and residents have all been very friendly and helpful. Also, the GPS tracker necklace they have to my FIL with dementia has already proven so valuable!

I lived in two other local senior facilities over the past four years and living at Stone River Retirement Community is the best of the other two. Why? First of all, this is a community, and to me a community means being similar to a neighborhood. In all of the neighborhoods I have ever lived in, everyone knew all of the other neighbors. The staff and members at Stone River are friendly not only at the various activities one can attend, if one wishes, but also in the dining room during meals. The food choices are plentiful and they taste better than the other two facilities. The building is cleaned and maintained well. Plus, if needed, there is an assisted living/memory care facility across the street one can be moved to. This is a very happy place to be living and I plan on living here the rest of my life.

My grandparents have lived here for over 2 years and they are very happy. They have made a lot of friends, spend a lot time doing activities, and enjoy the prime rib brunch every Sunday. It is a great retirement community, and they are able to live a great life here surrounded by friendly staff and residents.

I find living at Arrowhead Valley for almost 5 years to be an exceptional experience. The managers and all employees are always ready to answer any questions. There are many activities, card games, crafts, etc. Every Friday it's happy hour with live music.

My wife and I have been residents at Arrowhead RLC for 7 years. We both agree that it was the best decision made approaching our advanced years. Since we don't own a car anymore, we rely on the bus service provided by RLC or we use UBER. The food service is great, there is always a large variety to choose from. The special dinners for birthdays and anniversaries are a wonderful treat. The housekeeping ladies are always very pleasant and hard working. The maintenance crew keeps things running smoothly and also arrives in a timely manner. The activities planned each day are well organized and fun for all who wish to participate. We have had several managers since we have lived here, all have been very helpful, welcoming and willing yo work out any problems brought to their attention. All in all, we have enjoyed our time here at Arrowhead and have no reason to move elsewhere.

The apartment is perfect. It's a 2Bed/2Bath with 2 walk in closets and a full kitchen. They also have an awesome covered 2nd floor balcony where we have installed hummingbird feeders. They enjoy watching the little birds.

My good friend has lived here for about a year and each time I visit, I am amazed at how happy she is! She plays cards, has a large group of friends, and loves all of the wonderful activities. I keep telling her, "when I am ready to move, I am moving here". I can't stress enough how much this place really helped my friend find a new path.

Very socially stimulating, clean, and well run place. My mother in law does not like the food, but loves all of the amenities. Def would recommend to others.

My mother had really enjoyed Daniel Pointe. The activities director is amazing. She is full of energy and so kind to the residents. My mother also enjoys the meals with her favorite being the soft serve ice cream. There is always something to do like Bingo, exercising or playing games.

This is a wonderful place to live. The employees are very nice, from the servers, kicthen staff, housekeepers, concierge, and managers. The food is great! My apartment is very cozy! I am so glad to be living here!
