My mother has lived here for 9 years and has never wanted to move from here. She has extended family here at Robinwood ( including the staff ). Robinwood allows someone to remain independent, yet has amenities available that take the burden off “home” responsibilities! The managers, [name removed] and [name removed] are always accessible, as well as their staff!

This is the best independent living facility I have visited in many, many years. When we were looking for a place for my 92 year old father-in-law, we visited many facilities within 100 miles of Memphis. Nothing compares to this facility.

From the moment I stepped into Robinwood Resort Lifestyle Community, I was captivated by its warmth, elegance, and undeniable charm. Touring the community felt less like visiting a place and more like stepping into a lifestyle designed to uplift and inspire. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with inviting spaces that encourage connection and joy. Every detail — from the welcoming staff to the thoughtfully planned amenities — reflects a commitment to creating a vibrant, fulfilling environment for residents. What impressed me most was the atmosphere: it radiates positivity, optimism, and a true sense of belonging. Robinwood isn’t just a community; it’s a resort-style experience where neighbors become friends and every day offers something to look forward to. I left my tour feeling energized and inspired, convinced that Robinwood is more than a place to live — it’s a place to thrive.

I am a charter resident who has visited dozens of alternative facilities in this area. Despite multiple changes in the management team and supporting staff, I am extremely satisfied with Willow Pines. The facility and location are super. [name removed] is an absolutely outstanding activities director. We have had consistently caring and resourceful concierge staff. The building and grounds are well kept. It has been a wonderful home to meet and interact with the diverse group of residents. Perhaps we (and they) would all benefit from a bit more diversity, but we are all genuinely sad to see friends leave. Nonetheless, folks here are happy to welcome newcomers into this happy “family “. The food is really quite good and the young dining and wait staff are genuinely willing and cheerful. No wonder the place filled to capacity in such record time and has stayed pleasantly crowded since it first opened in early 2024. My, how time flies when we are so totally engaged.

Food is good with several choices. Facilities are clean and well kept and staff are friendly and helpful. There are many activities for all interests of residents. The managers live onsite which means a lot.

We left behind a huge lovely home that we had definitely enjoyed for many years. Traded down to a sunny two-befroom, two bath corner unit with a balcony and great views. Traded UP to easy living with many new friends, endless sctivities to choose from, abundant holiday feasts with family welcomed. All meals and snacks provided! Best of all is the feeling of security and complete freedom from worry about energency help if needed and saying goodbye to maintenance problems. As charter residents we are happy to say we know we made the right decision when we moved to Sky Pointe!

Everyone I met on my tour was so amazing and made the experience so special! [name removed] did a phenomenal job at showing off the community! It was so fun seeing the residents engage in activities! The residents are so happy and I can’t wait to visit again!

We moved into Carolina Pines [date removed]. We enjoy the outings and experiences, as well as the food. It's kind of like a cruise. We are some of the younger people here (65 and 67)and we really have enjoyed the wide variety of residents. We have also taken advantage of the travel program and really enjoy that. [name removed]and [name removed], the managers, go out of their way to make this a good experience. Our activities director is great, the concierge is great, and Heather, the Lifestyle consultant is kind and caring. All the employees, from top to bottom are good at their jobs, and are helpful and engaging. We made a good decision.

Having looked all over NWA for a suitable retirement spot, Pinnacle Springs came on top by a wide margin. The food is not cafeteria food but chef prepared victuals that are more than expected (not even counting the coffee and ice cream machines 24/7). Activities are plentiful, staff is delightful and efficient. Location is 5 minutes from all needs. I

My Mom (and Dad before his passing) has lived at Aspen Trails as a charter member for about 5 years. I have visited many times. The facilities are very nice and always very well maintained. The staff is amazing and always willing to help my Mom with anything she needs. It is a very welcoming community. Aspen Trails is independent senior living but they offer many helpful amenities. The apartments are spacious and modern. It has been an excellent living situation for my Mom.

We have been living at Willow Pines for nearly two years. Our experience has exceeded our expectations in every respect. We have a caring community, supported by a very caring and supportive staff. There are so many activities i.e., exercise classes, concerts, field trips, games of all sorts and happy hours, that residents can keep as busy as they choose. The community offers a fantastic food selection, with a daily salad bar, fresh fruit selection, & soups with unlimited selections. The building is secure and maintained well. When considering Willow Pines remember that there are absolutely to extra fees or charges.

Three years ago, with the help of a place for mom, I moved to Deerfield Springs. Best decision I ever made. Staff is professional, warm, helpful, and kind. The residents are people I can relate to with. It's a community that is welcoming, clean and the food is delicious.

We have ex-special managers and staff here. They are constantly looking for ways to keep us happy. I have lived here for two years and I love it. I feel as though I live in a small house attached to a big building. Everything I need and want are at my finger tips. I don't have to worry about keeping anything in working condition. All my worries have been lifted.

What we like the most about the community is that it is only 3 years old. Not too big. Management always trying to make improvements. Clean. Great location. Yes, we would recommend Palomino Gardens Retirement Community to other families based on the experience so far.

Three great hot meals every day with friendly and helpful staff. The residents are exceptionally friendly. A very high percentage of the residents are active and participate in a wide variety games and programs. For those who need some help the management facilitates an arrangement with anoutside company that provides a variety of care for al few minutes a visit to full days. We have a lot of fun and feel loved - and that’s the best part.

My father in law 89 years old, moved here 2 years ago after living in his home for over 50 years. This was the best decision he could have made. It has brought him back to life. The entire staff is amazing and caring. They have so many activities that he is apart of. The food staff goes over and above providing excellent cuisine and still taking in to consideration of dietary restrictions. Thank you Parker’s Bend for making your resort like he’s home.

The people you meet are so friendly and the facility feels like home. You must visit to appreciate all of the amenities. Staff and managers are a true asset. The food and activities are well planned. You won’t be sorry to make this your new home.

I've lived at Brier Pointe for almost 2 years. I have the highest praise for the entire community, from the managers and their staff to the chef and his staff. Everyone is so passionate in doing their best to make sure living here is a pleasure! The plethora of activities daily gives each resident the opportunity to enjoy, share and learn as little or as much as they choose. We have 3 chef-prepared, cafeteria-style hot meals every day, as well as a phenomenal soup and salad bar! I highly recommend Brier Pointe for independent living. Having the amenities and the security and safety of such a lovely place is absolutely wonderful!

My husband and I moved here 3 years ago in November. We visited 3 other facilities and said “no”, we then came to Lakeline Oaks & were immediately impressed with the facility and the warmth of the staff! We moved in and began meeting and getting involved with the people and activities! We love it here and can’t imagine living anywhere else! Thank you Lakeline staff for all you do! The location is wonderful, and the residents are consistently happy, welcoming, and friendly. The atmosphere is cordial and inviting. The staff members are not only approachable but also take the time to get to know you by sight, treating you as if you are part of their extended family. They are well-organized, attentive, and reliable, always following through on tasks and ensuring that everything is handled with care.
