I toured this place trying to find a place for my 87 yr old mother who is in perfect health but at a point where she was tired of living at home alone and dealing with a house and its maintenance . Of the places I toured she picked Riverstone for the feeling of home and especially compassion along with their desire to allow residents to age in place . She has been there since [date removed] and after an adjustment period she has made some friends and loves the activities . She is very happy there . I want to stress the change for my mom as she went from a very rural farm life to very small town living then to a large community ; however , Riverstone has created an environment that centers on individual life along with community . The rooms are spacious and very quiet , the halls are decorated like a home would be . There is no ‘institutional’ feel or smell just a beautiful environment to live in

I am happy and satisfied to be here. It is quiet. We all have name badges which helps promote conversation with others. Our apartment is cleaned every week. There is a limited choice of foods on the daily menu, which I always find adequate. The employees are very friendly and the name badges make relationships easy. There is a maintenance service on staff which takes care of physical problems as they occur. I think I have covered the subject.

The Ashwood facility in Chattanooga has been quite good for our Aunt over the last year. She is well fed, has medication support and made friends at Ashwood. It allows here to live independently in her own apartment while still having the support she may need onsite. It is reassuring to us to have her at Ashwood.

Rolling Hills Independent Living truly sets the bar for exceptional senior living. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking independent living at its finest! From the moment we toured the community, we were impressed by the thoughtful amenities—three delicious meals a day, on-site services like a hair salon, gym, theatre, and a diverse calendar of engaging activities. The residents form a vibrant and welcoming community, making it feel like home from day one. Most importantly, I am deeply grateful for the care and respect my mother receives. The team at Rolling Hills is outstanding: [name removed] , the head sales executive, is informative, honest, and truly invested in the well-being of every resident. She was our guiding light throughout the process and made our transition seamless. Thanks to the professionalism and genuine kindness from the entire team, our family enjoys peace of mind knowing my mother is safe, happy, and thriving.

Following the devistating loss of my wife of 48 years I needed a place to grive and recuperate. Having extensively researched over 12 places in the valley, I found Copper Springs Senior Community. The staff here were helpful, accommodating and provided the collaboration needed to adjust to my lonleness. Within a week I was engulfed in a caring community of like-minded friends that allowed me adjust to the upheaval in my life. I found purpose in serving others moving through the grief. Using the regularity of a comfortable apartment, healty meals and my personal privacy, I've grown confident in helping others adjust to a different pace while growing friends. I feel blessed here.

My mother has been a resident of the Sky Pointe for over four years. Prior to moving from her home in Greeley into Sky Pointe, we checked out several retirement communities in the Denver-metro area over the course of a year's time. In some cases, we made a return visit in trying to decide. One of my Mom's neighbors recommended Sky Pointe where her Mother was staying. Following the tour of the apartments and facilities we were sold. Some of the other places we toured charged fees in addition to the monthly assessment for staff and maintenance services, classes, bus transportation, and even for parking. Comparatively, we found Sky Pointe's monthly rental fee to be competative and it was all inclusive. The management and staff have always been very respectful, friendly, attentive, and great. Most important, my Mom loves the place and calls Sky Pointe her "Home."

My friend has been a resident for over four years. It made the decision to move my father in February very easy! Experiences with the staff have always be so warm and welcoming. My father is having a wonderful time! He has his apartment when he wants to be alone, and company is just outside his door when he wants. There are numerous activities that keep him busy. Most importantly, he has his autonomy. He can make a number of different choices everyday. The price includes everything. It is one bill a month here, you aren't hit with multiple additional charges like at other places. It is a great place all around, we couldn't have asked for a better place for my Dad!

My dad stayed in his home for close to a year after my mom moved into a memory care facility but I could see the decline in his diet and his lack of socialization. Sky Pointe has been great for him! He gets plenty of variety in his diet and he has so many opportunities to socialize. The staff are friendly and the facility is clean. What a relief to have him there!

I love Pebble Springs. It’s not perfect, but what is? The best part of my experience is the people, both the staff and the other residents. Laughter abounds. Staff is always smiling and anxious to be helpful. Activities are abundant with games, classes and lectures plus weekly excursions. The apartments are spacious and include full kitchens. Pebble Springs is independent living. Know your limitations. Finally, the food is good and sometimes great for me. Everyone has their own preferences built over the years. The best part is you can always find something on the menu or cook for yourself. I’m enjoying my life here.

I toured this community with my father, and [name removed] was great. She answered all of our questions and made my father far more comfortable. Everyone of the residents that we met seemed to really enjoy the community as well

My husband and I looked at several independent living communities in [date removed]. This was the last one we looked at, and decided on the spot this was the place for us. All inclusive, beautifully designed, great management and wonderful neighbors. The meals are tasty and healthy with a wide variety of choices. Quiet surroundings, within walking distance to Krogers, Hop Cat, Trader Joe’s and many other places. You can arrange for transportation to lots of areas within a 10 mile radius. Cost to live here is actually less than when we owned our own home. On site physical therapist, beauty salon, exercise equipment and pharmacy.

My mom moved in 3 months ago. It has been a wonderful experience for her. The community is very clean, the staff are wonderful and so helpful and the connections she is making with other residents is just the best! She has some type of activity every day/night. She feels safe and when I talk with her on the phone or visit she is always full of stories. I feel very comfortable knowing that if mom does need any type of help I have a good community who can help me with any needs we may have.

We have been here 4 years. Still very happy with our decision. We have plenty of space in our 2 bedroom apartment. The food is good to great. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Lots of great neighbors to enjoy playing cards, board games, happy hour and other activities. Come join us.

We have been residents of Red Rock Pointe for almost 4 years. We are very happy and comfortable with the lifestyle that we are enjoying here. We have a wonderful staff and there is always fun activities provided to take advantage of.

As an older (in our eighties) couple, we both benefit from the different types of support that are available to us. For one who is more fragile, the fact that OT, PT and Speech Therapies can be accessed here in our residence is a huge plus. We also have an excellent aide team available (not included in rental fee), if we wish to hire them independently for some extra help (for half an hour to longer.) Our beautiful theater hosts movies, lectures, as well as streaming religious services. Among the other additional public rooms: billiards, gym, library, chapel, game lounge, puzzle room and numerous other conversation corners. Seven days a week our dining room serves hot meals with several entree choices for each. Holidays are celebrated with special festive decor and joy. Our staff is exceptional, whether it be in administration, wait and food staff, or maintenance. Twice a week transportation is available for personal appointments. Ice cream available 24/7!

Carolina Pines has delivered as promised. Rooms are comfortable and good size. Additional services are available to assist in daily living if required. There is a movie theater that is also used to provide a venue for a variety events such as musical groups and speakers to assist is our daily living experience.

My wife and I experienced some unplanned medical problems which severely affected her mobility. We needed to move somewhere where I could deal with our problems. We previewed six different facilities and decided Parkside Village best suited our needs.

As I approach my sixth anniversary living here, I look back to photos of good friends and good times. I was a younger resident, moving in at age 72. But I had been missing an active social life and needed a life of purpose. I found it here. I became active in calling bingo, organizing a community store and volunteer sales people, starting a choir, organizing front desk volunteers, and chartering a Christmas fund for the employees. Moving in at an age when my energy level was still high is not something I regret.

An easy place to call home. Clean, Comfortable, secure. A world of activities if you want it. A restful relaxing place if you don't. Food preparation is very good. The staff is professional and friendly and show a genuine sense of caring for the tenants.

I have been a resident for 2 1/2 years and am completely happy with my choice. The staff is attentive, make an effort to know each resident personally and by name, and they are available 24/7. Weekly cleaning of my apartment and the general cleaning are excellent. There is prompt attention to any maintenance issues. The food is varied and excellent. The daily exercise program is varied and suits our needs. There are many clubs and activities for varied interests. The availability of my own car and garage allows freedom to come and go. For those without a vehicle, there is available transportation to appointments and various shopping centers.
