This is a very good place to live.

We are happy with the great care that is being received her from the excellent staff. We like the layout of the community and the wide hallways for her to get around. The menu is good and she likes the variety. They offer a lot of good activities for the residents. The community is highly recommended to other families who are looking for a good value with great care.

I had toured with this community and I was looking for a 2 bedroom and a good assisted living. They did not have an availability at the time but they were friendly and accommodating. I pretty much had a good tour. I appreciate A Place For Mom help, I didn't know where to start.

This is a lovely facility with a low caregiver to resident ratio. I feel Mom would have been happy here as well as the smaller home we chose, which was more conveniently located between family members. Only positive vibes here!

The staff couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming! We stopped several residents & asked them about their experience there, and all of them had nothing but good things to say about living at Ashwood Court. There is often a group congregated together at the front, getting ready for an outing. Our loved ones are happy there, and have mentioned several times how good the food always is. They like the quiet and the enclosed courtyards, and have told us how grateful they are that we found such a great apartment for them. We are satisfied that they are in good hands!

Everything is going good so far. Things have been great and my sister in law like the community. She likes the food and the dining experience because she can talk to her friends. They are fantastic with my sister in law. They have activities and a lot for the residents to do.

[Removed] (male) was very knowledgeable about all that goes into choosing place for Mom & answered many of the questions I hadn't even thought of. I liked the smaller more intimate atmosphere, the layout of the rooms. Everything looked clean & well maintained, smelled fine.

Mom seems to like the food and the service she receives during meals. The staff are treating her quite well. She likes some of the daily activities and she is making friends. We have good communication with the staff. They keep the community clean. The marketing director and the head nurse were always smiling and they were comforting to us during this process. I would recommend Ashwood Court.

My brother has having a fine experience and the care is just fine. The community is very excellent. The staff and everything here is excellent. I would recommend the community to those in need.

My aunt loves Traditions Senior Living & Memory Care! The staff have done a wonderful job helping with the transition. The community is kept very clean and very tidy. They have a variety of activities available for the residents to enjoy. She is enjoying the variety of food offered.

My mother was here for a respite stay. During her time here everything went very well. They took very good care of her and her needs. The community is very well-kept, everything looks nice and clean. She met some new people. She also enjoyed the activities, they were offered daily. The food was good, she enjoyed the meals. My only issue was a ramp that provided access from the upstairs to the down stairs. Overall it was nice experience, besides that ramp issue, I would recommend it.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. My dad has adapted very well to Ashwood. He is more alert, sociable, positive and mobility is improved.

After helping my beloved sister help care for my parents on their farm it simply came time to have help around the clock for Dad (90 years old) and Mom (85 years old). We were spending more money bringing care to their home and constantly watching the nanny cams when they were alone. Ashwood Court administration and staff gave my family a most warm welcome and with every question I raise, they continue to give me support and encouragement. The location is perfectly in the center of family and close to restaurants, church and shopping. Mom was afraid and very reluctant to move but after only being in the apartment for 1 week she is "home". The most important factor for them was entertainment and music. AC has at least 7 scheduled activities a month besides the games and outings. It brought tears to my eyes to sit with them, watch them hold hands while they remembered dancing to the beautiful music from Bill. Mom loves the food and the attention of staff while Dad is showing signs of wanting to get out and about again. I absolutely know I made the right decision and the could not have found AC without the website helping to narrow my search. Thank you AC and APFM!

This place is great for service, personnel, and value. Very low turnover of staff. I would pay more for better food but decent enough. Lot of activities and outside entertainment comes in.

Our Mom has lived in Heatherwilde for a little over two years. She requires additional care as a result of dementia. The staff is very attentive and caring. Her room is always neat and clean. We chose this facility because of the homelike atmosphere - we felt that Mom would be more comfortable there. After return from a recent hospital stay, Mom said that she was glad to be back 'home'. She is very happy at Heatherwilde and we truly feel in our hearts that we made the right choice for her.

The staff at Ashwood Court is the best thing about the place. They are just outstandingly helpful. They have done everything we have asked and more. If I had it to do all over again, I would certainly choose Ashwood Court once more.

I don't see a whole lot of staff members when I am there, and I wonder where they are all at. More staff or more staff presence would be nice, they should be obvious when the residents are in a room. I liked the location, and I liked the staff when I met them, and I think it's a good all around facility.

They are clean, and friendly. They seem to be consistent, price wise, with other locations. The response time seems appropriate for the level they are. They do have a calendar with lots of activities. The food seems ok, I haven't had any complaints, I haven't tried it myself though.

They've really been great so far. They do an excellent job of encouraging everyone to participate in activities, have meals together, and just generally promote community spirit. Both the employees and the residents are all very friendly. They also have a strong Christian community feel, and have church volunteers visit often. The facility itself is very nice looking, and they always keep it clean and well kept.

Heatherwilde is a great place, it is clean and home like. The residents and staff are friendly and always smiling. They encourage and assist my dad in all his tasks and is making small transitions into participating in activities. He is making new friends and enjoys their company. His room is always clean and bed is always made. Glad I made this move for him.
