My father moved there with his wife, who had Alzheimer's. The attached memory care area was good for her. Dad lived in an assisted care apartment. He was independent to the day he passed away. He loved Traditions. The staff was very conscientious and friendly. He made many friends there. He had a great apartment and enjoyed the quality of the facility. The garden in the middle of the facility is a popular spot. I highly recommend Traditions to anyone needing assisted living.

My Mother suffered an injury in March requiring some tough life changing decisions to be made to provide the best care possible. I began the task of searching out all local possibilities while deep in prayer. From the beginning phone call to meeting them in person, I found the staff to have the perfect balance of professionalism and loving care and advice! These recent months of my Mother and I both adjusting to our new normal have solidified we made the absolute best decision for all. She tells everyone she feels she is treated with the upmost kindness by the entire staff while also making her feel like a queen! Whether I call with a question or a request, everyone’s attitude is we are the only ones on their list for that day!! Thanking God, daily for this provision!!!!

I had to move my family member quickly from her home town three hours away. [name removed] at traditions are very easy to work with even in unusual circumstances. It was not long after she arrived that COVID struck our country and these ladies and their staff not only took care of [name removed] like their own family member, they cared for her long time companion"Calvin the Cat" when I couldn't get into the building. These ladies even found a home for Calvin after [name removed] passed. I would recommend Traditions to anyone as they are A+!

Traditions has been a true blessing to our family. My father is a memory care resident there and I just cannot say enough. Traditions is a lovely home for its’ residents...always clean and inviting. The meals provide great variety and are presented to meet each resident’s needs. The personal care that my father has experienced has been top notch. The director and her staff are the BEST that I have encountered in our search for assisted living/memory care. The entire staff is so engaged and pleasant, while doing a truly amazing job meeting his individual needs. His smile as he engages with the staff says it all! They have worked seamlessly with his home healthcare provider and have communicated his needs weekly, daily, even hourly if needed. Moving a loved one into memory care is one of the hardest things a family can do out love, but Traditions has helped to make it as caring and gentle as possible for everyone involved. I cannot thank them enough!

We could not have found a better fit for our Mom! Ashwood Court is the answer to our prayers. A+++ staff who communicates, is receptive and so kind to her. The Wellness Coordinator does not condescend nor sugar coat when talking about care or services. They are all about helping your loved one live their very best life! The entire location is clean, smells like home and feels nothing like the converted hospital that it is. Every amenity is offered and mostly affordable! The meals are carefully planned and tastes really good. We have dined with Mom several times. (I love that they call the meals center the "dining room.") More importantly, Mom enjoys it and feels safe there. We love that!

My aunt had the privilege of being a member of the Traditions family for the last seven years. She considered the Traditions staff of Sherman, Texas her family and friends. Her needs were met and she was well taken care. She was blessed to be cared for in such a loving manner by such a caring group of people. I did not worry about her wellbeing in this facility. She considered the staff of Traditions her family and friends. They were very loving and caring. She was blessed to be a member of the Traditions family until her recent death. I recommend Traditions in Sherman as place for your loved one.

This is without a doubt the best facility I know of in this part of Texas. The caregivers are kind, very efficient and willing to go the extra mile for those they care for. The food is wonderful! "Always" The facility is always clean and tidy. Excellent activity programs, gathering. Very well managed in every way.

Wells Point Lodge has such a "family feel" to it. My mother has lived here for two years and loves the place, the caregiver and the management team. She had to have a short stay in the hospital and the management team even came to visit her there. I would highly recommend Wells Point Lodge to anyone.

My mother has lived at Wells Point Since [date removed]. She has received excellent care during her stay. The facility is clean and orderly. The help is polite and gets along well with the residents. We are very pleased with the way [name removed] addresses our concerns.

Like the fact that it feels like a home. The staff are the best.

The staff at Grace House took outstanding care of my 98-year-old mother for the last four months of her life, after she suffered a stroke. The setting is very home-like and pleasant. The staff treat everyone with respect and care, and the ratio of staff to patients is 8:2, way above the industry average. The food is cooked from scratch and really delicious. I can’t say enough nice things about Grace House and the care my mother received while she was there.

Most likely where we're going to go. Staff was friendly, food was good, 24/7 smoking available, flexible length of time available for respite care, good price.

Staff is excellent. Mom loves it. They continually check on her to make sure she is okay. Large rooms. Bright and happy atmosphere.

MY DAD MOVED INTO AUTUMN WIND AND LOVED IT. THA STAFF SPOILED HIM ROTTEN. EXCELLENT PLACE. WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!! GREAT FOOD.

Great place! We have high hopes for Mom thriving in this community; my visit with the owners is ultimately what sold me on choosing this facility. Great people!

My father's experience at Traditions Assistant Living was very pleasant. He was treated with respect and kindness. He enjoyed the delicious home cooked meals especially the pancakes! The nursing and administrative staff was compassionate, caring and attentive. He liked being there and said the community was clean and looked like the "Waldorf Astoria." I also had a good relationship with the staff. Unfortunately, my father had a very short term stay here but this was a good experience for me and my family.

I think this place is just lovely.

This is a good place to be when you are up in years. There's someone to help!

Everyone is very nice and always cheerful. Room is clean. Wouldn't mind living here myself. I see a resident here daily and she is very happy here.
