This community is, by far, one of the best in area! Everyone is so friendly, the food is fantastic…the residents are happy and enjoy visiting with eachother and are often seen enjoying the many activities Ashwood offers. The administrator is friendly and available when you need him, and is often seen walking around visiting with all the residents. I love how clean and fresh the building is kept, and the caregivers are loving and kind. I would give Ashwood Court 10 stars, if I could!

My loved one is a resident at Traditions Senior Living and Memory Care. I didn't rate the food as I have never tried it. However, most everything else at this facility has been great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Great place to live, excellent staff.

Ashwood Court has been such a blessing, both father/mother-in-law lived here for a few years. They loved it. We are so thankful for the staff and the attention they received.

The staff at Ashwood Court took really good care of parents for a few years. From the receptionist to the director, and all the nurses in between. All the staff is very caring.

Mom has been doing excellent since she moved here. She is getting more exercise going to the dining room and activities. All of the staff are very caring and helpful. mom says this is the best place for her.

I can tell you this is a nice place. It is clean and it's a place you can enjoy being in. It is secure and safe, the staff is concerned about you and asks "if I'm ok."

The community was and is very willing to work with us on the move in process and this continues to be helpful. The staff are available even on the weekends and get right on the requests from the family and are able to answer our questions. The community was very flexible in allowing only one of our family members to move in, instead of two family members, into the same room the family picked out. The laundry service, changing of linens, housekeeping, all three meals, and the room are included in the monthly rate. We have had to ask for the community to clean my loved one's bathroom. The community is able to handle the medication management for my loved one. Devotionals, exercise classes, and more are some of the activities available for the residents. There is transportation available for the resident to use if they need it. My loved one really enjoys the breakfast items available. There are other menus for the resident to choose from. If a resident stops coming to meals, the community will check on the resident. There might be a deliver charge for meal delivery if the resident chooses to have meals delivered to their room.

We were very happy with the experience we had at Wells Point Lodge We had chosen them because I really liked the manager of the facility and it was very close to home as well. The staff extremely very caring, even though it was a short term stay they treated her like part of the community. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

We chose Wells Point Lodge because they were the only available that took pets. The room sizes here are very good. They have plenty of activities provided for the residents to participate in and they are marvelous, my mom loves that aspect of it. [name removed] the director is wonderful l and very responsive. I would definitely recommend.

Our loved one is adjusting very well there, he is getting much more comfortable quicker then he was at the previous community he was at. The medical staff team and the entire staff team are just amazing. They are always on top of everything always keep us informed. The place is very well organized, the meals are excellent, and if you don't want to eat in the dining room they deliver to your own room. The barber shop just opened back up, we can visit with our masks on. The administrative team is awesome, we absolutely recommend this community, it is just so loving and warm.

My daughter looked over a ton of places and she chose this facility because of the location and she thought they were going to be the best fit, Wells Point is a great facility, we were very happy with the care that mom got here. They provided a lot of activities for the residents even with covid going on. They were great with communication, I got texts from the nurses with updates on mom. They were as accommodating as it could be with covid and always let us know when we were able to come visit. I would absolutely recommend to others.

The facility is really nice, the people are really friendly, nice and really seem to care. From what what we have seen of the community it is clean, and they serve good meals. The value is fair not to out of the way.
