My Mom lives in this Facility and has grown to love living there, due the connections she has made with the residents. They do have a lot of activities going on, that is because they have an amazing activities director that puts a lot of work into what she does, & truly cares for the people. Some of the employees that have went above and beyond to make it a home for my Mom, now have been fired, they have a big turn over in staff in this facility (not sure why). The past administrators always knew you, greeted you EVERYTIME we came in, I've been introduced to the new and she doesn't know me! They are always nice and friendly when someone new is moving into a new room that needs to be filled! If that place isn't full, they loose their jobs! it's not about the residents. It's very sad, it is a beautiful new remodeled place too. If your family member has any kind of memory problems, investigate deeper on how they are being cared for. They advertise for this care service but they don't provide it once they are in the facility.

The assisted living facility is beyond wonderful and the staff is even better. They always took the best care of my grandma. There was nothing negative to say until she was moved to the memory care unit. Horrible care from the beginning. [removed]. They don't brush her hair or even bother putting a bra on her. When asked to make sure she's ready to be picked up at a specific time for an appointment, not once has she been ready. I question what services we are paying [removed] a month for.
