I was not impressed by the way Regency Fallbrook looked. It looks like a prison and the atmosphere is very cold and not at all welcoming.

My kids toured this community. They liked this community but it seemed the same as a lot of other communities and the issues that they are currently experiencing. The under staffing is one of the biggest issues a long with it being out of my budget.

They are friendly as can be and glowing during the tour and intake, but you have your loved ones in there, then they are really hard to get a hold of. They do not return calls when they are the ones who said that they would. I do appreciate that they let you visit unannounced, but when I have visited I have not seen many activities going on. The weekend that I went it was all aids and they are not sure what is going. I would not recommend them to others, make sure to check things out thoroughly.

I was not happy with this community. It felt like it was for people that were a little bit lower income, just was not nice. They had nice staff but did not feel like my loved one belonged here or that it was kept up. I toured during the covid shut down and the tour guide was so nice it was more so just the condition of the building.

I had a virtual tour at Regency Village at Redmond. Nothing really stood out to me about the community one way or the other. They were more assisted living, and I wasn't ready for that yet.

It depends on the services you need for the recommendation. The staff is really good to work with. The food was not enjoyed by loved one.

Pleasant environment

I took a tour of this facility while looking for a place for my Mom. I didn’t care for it much. The building itself is much larger than a few other places I had seen and I felt like my Mom would just be “one of the clients”. I met the directors and they both seemed pleasant but the facility, overall, just didn’t feel like home.

I had a tour of this community and it was not one of my favorites that i had seen. I had noticed that all of the doors where closed and I did not like that at all. I don't understand how the staff would keep a good eye on the residents if they where all in the rooms with the door closed. It seemed very depressed and not a very bright environment that I would want my mother to live in.

The facility is clean. The staff is friendly. The staff is always fixing things that are broken. She was at another facility that we was not pleased with and got her here and we're very pleased with everything they do here.

The facility at Regency Newcastle is very nice, but they do have some issues with staffing. From what I can gather they do not pay their staff to well and as such they have a high turn-over rate. They seem to care more about having and keeping up a nice facility than finding and hanging onto good competent staff. The nursing care is very good though.

It was an okay place. The facility was clean and up to date. The rooms were kind of small. It was very expensive to from what they were offering. It really seemed like they didnt do anything they barely answered any of my questions.

We visited here when we were looking for options. The distances were too far for my mother. In my opinion you cannot pay people to care, unless they are family there will always be some form of [removed].

Was not expecting the price to be so high. We had set a max we could afford and this was way above that so kind of set the stage for the day. Our guide told us that should our next tour offer us a deal we should call her back and she would see if she could match...WHAT A COMMENT! Why didn't she give us her best price from the start? What a sales job! I gave a 3 star rateing because room was very clean, food looked good and residents looked happy.

Nice facility.....a possibility.

This community was nice to tour. The staff seemed friendly and nice very helpful The community appeared clean and well maintained. After going over my mothers level of care needs they determined if they would not have been the community for her due to the high level of care and supervision she would require.

I was not at all impressed with the Redmond facility (Regency) The dining area/food was awful.Go elsewhere! We picked this community, because my loved one didn't want to spend anymore.

Regency park place has been an refreshingly pleasant expertise for my mom. She’s happy and we (her family) are too. They are very flexible and we feel her needs were always met and we’ll worth the money. Which was very reasonable too

My Father was only at this facility for 3 weeks before they kicked him out. I feel like they didn’t give him any time to adjust because he does have dementia. They are a memory care unit and it seems like they only want a certain type of residents. The residents they do have are all drugged up and sleeping all the time. My Father, however, wasn’t sleeping all that often and they didn’t want to do the work to care for him. I would not recommend this facility to other families.
