I toured here briefly when looking for a place for my parents and it was very nice. They offer rehab care and assisted living but not memory care. They were very nice and actually the first facility I went to tour. I originally thought it might be a good fit but they didn’t offer what I needed. The staff seemed knowledgeable and easy to communicate with, even if it was just for a couple of minutes. The director sat down with me for a bit and we walked around and did a tour. I haven’t had any of their meals or anything like that, so this is just based on a quick tour.

This facility has been very helpful thus far. My Mother has recently been going through some tough times and the staff has been wonderful in being right beside her and helping her. All of the staff members have been treating my mom very well too. I feel like they have been going above and beyond my expectations. One thing that really drew me here is they have opening dining times and she would be able to eat at any time during the day. I really recommend this community.

The tour was good and we saw that they were remodeling. It made it hard to tell what it would be like, but it still was nice but also in the between stage of remodeling. The director, did great and I believe she just took over as the director. She knew a lot about the community and we really like her and the community. They were not the best fit for my In-Law.

This is a pretty nice community, my family, and I had a nice tour of it. The community is nice,and clean from what we saw. The staff we met was kind, and helpful. It was a good experience overall, and our tour went well.

The place was fantastic, but a bit too expensive for my mom, and the studio was so small. Place was nice and clean and the people were so nice. The decorations are dark in the halls, so felt a bit like winter inside.

The Independent Living Cottages are separate from the main building so I don't really have any interaction with them on a regular basis but when I do see anyone they seem friendly and helpful I have the ability to cook my own meals which I have been doing but I plan on starting to go the dining area. The community is clean and well kept from what I see I, of course, do my own housekeeping.

Fox Hollow was a very nice and clean community that we toured. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We chose another community for our current needs.

I also toured Park View Estates a while back. It was a good tour, and the community was clean and maintained well. The people, where were all very friendly and it was a good experience but it was not the best fit for my mother.

I enjoyed my tour of this community, the staff where on time to our appointment and where very professional with the information they provided us. I liked that they had an open floor plan with lots of great amenities available to all of the residents. It was just not the right location for my mother in the end decision.

IT is going as good as it can be for my mom. The staff are pretty good, some don't show a lot of training but the main staff like RN are on top of everything and the communication between the staff is good. At times the housekeeping does not come every Monday to get the sheets for changing, they can be more consistent. Otherwise she is eating the meals at the dining room and meeting with other residents, this is a good change. She has tried some activities and has enjoyed them. She has a private room that is very comfortable with the extra space even in the bathroom. She can walk into her shower and the toilet is better. I have seen some residents with pets here but the staff do not care or walk the pets for residents.

We toured this community when beginning the search for my mother-in-law. We decided on another community but now that her care needs have changed we will most likely be relocating her to Parkview Estates. They have a very friendly staff and the initial tour was a good impression.

I really have had little to no complaints about this community, they have done a great job so far with the care they have provided my mother. She seems to be really enjoying her meals they are healthy and well balanced which is always a plus. My favorite thing about this place is how small it is. It makes it easier for the residents to interact with each other.

The staff at this community where very informative to my loved one and I during our tour. They kept me well informed and gave me lots of helpful information about the different amenities and packages there facility offers. I would defiantly recommend this community to a friend or family member.

My favorite thing about this tour is it had such positive energy throughout the complex and all of the residents seemed to be right at home in there living environment. I was very pleased with how friendly the staff where and how knowledgeable they where about there facility.

So far, we like the place. The staff is nice and caring. The grounds and the building are well kept and very nice with a home like atmosphere. Most of all the people who call this place home seem to be very well adjusted and happy.

This is a pretty decent place. The facility encourages independence in their residents which is great. Food is pretty good, staff is kind and the residents seem to enjoy most of the activities that are in place.

They are right on top of taking care of my mother which I really appreciate. We have been very impressed. She really enjoys the housekeeping. It has been a very good all around experience.

The food at Regency Fallbrook was really wonderful, and the facility overall was very attractive and very welcoming. The only downside is that we had a problem or two with them not taking my mother-in-law to breakfast or giving her breakfast in a timely manner. Other than that everything about it was a very positive experience and I would recommend them.

Overall I think they do a good job at Sun Terrace Prosser. It is a very nice looking, clean, well kept facility, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our most recent interaction with them was physical therapy for a loved one, and I am not sure the actual therapy was all it could have been.

Our loved one has very high needs, so they’re mostly doing a pretty good job. Our loved one has a special diet and they are able to take care of that for us. There is enough parking when we visit. They’re clean.
