So far, we like the place. The staff is nice and caring. The grounds and the building are well kept and very nice with a home like atmosphere. Most of all the people who call this place home seem to be very well adjusted and happy.

This is a pretty decent place. The facility encourages independence in their residents which is great. Food is pretty good, staff is kind and the residents seem to enjoy most of the activities that are in place.

They are right on top of taking care of my mother which I really appreciate. We have been very impressed. She really enjoys the housekeeping. It has been a very good all around experience.

The food at Regency Fallbrook was really wonderful, and the facility overall was very attractive and very welcoming. The only downside is that we had a problem or two with them not taking my mother-in-law to breakfast or giving her breakfast in a timely manner. Other than that everything about it was a very positive experience and I would recommend them.

Overall I think they do a good job at Sun Terrace Prosser. It is a very nice looking, clean, well kept facility, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our most recent interaction with them was physical therapy for a loved one, and I am not sure the actual therapy was all it could have been.

Our loved one has very high needs, so they’re mostly doing a pretty good job. Our loved one has a special diet and they are able to take care of that for us. There is enough parking when we visit. They’re clean.

It tends to be one of the more expensive that we looked at. There are two systems, there are points and levels, Fox Hollow is a point system, so it is itemized so we know exactly what we are getting and paying for. They seem to be fairly prompt with their services. She likes the food, which is huge for us. I would say it's a five, they have options if she doesn't like the meal, nutrition wise it seems to be pretty good. They also set people at tables in a seating arrangement, so they get to know each other and the residents at the table, so there is some consistancy. The serving staff remembers everyone's name. They take them to end of life, but they do not have memory care. Hospice can come here. It's a big transition and there is a point where all of a sudden it will hit them and they want to go back home. Phone is extra and you have to put a line in or have a cell phone. You are just paying for rent, cable electricity and meals, and everything else is extra. They make sure she will get to her appointments. They have been very communicative. Nurses are on call and not there all the time, they are available, but the aides are the ones who provide the care. Don't waste time looking, ask what is your minimum price.

Basically its a real nice place, its very expensive and I'm not sure if its the best place for somebody who has dementia like my mom does or those kinds of problems. Its really an assisted living and you should be in pretty good shape to be there, but I don't have a lot to compare it to. I was going to start looking around to see if there was something a little less expensive or deals better with dementia. My only problems is you don't see the same aids all the time, there seems to be quite a bit of turn over and lack of communication between the shift thats leaving and the shift thats coming on. My mom has some kind of sore and home health care people come out and take care of it but lots of times they come in and an hour, hour and a half goes by with no one checking on her. WHne you normally wear a diaper or depends you should be checked on and thats really my only complaint.

Nice facility, but no memory care.

Very nice, style is like Riverton. Unassited apt included 3 meals, does not included phone. Reserved a 1 bdr apt which is refundable. Option to stay a few nights in a furnished apt to try it out. Also option to stay in apt while we move her belongings in. Also have a special where months 2 & 6 are offered free.

We chose Sun Terrace because I was impressed with the lady that helped us. They did a video tour with us since it was during covid and it was very helpful to my sister and I. She is in a 1 bedroom and it is plenty roomy for what she needs. I would tell others like anything, you have to learn how they operate and figure out which staff are the most helpful. Overall, I would recommend to others who are looking.

They're very short staffed. The food service is very slow. I think they have a high turnover, so they're always training people. The nursing is okay, but it's hard to find someone who knows what's going on. I've had an issue with the financing, but it eventually got resolved. It does meet all of my mother's needs. The staff tries hard, and they are very friendly.

Very friendly staff and had of tons they could do all the time. It was hard for us because she was at the end of life and I lived out of town and the staff had a hard time communicating with me to get care for her. It was independent living sort of. Had a few issues of taking her to the hospital. Hospice came in in the end and was a little better.

There were definitely some miscommunications. Working with other agencies, like hospice, can get confusing. Keeping up with family, and letting us know what's going on, was lacking. He really enjoyed the food. They seemed to have a lot of activities, going on but that didn't really apply to me. There were a few details and points that weren't explained very well when we signed up. Overall it was where we needed to be.

We didn't like that one very much because it felt too much like a skilled nursing facility. I know that my aunt wouldn't have liked it and all of the studios were on the second floor. We were looking for a studio but we wanted it to be on the first floor.

The activities look great but MIL does not participate. Many decisions by staff, mainly Nurse [name removed], does not communicate and honor the bill payers wishes for our mothers best interest. Ultimately Nurse [name removed] calls the shots. MIL does not eat in the dining room. Has one meal delivered for an extra $7 but she is charged for all meals. Housekeeping is sloppy and inconsistent. eg. Toilet dirty and floors in bathroom left extremely wet after a sloppy mop. Often left mom with no toilet tissue until our weekly visit Love the medication giver, what a sweetheart. Great communication to us.

Overall not a great experience for mother-in law. It was nice in the beginning. With the cleanliness the toilet was not being cleaned until requested. The staff were nice enough but lacking in communication. With the care services it was inconsistent and again no communication. Our mother-in-law rarely eats the food. We paid for delivery one meal a day and she still doesn't eat it. Too much social pressure eating in the dining hall. Our mother-in-law doesn't want to participate in the activities and no one on the staff is willing to encourage her. For the value, they up charge for every service. [fee removed] a month to dispense medication one time a day. Over the top and she is taking pills not injections. If we could find something else I think we would. Overall communication is very very bad and it seems the perceived goal is continual up charge to the resident. Whenever we want to communicate with nurse in charge she is very slow to respond. When plan is put in place it is not carried through with. Again seemed nice in beginning but going on month 3 it's becoming a money drain, poor communication, and false promises

This was more of a location issue for my loved one. She wanted to stay in an area she was familiar with close to friends. They didn't show me a room during the tour, though the facility seemed comparable to the one we went with. Very friendly and informative staff.

We started out with a respite stay. My loved one started wandering off. They weren't able to spend the time with him that he needed, and it just didn't work out. They've told me they don't want him as a permanent resident.
