I would encourage others to look around and see what is best for them. For us, Brighton Gardens is very close to where I live. The staff and the people who provide the care are very nice. The facility is very good. They keep it clean, wash my loved one's clothes, things like that. The only thing I think they're lacking is a doctor that could come in maybe once a week to do a thorough check on the patients. And I don't see as many activities on the memory care side as I would like to.

This is a good community. I would recommend you check to see if your loved one's needs would be met here. The community is good at trying to get the residents involved in activities offered at the community.

Our family was able to do an in person tour and we really liked the place. The tour was great, it was a nice situation and in a very nice neighborhood. However, the location was just not convenient for our family and at the time they only had available a 2-bedroom shared room and we just did not think that was going to be the right fit for our loved one.

Our family first had a virtual tour and then we were able to physically tour the community. We really liked this community it was actually going to be our second choice if our first choice did not have a room available.

There seems to be a variety of activities, they send out newsletters show casing all of the activities they have and include different pictures. We think the value is exceptional compared to other facilities and our loved one has a private bedroom and bathroom.

The community is top-notch and I would recommend this community to others

The staff is extremely friendly and they truly care. They call my mother mom! I would definitely recommend this community to others before covid we always got an invite for holiday dinners also.

We chose Forest Heights because when we visited it seemed to be clean, no odor, but when we went back in to move her in there was a strong odor. The room sizes here were a little on the small side but they weren't bad. The food was fairly good. We did have issues with medication, she went without one of her important medications for 5 days because their doctor did not call it in, this happened a few times. Overall, I would recommend, but just pay extra close attention to the medicine.

They had a management change at the end of my father's life, and it wasn't handled well. It caused some unrest with residents and staff. There was no commentary to anyone about what happened. The had a friendly administrator and other staff. Then there were people how was asked to assume additional responsibilities. The reason I have a 4 instead of a 5 was because the way they handled the administrator change. The staff said we are consistently reminded not to get attached to our patients, and it was hard for us not to get attached with your dad.

Too expensive for a private room. Very clean and opulent. But not homey. Transportation included.

Great experience. Very good information and it felt warm and inviting inside.

I enjoyed the tour and the decor of the common areas. The location of the facility to home is the closest. The rooms available will meet mom's needs. I will request an evaluation for mom to see if she is a good fit. Pricing may present a bit of a challenge when the final bill is known.

It’s a very nice place to live.

My wife and I have lived at Beckett Lake for 9 months, she in Memory Care and I in A.L. Compared with the other facilities we have experienced, this is IDEAL. The Staff is very caring and compassionate. Nursing is on hand whenever needed. Food is very adequate and quite diversified. The facility itself is beautiful, clean and well cared-for. Staff is responsive, even to "difficult" Residents.

Very nice facility, inside and out. Pretty dining room, well lit. Hallways were very nice with high windows for light. Snack room, nice fireplace room. Only drawback I saw was very small rooms.

We toured at Brighton Gardens, and I felt that there was a good feeling here. I really liked the community, and the staff seemed friendly and competent. The community was incredibly cheerful and lively. However, I felt the location the community was in might be a little too busy for my loved one.

The staff have been really kind. Everyone I have met is really nice, however I think they could use a little more help. This community is clean and the grounds are well maintained. My loved one likes the food and the activities. For the most part it has been a good experience and I would recommend this community.

I have no complaints of how things went for my loved one while he was at this community for his respite stay. The staff where wonderful to work with and I was comfortable with the care they provided him. He had no problems with the meals and enjoyed participating in some of the activities they had throughout the week. I would defiantly recommend it to anyone that is interested.

Facility was nice. Rooms were a little smaller but still nice. [Removed] and staff were very nice. They offer activities for the residents.

Mom is doing very well since she has been here. Mom really was looking forward to coming here and being around people. The community and mom's room is always clean and neat. The staff has been nothing, but awesome.
