The staff is very friendly & helpful to my loved one, but they like other places are understaffed. The recent mgmt change has had a positive effect. The facility/building has experienced some serious water issues, which after several weeks is hopefully resolved. Easier access to building would improve customer service. An associate has to let you in & out which takes them away from doing their jobs & delays access which can be frustrating. Overall, the caring staff is so appreciated by us.

Most have walking issues but yet they have to park a ways away and they're a slight incline. I wish something could be done to level the ground and ability to park closer. Otherwise I'm very satisfied and they are too. Meals are great. Staff are wonderful. And mom enjoys the activities.

Our family had an in person tour and what we liked best about it was the location, it was right by a park which was very nice. Overall the community appeared that it would be a fine fit for our loved one but the building you could tell was older and has been through a lot.
It's very clean. They were very caring for my pareants and took good care of them. The food was good, and my loved ones liked it. They had many activiites. There was issues with the billing. They could be more upfront with the billing, and offer more reasonable prices. Overall, the place was great. The staff was very good. The place was fantastic.

Our family had an in person tour and it was more welcoming which we liked but the building itself was much bigger and just felt a little more posh and it was just to expensive for our family.
The staff are great, and it's one of the most reasonably priced places in the area even though it is a little bit older.
