The staff at Celebration Villa of Hearthstone is good. However, they have the same problem as all of the other businesses, finding and keeping good workers. The housekeeping is good and they keep up with the laundry good. I've eaten every lunch there with my loved one for the last 4 months and I like the food. As far as moving in, they have a 4 wheel dolly, which is ok. However, a person would need to bring their own 2 wheel dolly if needed.

When it comes to the cleanliness of the community they do a good job. For the meals and dining service the quality and quantity does tend to vary sometimes. For the activities, there are not many that go on, but for the value for cost it is very comfortable. Based on the experience I have had, I would recommend this community to others.

We picked this community because they had available rooms. The experience was okay.

Lovely facility very helpful employees. The outdoor area is very attractive. My only complaint s that after a year my mothers rent will be increased by $[removed]. She will have to move unless they adjust this.

Most of the staff members are great, but every now and then you can see the ugly come out! My only care is the housekeeping and because of staff shortages there have been long outages in service a few times. When it comes to the meals and dining service this one I could write a book on - food usually is not hot - not on an old persons schedule for meal service - feel like being herded to the slaughter at such set times - at times need larger portions to get full! - can order but don't always get - just quit going & ordering food in to fix or already fixed. The activities are picking up since [name removed] started working here - mostly the same boring schedule day after day - glad I get to play poker. I am buying my own food and a single window size A/C unit for the entire apartment which is a 1 bedroom unit

We had an in person tour with Brookdale Jensen Beach and overall we thought it was a nice tour experience, but once we say [community name removed] we knew that was going to be the place for our loved one.

I have lived at Marion Woods for over a year. It is meeting my needs very well. I have the perfect apartment, 3 meals a day, light housekeeping every week, delightful entertainment and activities, shuttle bus for my dr appts, hair salon and shopping. I have made some very dear friends. The staff has always been most friendly and accommodating.

The staff are knowledgeable and helpful to your needs, and will answer questions you may have. The apartment sizes are good. The amenities offered are good as well. I would definitely recommend University Pines to others, it is in a great location near a lot of shopping areas.

My family and loved one had a good experience with the community. The community is clean when we visit our loved one. Everyone seems to be friendly. There are meals and activities provided by the community for the residents.

I think it's a little expensive but I have only a full blown nursing home to compare it to. The care weekly 8-5 is very good. Weekends and late evenings could be better although recently it seems to have improved. Competent staff for those hours I'm sure is difficult to find.

Positives: The staff is great. Room for improvement: Food is never warm, they need metal food covers to keep it warm. They have big screen movies on Wednesdays and Sunday's with comfortable chairs for the residents. The room size that my loved one has in memory care is great! It is a huge room. The amenities offered are just ok. I Think they work really really hard to make it as nice as possible for the residence but memory care is just a very difficult job. I give all credit to those workers they are angels. I just don't think I could do that job. It's just very hard by the time you get to memory care. It is a wonderful place

The staff was very good to my dad when my mom passed. They have different activities each day, food is good but not enough variety according to my dad. We picked this community, because of the cost, availability of unit, and it was close to my sisters.

The size is perfect. There are nice areas that my dad can go to if he wants to be alone. The location is beautiful - nestled in a really nice neighborhood. Lots of trees. Staff are always responsive and because of the size, they know all the residents. It was just totally remodeled and is tastefully decorated.

All the staff there are extremely kind and friendly. The facility was always clean or if something needed cleaning they would respond promptly. They need more staff, more comprehensive training for the staff, and programs for social and activities needed for Alzheimer's residents.

I would probably recommend Celebration Villa of Exeter to others. My dad has only been here a few months. At first, they're super nice and friendly then it wears off and the care slips at these Senior Living facilities. He was at [name removed] first and I believe they are all the same. This facility communicates with me much better and their staffing is much better. My dad seems to enjoy the food more at this facility, also.

Our family has had a mostly good experience with Bridges of Warwick. The staff are generally friendly and caring, and the accommodations are nice. They could improve on consistency in their response time.

The staff are very nice and helpful, and although they can improve on staff effectiveness in answering calls from those in wheel chairs. Dietary needs improvement, especially regarding salt. Would probably recommend. Not any worse then other assisted living facilities, and better then some.

The staff is very available and caring. The facility is small enough (only around 60 residents) and that feels much "homier" versus a large complex. Plus, they really welcome families of the residents and have many special events to come together and socialize.

Staff doesn't always respond in a timely manner if issues arise. Unless an emergency, be patient, they will eventually. They offer; music from outsiders, happy hour, games, and they have a library. I would definitely recommend to others.

The staff at Brookdale Deer Creek are incredibly kind and accommodating. The food is outstanding and flexible based on client tastes. I would highly recommend this community.
