Celebration Villa is a beautiful environment, very clean , meals good. Lots of daily activities, residents all appear clean well groomed . Staff consistently same with each resident , to ensure continuity of care . Beauty shop in house . House Physcian rounds weekly as needed, home health nurses available, therapy available, specialist come as needed , foot doctor, psyche, wound care.

Care services - sometimes call button takes too long to respond to. However, based on the experience we have had with Celebration Villa of Chippewa, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Our loved one first started out on the Assisted Living section and that was great in every way. Even though the assisted living section was very nice, I will never recommend them because most residents progress to memory care and moving them to a new facility is too difficult.

Overall a great value and very friendly staff. Location is great. Facilities are dated but very clean. Food is good and the activities director is wonderful. Many members of the staff have been employed there for several years.

We chose The Courtland Wyoming because of the price and it came highly recommended from others. They just replaced the main person running it and things seem to be running smoother than before.

The short while my mom was in there it was great for her. Unfortunately she passed away last year a few months after moving in. They were very friendly and helpful. The short while my mother was there she said she loved it. Activities kept her busy. The room was large and comfortable.

I think it has dropped off a little because of employee turnover. I don't eat there but mom complains sometimes. But I think her taste has changed as she ages. I have nothing to compare it to but based on the experience we have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families.

There's always room for improvement, but overall, especially with the new head of nursing and Director of the facility they did a pretty good job.

What we like the most about the Regency Residence community is that the people seem friendly and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Brookdale has been about the best we can do. Its difficult to watch your once vibrant parent decline and need so much assistance. They are taking good care of her. I would recommend to others.

We chose Brookdale Deer Creek because of the value for the money and the fact that they were able to deal with my friend's diabetes.

It is a nice, friendly place for family. I would definitely recommend Celebration Villa of Reedsville to anybody looking for assisted living.

We gave the meals and dining service a 2 based on comments from my aunt and her friends. They do offer a lot of activities but my aunt does not do many of them. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I have only good things to say about Celebration Villa and want to thank the Staff working there.

Numerous staffing problems / turnover because they are overworked. Building starting to show signs of aging (like residents) Management could do better on landscaping. Some residents are too frail for independent living. Entry requirements? Management doesn't keep simple lists like residents who have vehicles and license plates. Has to go around and ask who owns car X? Overall, a good place to stay when you have nowhere else to go.

The dining room was good, just needed extra flexible hours and options. Not always strict time sit down. Seems there is never any staff around at times to ask questions too. They have had some staffing changes recently. My mom does love her apartment and the place!! In her opinion it is a 10! Our family's experience at Venetian Gardens was overall very good! The staff, facility, meals and room were great! Clean and a happy place.

There has been a lot of staff turnover in management and nursing staff. Medical assistance is very limited, so we do most everything on our own as they are difficult to work with. The food is good; kitchen manager does a great job.

New management in last year. Upgrades will be made. Pleasant location. I looked at 2 or 3 floor plans and all seemed good. Mine is 1 bedroom with kitchenette (full size refrigerator) a 3 door pantry and 2 closets in bedroom so I feel very good about the space. It is 549 sq ft.

My loved one is currently a resident at Brookdale West Palm Beach and everything has been very good for him, so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and care services are good. My loved one says that the food is good. Based on our experience, I would recommend Brookdale West Palm Beach to others.

My sister is tough. I moved her after she spent 2 weeks in a behavioral health clinic. I didn't understand why [community name removed] staff couldn't see she needed more help for her anxiety and depression. I had to take her to most of her appointments because the bus driver wasn't available when she needed him. I hear he quit and is no longer there. At Brookdale, most of her physicians and therapists come to her. I took her to one specialist so far. Brookdale has a pool and better food. .The accommodations for healthcare are much better at Brookdale.
