I toured this for my care and home. I liked what they had to offer and I liked the staff and the environment. they had meals that were healthy and the actives I would have liked this community and would recommend that others tour the community for a place to call home.

Mom seems to be happy and settling in nicely at Atria Manresa. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. The staff is very friendly and take good care of my mom's care needs. They have a curfew of when the residents must be back to the community so that they make sure all the residents are accounted for. Mom really likes the meals that they prepare. She participates in all of the activities the staff encourages the residents to engage in. Mom definitely has a lot to keep her busy, she really enjoys the physical therapy and all of this activity gives her a lot to talk about. I think as she gets more acclimated and makes more friends she will feel like this is home for her. We chose this community for the close proximity and the view is just beautiful. I would recommend this community to others.

I like knowing that my mom is doing well here. The staff is caring and attentive to her needs. The community is clean and has a nice home feeling. We like the variety of meals that are offered. She is offered to participate in the list of actives.We feel that is getting good care and a good value.

[Removed] provided for me an excellent tour of the facility even without a scheduled appointment. She took the time to listen to my cares and concerns as we anticipate moving my father 1000 miles to be closed tour. I liked the individualized care that residents receiving according to their need. I definitely left with a positive impression and will bring my family to visit for their approval.

I am very pleased with the care that my parents are getting here. The staff is very friendly and caring and they show that when they interact with all their residents. My folks are starting to be a part of the activities and they like going to the dining area and socializing with the other residents, the food is also good with plenty of options to choose from. Everything is nice and clean and this has been a good fit for my parents.

I enjoyed my tour and had a great lunch at this community. I did find an apartment that I liked and I am on the waiting list once space comes open. But in the mean time, I am already making friends with some of the residents there and I do go over and visit as I live just down the street from this community

Cherry Laurel was a really nice community. Very clean and well-kept community. The landscaping was just beautiful. The inside was very warm and inviting and nicely decorated. My mom was not able to stay for very long due to the fact that they could not provide the extra care that she needed. Nevertheless, the staff was very friendly and caring and did their best to attend to her care needs. The food was very good and they provided activities and encouraged the residents to participate. I would recommend Cherry Laurel to friends and family.

Even though I am still moving in and I am so very glad that I am here. The staff and the management have made me feel so welcome and the other residents that I have met are so happy being here as well. The grounds are beautiful, the food is great and once I get moved in completely I plan on being part of the activities as well.

Atria Manresa is a lovely place and I love being here. The staff is so great they look out for you and are very attentive and friendly. My studio apt is just right and very nice. I enjoy being a part of the many activities and field trips they offer and going to the dining area to socialize during my meals and they have a great menu to choose from. I even have transportation to my doctor appointments. I would definty recommend Atria Manresa.

We took a tour of the facility and it was very nice! The staff were willing to answer my questions, and we had a nice time while visiting. Overall, the tour went very well!

My dad is adjusting well at the Regency Residence which is independent living only. The location is one of the reason for our decision as it is close to my mother who is in skilled care. The facility is lovely and the staff is friendly, patient and helpful. My dad usually has breakfast at home and he likes to go to dining room for lunch and dinner, he says the food is great and that he is getting fat. There are plenty of activities for the residents also with a shuttle and field trips for those who want to go. I would definitely recommend the Regency to family and friends.

My mom really loves it at Marion Woods and they have been working with me because my mother's condition has changed and she will be needing some in-home options as she is in an independent apt.. They have been amazing, they are very consistent in informing me about how my mother is doing and on the days she does not feel like eating in the dining room they make sure they bring her meals to her. They show that the residents are first and for most. I would definitely recommend Marion Woods to my friends and family for their loved ones. In fact, I would gladly move there myself.

The community is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is super caring and committed to providing a loving Christian atmosphere, which is exactly what my mom was looking for in a home. There has not been one bad incident. The food is excellent, very nutritious. There are plenty of activities to choose from and they offer organized exercise activities which my mom really likes. We chose this community because it is smaller and provides more one on one care. When I visit my mom it feels like an extension of my own family. The ladies my mom often sit with are my friends too. Whenever we take mom out on trips she always wants to go back, saying her friends will miss her if she does not get back soon.

The community is very bright and open. Two lovely courtyard gardens enable residents to spend time outside. Mom says the food is pretty good! The staff is warm and courteous with the residents.

A little over a year ago my mom was diagnosed with cancer and at the time lived over 4 hours away. I was her primary care giver and eventually I needed to move her closer to properly care for her. I looked at many places in town and Tanglewood was the most reasonable for her budget. She started out in independent living and as the cancer progressed, she eventually needed 24 hr care and was moved to the assisted side. The nurses and staff went above and beyond for my mom. I felt comfortable leaving her in their care while I worked. They were very attentive as her needs changed and never complained They were always friendly and willing to do whatever was needed to make her feel comfortable. They also worked very well with hospice to help provide her care. I would highly recommend Tanglewood Trace to anyone who is looking for supportive care during such a difficult time.

We were very pleased when we visited the Crossings and knew immediately that it was our place of choice. We were delighted when my mother-in-law was accepted there.

Very clean and bright with NO offensive odors. Many floor plans to choose from with affordable prices. Nestle in a quiet wooded area of Ocala, it seems like a good alternative to living in a community without giving up independence.

I toured 6 places and searched many more. My focus was first on facilities as far as going the next step to actually tour the places and I quickly learned that you can not go by the web review process due to bias coming from disgruntled employees and the ever present i can say anything attitude that comes from internet anonymity! often times I would see a place and not believe the reviews I had read. I have seen better places in terms of facilities and room size availability (if you are looking for a separate bedroom be forewarned these rooms require walking up steps to get to them.) But the large efficiency apartments are adequate. My real barometer was how happy the residents looked on that note the place is superb and ultimately was what made me select this place. The staff cares and it shows from the waitresses in the dining room, the cleaning staff to the desk people (one of whom had her father living at the place in the past.) The atmosphere of the management is one of a caring, family oriented people based model business and the attitude trickles down throughout the staff. I can not emphasize enough how important this is to me knowing that the person I care for is in a place that nurtures her existence. She has been living at the place only for a week but already her attitude and spirit is improving. My only complaint is I wish they had the facilities to keep her when she may advance to a more hands on nursing care level.

Very nice place...long halls tho and I would have to purchase a scooter after a while. Don't think I saw one while i was there.
