My mother has been a resident for a year and a half and I have nothing but good things to say about Vista Springs. They are very attentive and react quickly to issues/problems. The staff is courteous, engaged, and helpful.

My dad has been at Vista Springs, Howell since January of 2016. This facility is awesome. I am so pleased with the staff and the care my dad has received. The staff is always their when dad needs them or I have questions. The activities director, Mary, plans so many activities that my dad is always busy. I highly recommend this facility, for the family atmosphere and love and caring of the staff.

The facility is always clean. Customer service is important to them, all staff assist immediately and with a smile. They created a designation area for hospice nurses to chart, make phone calls, and always have access to pt's charts at all hours. They initiate constant communication regarding our shared patients, resulting in great coordinated care. Management is always available when needed. PT's needs are immediately met, they truly go above and beyond.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Atria Manresa.[Removed], the Community Sales Director is incredibly knowledgeable about the facility and empathetic to the challenges of placing one's loved one into a different environment. She was a calming presence by listening, offering options from respite care to becoming a resident. Also to discuss in detail the options offered through activities, outings etc. even hospice care. It goes without saying the facility itself is beautifully [removed] I give [Removed] an A+

My mother in law has lived there for 3-1/2 years now in the independent living side. She is quite pleased with the staff and the value. She never lacks for something to do. She lived in a different center where she was paying more than double what she is paying now, so she is quite pleased with the value she is receiving. As family, we are pleased she is happy and are comfortable with the security of the building and security in knowing someone is always around day or night should she be in need of someone. I would highly recommend Tanglewood to your or your family member. If she has one complaint it would be that sometimes the food leaves something to be desired.

most wonderful, hope [Removed] can qualify, clean, beautiful grounds.They have maintance personal, laundry service optional $60,various groups, at activity (supervised) Transportation to activities - shopping, movies, local events, staff attentive, they have acres on the water views amazing, Genesis Ph and exercise rooms. Dining no set time resident goes during hours, wait staff to take food order(we were there during lunch hour and they offered lobster bisque), cloth table cloth, safty bars in bathroom and pull cord, medication monitoring (reading from their brochure and discussed with Lisa personal grooming assistance, escort to meals and activities (observed) transfer assistance, diet needs and allergy to foods noted, incontinence care. Addition fees for level of care i.e personal care by hours needed and med management of no of hour/times needed. Did not ask about moving out trying to move in, but if the level of care or financial picture changes may be required to move to a facility which is equipped to meet her needs. Guess you can tell we really like the facility and have not be even touched on everything. [Removed]

Really loved this facility. Residents seemed very friendly and happy. Facility appeared clean and personnel were knowledgeable.

The minute I walked into Brookdale I knew it was the right place for my mother. It was bright and full of life with residents congregating in the lobby. Everyone that I dealt with from the person at the front desk to the director was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. Before the tour, the director sat with me to ask me questions and to give me information while answering my questions . No question of mine was too trivial or unimportant. Every doubt or possible negative scenario that I could think of was given a resolution.[Removed] would make any accommodations that would help my mother succeed at Brookdale. When we went on the tour I noticed the warmth and familiarity between the staff and the residents. I met several staff members including heads of departments. A bonus at Brookdale is the food! It's good! When I met the head of dining, he told me that they could make anything that my mother requested. Wow. The apartment she has is roomy, full off natural light and is very accessible for someone who uses a walker. My mother has been living at Brookdale for 9 days now and we hardly speak. This is because she is busy with her new friends and participating in activities. She is hardly ever in her room when I call. I have contacted the staff at Brookdale several times for various reasons while my mother settled in. From [Removed], and everyone in between, I cannot say enough about these wonderful, caring professionals. Do we like Brookdale? My mother has not been this happy in a very long time.

The crossings at Riverview is a spectacular asst. living facility. When we arrived for our tour, the facility bus had just returned from taking residents shopping and we watched as the residents returned home. We spoke to a few of them and they all seemed happy with the outing. We were taken on a tour of the facility and everything: game room,library, movie room, dining room are all top-notch. Many of the rooms have windows facing the water (which is located at the back of the facility). Due to my father's medical needs at this time this facility may not be best suited for him, but I would strongly suggest that if anyone has a parent who is in need of placement into an asst. living facility, you must tour this site.

The food, the staff and community is excellent! I chose this community because I am disabled and it was becoming harder to get around. My life has completely turned around since moving here.

Sterling Court is everything my mother is looking for. The facility is newer than others we viewed, and the heated pool area is gorgeous. We had a delicious lunch with several choices offered. The staff is cheerful and helpful and our tour guide was very patient as she showed us 4 or 5 apartments before we found the right one. Then a member of the previous tour interrupted us to say he had just leased it and wanted to take measurements. So our tour guide said she would look to see if that kind of apartment might become available soon and she found another just vacated. My mother said she knew that was what she wanted so she signed up then.

Everything is great at this community. My in laws is doing very well since their move here. We know they are safe, and in a good facility. They have a very good staff here, they have good to work with. They are very pleased with the meals, the food is very good. Overall all is well so far, and I would recommend this community.

It has been a good experience for my loved one so far! The place is beautiful, they have things to do inside and outside. They have a club area and a walking trail. When we moved him in, the place seemed brand new. They redo the apartments and bathrooms before re-renting them. We are very happy with our choice and highly recommend the community.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to put their loved one in good hands. The staff is so kind and professional, I can't say enough good things bout them. My father is doing well there, he recently moved from the assisted living to the Memory care and it was a smooth transition. My father is joining activities and is very happy. It has been a pleasure to have him here and know he is safe.

I am very happy to recommend this great community to others. This is a home feeling community with great staff. The activities were so very helpful to my mom. Very clean and always have enough staff one on one care for the residents. The meals are outstanding. I would recommend this community for the best care. They are always there for help and support.

Everything is working out pretty well for my father with his move to this community. It is a very nice place, and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. He is doing well, and I know he is safe, and in a good place at this community.

Very attractive community. Independent living with "ala carte " services provided as the resident requires more assistance. Awesome concept. My Mother was very impressed after her tour.

Helping my dear friend find a safe place was paramount in our decision process when searching for a new home. Regency Residence is that and so much more. The facility is lovely and the staff is friendly, patient and extremely helpful. My friend is thrilled with her new home and many new friends. I would highly recommend this facility.

We moved my mother into Vista Springs Northview over a year ago and we couldn't be happier. The staff are very nice and our Mom loves the daily activities. We are pleased and would recommend Vista Springs Northview.

My father is doing good here. We like the staff and they offer him good care in every way possible. The community is always cleaned and taken care of. He seems to be pleased with the meals that are offered to him. They have always tried to get him involved with the activities. We would recommend the care for other families and the value.
