I very much appreciate the caring family feeling from all the staff at Eastlake Terrace. My loved one has also thrived with all the events, activities, and particularly music events this community is supportive of and provides.

We are so pleased with the care and service provided by all of the staff at Venetian Gardens. My mom could not be happier. She has made wonderful friends and feels so at home. Thank you for taking the extra steps or going the extra mile.

Beautiful, warm community. The people working there were involved, engaging and caring. There was just a feeling of home. The residents all seemed happy as they passed by on their way. The calendar was loaded with lots of activities.

Clean environment, welcoming and accommodating staff. It felt like a true community that is full of life.

Beautiful community. The staff are pleased and helpful. The food served was delicious and enjoyable. There is a wide range of activities to keep occupied, including pool, billiards, table tennis, a library, wii sports, and much more. They even have a pop-corn machine!

I have lived here over a years now and should have moved here sooner – so much better than living with family - many activities and pampering. The staff here couldn’t be nicer to us because they care. I tell everyone I meet about living here at Venetian Gardens, my home away from home.

My aunt has lived here for a little over a year. The staff at Elmcroft of Shippensburg is AMAZING! Everyone at all levels are kind, caring, professional people. My aunt is happy and safe here in a cheery, well maintained environment.

The Venetian Gardens in Venice, FL is an impeccably maintained facility filled with a staff of smiling faces. With an abundance of activities available and a friendly community of fellow residents, The Venetian Gardens has the feel of a college dorm without the classes. The facility includes a well stocked library, exercise room, media room, billiards and table tennis, religious services, and sing-a-longs. Private duty assistance is available. Home health nursing, physical, occupational, and/or speech therapies are also offered on site. Both provided by trusted third party companies. Local pharmacies offer delivery service and the community bus is available to shuttle you around town. The Venetian Gardens is the pinnacle of dignified independent senior living.

[Removed] visited Desoto Beach Club and really liked it, to the point where he didn't want to visit any other places and has already signed the lease. He moves in on Saturday. Thanks for everything.

This is an excellent community for my mom. We like the staff with the community and they try and make the residents comfortable. They offer the residents the best care. The menu is good and she likes the variety. We like she is able to participate with the other residents out of the community. We would highly recommend this community

What a relief to find such a caring, safe place for our Mom! What we like best is how the staff individualizes care to meet the needs and preferences of every resident. Personal choice seems to be a top priority. Everyone is always positive. The atmosphere is beautiful and luxurious. Room sizes vary, and the larger rooms are much larger and nicer than any other facility we looked at. They also have a holistic approach which engages the mind, body, and spirit of the people they care for, something we think is distinctive and innovative. We highly recommend Poet's Walk for loved ones who need memory care.

The community is fantastic and when dealing with the hurricane, they made sure all the resident were fed and taken care of. They even recharged the little dispensing medication machine for my dad everyday during that time. They seemed pretty much prepared. I have had a chance to eat with him and they are working on the meals. They have new servers and it was kind of slow but someone jumped in and helped fed the residents. My dad's room is fine and he likes to read books there. They have a well stocked library for him to go through. Since he is not interested in activities, I have seen him interact with the residents instead. Any problem we have gets addressed immediately and they take care of it, I have no complaints. I picked them because the community is more active and alive. This is where he needs to be.

My mother is doing very well since her move into Vista Springs. The staff there are working with us to get all of her medications straightened out. The place is very clean and maintained well. She, of course, does not want to be there but we know it is the best thing for her. The food is great, I always check her menu to see what they are having. It is the only place that we found allows her dog as well which is great!

This is a good community. the staff are nice and caring for my mom's needs. The community is clean and a good environment. The menu is great and a nice quality of healthy meals that are offered. We like that they try and get my mom active with the activities. We would recommend this community for other families for the care and the good value for a loved one.

I toured the Brentwood at Niles. It was a clean and well-maintained facility. The staff was friendly and helpful providing answers to any questions I had regarding the care they would provide for my loved one. It had more of a clinical feel to this facility. I chose another facility that was a better fit for our care needs.

The Atria Highland Crossing has a caring and friendly staff that is very welcoming to our family when we come to visit. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and very clean and well-kept. We had dined with my mom when she first moved in and we enjoyed the food. They have changed the chef since then so I'm hoping it is just as good or better. Although my mom is not one to participate in activities the staff does try to encourage the residents to engage in the activities. There is transportation available for the residents for outside excursions. They have patios and courtyards that are nicely landscaped. There is also a nice walkway for the residents to walk and stretch their legs. Mom is getting used to her room that we have decorated with her personal things. A big plus is that her sister also lives in this community. We would recommend this community to friends and family.
