Great place. Great staff

I have a family member who is there and they have beautiful facility. The landscaping is outstanding and they are getting renovated so they will look even better then they already do . If your looking for a safe and fun place for your loved one Las Palmas is it.

Staff here is fabulous! Always attentive, friendly and helpful. They keep me informed on everything. The food is great too!

My father received great care here, the staff was warm and always willing to help.

It's not something anyone wants to do, but it was very good place for what my loved one needed. She likes the staff a lot. She also likes the different activities they offer. And she got to say in her home town.

We decided on Brookdale Richmond mostly because of the availability. He had a very comfortable room and staff did pretty good from what he had told me. I would recommend this facility to others, but I do wish that they would work with the VA. I encourage anybody to look into short term respite and adult daycare compared to the cost of living at a facility full time.

I think they do everything I need them to do, well. They're caring, but firm. And they understand the needs of not only geriatric Alzheimer's patients, but also those who are depressed, anxious or simply home sick.

My husband and I have been at Holiday Cherry Laurel--Tallahassee Fl two months today in the MGR Apt-- it is a large two bedroom apt, BUT no reserved parking--three (3) delicious meals daily, excellent maintenance, with wkly housekeeping and laundry, caring staff, very clean well maintained walkways and a large Cherry Laurel bus for activities, field trips, ect EXCEPT no driver to operate bus--therefore, no BUS for field trips, Walmart trips, grocery store trips, ect--- Holiday Cherry Laurel--Tallahassee FL is an excellent "Place for MOM" EXCEPT for Mom's with a car due to no reserved parking with apt--parking at Holiday Cherry Laurel is on a "First come First serve basis" for everyone (resident & visitors) per Gen Mgr making it extremely difficult for MOM (resident) to find parking--was informed by Gen Mgr (Reserved parking is available for $35 per month in the back covered parking lot which is a very long walk to the frt entrance) Frt entrance is only way to get in the building--

Since I moved in last month, the staff has been extremely helpful during a time of transition and I’m very pleased to recommend Desoto Beach Club to others! I have made new friends, become established in the community and plan to reside here as long as possible.

I've told people already this place is much better than other places in the area. I would recommend you check it out thoroughly before making a decision to go elsewhere. I like the overall convenience of everything. I like the staff in particular, especially Mary in Sales. They've all been very helpful. I like my apartment very much - it's comfortable, and it has been helpful to downsize form a big house and focus on having just the more important things here with me.

There is a dining room in the building, and they bring some of the items on the menu. There is also a main dining room area, that has a larger variety of food options. My friend has engaged in a few activities. The value for the money is good. I would recommend to other families. They have nursing staff 24/7, and my friend speaks very highly of them. The nurses is patient, caring and do a good job.

This is a very good community. I appreciate the community and enjoy it. I think the staff do a great job. There are three meals a day served to the residents and there are choices to choose from. Some of the activities include entertainment, puzzles, bingo, and more for the residents to participate in. There is a washer and dryer for the residents to use in the building. There is a small kitchenette in the apartment. There is weekly housekeeping provided by the community and they are willing to clean the linens for us.

This is a very nice place. The food is good. The people are good. This is a good place to spend your time. There are three meals a day served to the residents and there are choices to choose from. Some of the activities offered include bocce ball, bingo, quilting, arts and crafts, walking club, and more for the residents to choose from. There are communal laundry areas on each floor for the residents to use. There is a small kitchenette in the apartment. The community provides housekeeping weekly and they will do everything but the resident's laundry.

Holiday University Pines has been a wonderful experience so far with wonderful staff working here. The meals and dining service is great we could not be happier. We were very surprised when we first moved in with all the different activities they have going on all throughout the week. You cannot beat this value is very reasonable and affordable and we checked around at a lot of places and University Pines won us over. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families it has met every need we have.

Holiday University Pines is such a clean community it is excellent. The staff members are great including all the residents living here, they are all very nice and friendly. The meals and dining service is excellent, it is like restaurant styled dining service. I am still moving in but I have been able to play bingo, different board games and I have listened to the piano player. All the activities are really fun. The is the best value and the best place for me, I would definitely recommend to other families.

Brentwood at Niles is expensive which is one downfall - but it has been a great community for our loved ones. IT is always very clean and the staff members are extremely friendly. They are super happy with the meals and dining service and based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend them to other families.

[name removed] was very welcoming and helpful. Atria was very clean. We are looking forward for our moms stay in January. We feel she will be in great hands. We would hope that she will feel the same about it and enjoy her stay there

I have been at Las Palmas about for months and just love my decision to live here. A lot of activities, great accommodations and a fabulous staff that really care about you. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting independent living.

I have been a Las Palmas resident for 8 months. I am 84. I'm very happy here. The staff is outstanding - always concerned about my well-being, always very helpful. There are many social activities to keep you as busy as you want to be. I've made many new friends. Las Palmas is my home now and I'm very glad to be living here. My cat loves it, too! My house plants are thriving!
