The staff is amazing they are so knowledgeable and are comfortable in their job experience so give a sense of comfort and security to the residents. It's a safe place for folks to live not just survive.

We picked this community because of the location, and cost of living. It's very clean, great staff and comfortable living environment. I would recommend to other families.

The admission representative, who worked with me to get my brother admitted was amazing. She returned calls and texts promptly, understood my needs, and went beyond my expectations to help us. My brother died a week later but told me he felt safe and content as soon as he arrived at Brookdale Winter Haven.

Our family had an in person tour with Poet's Walk Leesburg and we liked it very much, and the price was better. However the location was just to far away from our home.

I've been here for about a year and Brookdale has a warm environment. [name removed] is doing a very good job in Activities and makes it interesting and stimulating for our minds. People like living here and are very nice. The employees here are very caring.

I have been living here at Brookdale, Jensen Beach since July 2021 and I love it. Brookdale made me feel right at home. The driver helped me when I fell in my apartment and the nursing staff made sure I was ok. They made me feel safe. Nurses treat you well and respect you here.

I have been living here at Brookdale for several months now and I really like it. I love all the attention I get from the medical staff. The food is very good here and the staff takes care of my needs.

I like living at Brookdale. I moved here about 2.5 years ago. The staff is wonderful here, the food is satisfying & I have no complaints. I believe Brookdale Jensen Beach will be my final living place.

I enjoy Brookdale living, I'm very happy with the staff. I've loved the staff since Day 1. My housekeeper [name removed] is great and even looks after my cat. She keeps everything clean. The med techs are great too!

Mom has been at Brookdale Richmond for five and a half years. The activities have been wonderful for her well being. She is safe and cared for in a loving atmosphere.

What stood out to us about this facility is the very caring staff and welcoming committee. I think if they had some younger activities, it would be good. My dad is 65 and I feel the activities that are there are for much older people. My dad doesn't participate in the activities because they are more for older people. Housekeeping is good. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Celebration Villa of Berwick has the friendliest staff! They are always so helpful and understanding. The community is clean and organized. They even have 3 nurses in the building, which is unheard of in assisted living.

What we really like about the Holiday University Pines community, is that the Holiday communities are all over the nation - so if we wanted or needed to travel we could go stay at one of their other Holiday locations. When you walk into this community they have a big center area in the middle where you can look up and see the other three stories. The meals themselves are great, but the dining service is slow and sometimes our loved one has had to wait up to an hour for their meal. They have a ton of different activities going on. We really like how they have a library, chapel and a pool table. Based on our experience we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

I toured this facility and it was just super! Very clean, staff was very friendly. They seemed to have very adequate staff. The activities looked super. This place was superb. If we could have afforded it, this facility would have been our first choice!

Our family had an in-person tour and based on everything we saw and all the staff members we were able to meet with we thought it was a great experience, however, it was just going to be far to expensive for our family.

I would highly recommend Celebration Villa of Chippewa. I have no complaints about it whatsoever. I'm there every day, and the staff are all awesome. They may be a little bit understaffed, which I understand given the pressures of the current labor market, but they're doing a really good job.

She loves being here. Lots of entertainment ~~ almost every day! They have the bus to bring you shopping, to the salon or to shows and lunches for groups. Very friendly atmosphere!
