Celebration Villa of Berwick has the friendliest staff! They are always so helpful and understanding. The community is clean and organized. They even have 3 nurses in the building, which is unheard of in assisted living.

What we really like about the Holiday University Pines community, is that the Holiday communities are all over the nation - so if we wanted or needed to travel we could go stay at one of their other Holiday locations. When you walk into this community they have a big center area in the middle where you can look up and see the other three stories. The meals themselves are great, but the dining service is slow and sometimes our loved one has had to wait up to an hour for their meal. They have a ton of different activities going on. We really like how they have a library, chapel and a pool table. Based on our experience we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

I toured this facility and it was just super! Very clean, staff was very friendly. They seemed to have very adequate staff. The activities looked super. This place was superb. If we could have afforded it, this facility would have been our first choice!

Our family had an in-person tour and based on everything we saw and all the staff members we were able to meet with we thought it was a great experience, however, it was just going to be far to expensive for our family.

I would highly recommend Celebration Villa of Chippewa. I have no complaints about it whatsoever. I'm there every day, and the staff are all awesome. They may be a little bit understaffed, which I understand given the pressures of the current labor market, but they're doing a really good job.

She loves being here. Lots of entertainment ~~ almost every day! They have the bus to bring you shopping, to the salon or to shows and lunches for groups. Very friendly atmosphere!

Before moving my mom her 3 yrs ago, we search high and wide for the right fit. We looked at many different price ranges, and finally settled on Cherry Laurel. We couldn't be more satisfied. The staff is like extended family and really goes beyond their scope of practice in caring for residents.

I have visited University Pines many times and each time I find it to be an enjoyable experience! The chef regularly prepares a to-go meal for me and my team and we look forward to it each time. The staff is pleasant and the residents seem happy to be there.

The staff were very friendly and caring. The residents were engaged in activities and enjoying themselves. The staff that was working the floor was energetic and making residents laugh. The nurses were intelligent and easy to talk to.

We loved Brookdale Jensen Beach, it was our favorite facility out of the many that we visited. They had a lot of extra fees and my loved one would just not be able to afford it. The sales gal was very aggressive and kept calling us asking if they brought down the price if we would choose them, but we knew the price would not stay the same. It was just too expensive.

Mom came here seven months ago from another independent facility where the people, rules and general atmosphere were much less desirable. She loves Las Palmas and the people here. Staff acts like family and are responsive. The food is good, the grounds have beautiful trees and walking paths with a big lake in back. There are lots of activities, games, exercise, chair volleyball , chapel, salon and endless opportunity to interact with the friendly residents if you desire. There are many types of living arrangements available to fit all budgets. I am so happy we found this place. She loves it! They are redecorating inside… it will be even nicer now, and modernized, but the past decor was also very elegant!

The staff is so helpful with all questions of giving great answers of questions so you don't have to ask again. The location is great and the facility all though old it is clean and well kept. The resident here and very friendly and welcoming. The activities are useful. Mind and body challenging. The dining service people are very kind and personable.

They took my dad when no one else would. Everyone was friendly and seems to genuinely care about my dad's well-being. The main nurse told me I could call her any time, day or night when my dad got sick. She constantly kept me updated. She helped me make some very difficult decisions and was very caring.

My mom loved it here! She started calling it her home, right from the beginning/tour. She loved the food, the meals were the best part of her day. I wish I had meals like theirs! Mom was somewhat independent and able to move around this facility, which was nice. It's all one floor, which was a selling point for us. We also liked that it's a smaller facility with a lower number of residents. We felt like that allowed for more opportunity for one on one interaction and attention. Housekeeping was great, her room was always clean. They'd just finished a remodel, including new paint and carpet. They try to make it as pleasant and friendly as they can here. The activities were great, they also tried to engage the families which was also great. They try to do many activities throughout the day. Mom is now in rehab and we're not sure what the future holds, but we were very happy with this facility. I would recommend it to friends and family.

I give Poets Walk a 5 for all the categories above. My Dad was on his deathbed and probably had a few months left. He was not eating and lost about 25 lbs over a 5-6 month period. He was so weak he couldn't walk and would slump down when sitting. He's been at PW for about 4 months. He's gained about 12-13 lbs, walks all over the place, and is very active at PW. He's on a schedule and everyone at PW knows him and treats him like family. Great place.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a really nice tour. All of the staff members we met with were super nice and the lady who gave us the tour was super friendly. They did have a fireplace there that we really liked, however the main differences for us were the rooms were a little smaller and the community just felt a little dark.

The staff seems to be very engaged with the residents and very friendly. There’s a very nice common area where people can gather and be with others. It’s nice to have that option for socialization as opposed to being stuck in their rooms. What stands out to me the most is how visible and helpful the staff are.

We love the Holiday Desoto Beach Club, it has been a good experience so far and our loved one seems to be adjusting really well there. The three courses that are served to the residents are very good and there are always different activities going on to keep them busy. It is very clean and the staff members have been wonderful. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

Place was always clean and pretty. We picked this community because, it was very close to the house.

I have been here for 5 years. I have met many nice people and made many nice friends. It makes it feel more like home everyday. The dining room is a great place to seal friendships and meet new people.
