I am happy at Cherry Laurel . Have a few things that need to be work on the Bus is one thing and then we need to work on the food. We need a few more things to do . I am real happy here not two sure what we need to do . that is all that i can think of right now. Thank You

This facility is very clean. The room set up is very nice. Staff is very helpful. It's affordable. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Love this place, friendly residents and staff! Lots of activities and always something to do. Very clean, centrally located, heated pool and beautiful nature trails for walking. Three delicious chef prepared meals daily.

Have been a resident of Holiday Cherry Laurel a month tomorrow, very well pleased with the size of the two (2) bedroom apartment [removed] however no washer & dryer appliances included with MGR [removed] just connects for a washer & dryer)--meals are excellent, activates need improvement (NO BUS) no FIELD TRIPS, maintenance excellent, management needs improvement ( no way to contact Corporate Headquarters) , housekeeping needs improvement ( first week at Cherry Laurel, my assigned housekeeper resigned less than a wk of employment) , need Orientation to facility on what is included in apt rental fee, and a very caring staff at Holiday Cherry Laurel--

After living here for several months, I can say that I feel like I made the right selection when deciding where to go. The staff and other residents are very friendly. I have made several friends and have a great group of people who enjoy the activities that I enjoy. The facility is very well maintained and right now is beautifully decorated for the upcoming holidays. I think that all of my expectations have been met and the experience is well worth the cost. I now feel like I am at home.

We have had wonderful experiences at Celebration Villa. Mom had a hard time at first, and they took the time to get her extra care and help her during this time and make her comfortable. We are extremely pleased with the care she receives.

The surroundings of the facility are beautiful. Wooded area with lots of bird feeders, squirrels, deer, Turkey, etc. The front desk is always friendly. They call each resident by name and have genuine conversations with them. There are many various daily activities that reach all interests. There is frequently music playing in the lobby. It is very cozy and inviting. They provide field trips on a weekly basis to interesting places in our area. They offer transportation to dr appts and have planned days for grocery shopping and other necessary errands. They offer housekeeping once a week and the facility overall is very clean. The grounds are kept nice also so residents can walk around in their beautiful setting. I would definitely recommend them to others!

I love this facility. I am thrilled with it, it's a great place. In fact, I've already told my family this is the place I want to go should I ever need extended care. It's in a nice quiet residential area. The residents all seem content here, that really sticks out to me. The activity variety could improve. They are limited and seem to be repetitive. The residents can have TVs in their rooms, but they don't spend a lot of time in their rooms. I think a TV in the common area would be a great addition. Housekeeping is frequent and they do great with keeping the rooms clean. I think the facility itself could use a little more detail with cleaning (small spills, etc). Communication with the family is excellent. The staff is wonderful overall. Mom has really bonded with the daytime staff. She has mentioned that the night staff sometimes isn't quite as friendly. Having to place mom into assisted living was the hardest decision I've ever had to make, but I definitely feel I chose the perfect place for her. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

We had a great tour experience at Celebration Villa of Dillisburg. I really liked this facility a lot and the staff were all very helpful. The thing I liked most was the amount of activities that they had provided for the residents. It was more expensive and further away, but if it were closer to us this would have been our first choice.

My loved one had a short stay here. This was a beautiful community, and my loved one enjoyed their time. I would recommend the community to anyone looking for a community for their loved ones. Physical therapy was great at communicating with us. Any meal preferences my loved one liked they tried to accommodate for our loved one. They allowed us to bring special food items in, that the community didn't have on hand. The staff communication was always encouraging to my loved one and family.

I have been very satisfied with our experience. My loved one has felt very cared for and the community has been very welcoming and accepting. The staff communication has been good with the family, if we have questions or concerns about our loved one. The community is quick to respond with an answer, if they don't know the answer immediately. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and they have choices to choose from for the next day's meals.

They were extremely helpful and accomodating. The pricing was right. it was more so like independent living, than asssited living. This was my first choice for my loved one.

The staff have been very helpful and friendly. They were prompt in coming out to evaluate our loved one and get her placed in the facility. And the facility itself is very nice - it's attractive, clean, and very secure.

My loved one enjoys the activities. The value for the money is good. We picked this community because, it seemed like the perfect combination of of price, what was offered, and we were getting a fair amout for the money.

Our family has had nothing but a great experience with Holiday University Pines, and we would absolutely recommend to other families looking for a place for themselves or their loved ones. They always have a ton of different activities going on - they do weekly outings, there is bingo, they bring in music entertainments an vendors. For our area this community has an excellent value.

It is a great place to live, and a great community. My loved one is having a blast. I love it, The staff interacts well with the residents. They have a lot of activites.

This is a great place for seniors, it is fantastic! My loved ones feel very comfortable here. There are two meals a day and snacks provided by the community. There are washers and dryers and a full kitchen in the apartment. Some of the activities available include: memory games, field trips, cooking classes, exercises, pizza night, and more for the residents to participate in.

My mom has been having some trouble with her maid coming into her room and do the daily cleaning. They have been have enhancing the exterior of the building with power washing, cleaned and trimmed the trees and shrubs. It looks very nice.

My mother feels like it's her home and she says they take great care of her. I was able to learn some of their techniques for dealing with my mother

I thought Bridges of Warwick was excellent. I would have put my loved one there in a heartbeat if they had single rooms. Their setup is two people sharing a bathroom, and my loved one was adamantly opposed.
