Prestige Care

I toured this facility while looking for a place for my loved one. It’s a nice place, only has a single floor, and it’s less expensive than a few other places we had taken a look at. However, they didn’t have a space available at the time that we were looking so we weren’t able to move him in. The person that gave us the tour was able to answer our questions and even took us to see a resident’s apartment so we could at least see what it looked like. The residents seemed to be happy and content. We would’ve liked to move him in if there had been an open space.

The employees are very friendly and outgoing . The residents invited mom to sit down and play cards with them and the facility was beautiful.

My daughter looked at 14 places before choosing this community and it was the only one she brought me to look at. The staff here is outstanding. I have been a resident for 2 1/2 years.

The community has a very family friendly feeling. The caregivers work really hard, and treat us residents like family. There are lots of different types of activities to get involved in, but it's up to you how much you do. The food can be hit or miss, and sometimes the housekeeping could be better. Overall, I enjoy living here.

When asked how Barbara and I like Orchard Heights, we would have to say that in all respects (layout, condition, care staff, maintenance, food and cleaniliness) we would rate it 1st class. We like it very much. Thank you!

Coming here was not my first choice of where to live. However, after the initial adjustment period, I have grown to love this place- and the staff. The staff and residents keep good company, and arrange big, exciting social events on a regular basis. The caregivers help me with my housekeeping and my medications, and have done a great job keeping me healthy. The entire staff knows and remembers my family by name, and now they are part of OUR family. I love this place, and I never plan to leave.

The community is very nicely kept and well maintained. They have wood grain trim on everything and makes it feel like home. The community is smaller and has a square layout. The layout makes it easy for my loved one to get around. The staff are very reliable and follow through with what they say they are going to do. Overall it is a great community but just was not the right fit for my loved one.

My 87-year-old mother lived at Auburn Meadows for only three weeks but those were happy days for her. Unfortunately, she fell and had to move to the nursing home for rehab. The staff was so friendly and helpful. She quickly made friends with the other residents during meals and the large number of activities that were offered. From the marketing director to the receptionist to the RN staff to the caregivers and many other staff, they all made my mother feel like she was at home and loved.

The property is kept up to date. We have not had any problems since we have been there. They offer a lot of activities and when we go we enjoy them. The only complaint I have is the food. The chef advised us he wants feedback and comments on the food. I provided him feedback and he immediately walked away from me. I guess he didn't like what I said. Other than that I am very happy here and we have referred someone else here.

We needed respite care for my special-needs sister. She had a wonderful experience during her stay at Prestige Senior Living High Desert. The staff were warm and caring. The facility was beautiful and friendly. She enjoyed numerous activities each day. She'll be going back!

Just moved a Family member into this Residence ! Very helpful ADMIN. ! Place is clean and cheerful ! Well planned activities ! I feel my loved one is safe and well taken care of !

We toured this place while looking into senior living options for Mom, and she absolutely fell in love with it! It's a beautiful, clean place, and everyone seemed very friendly! She's been here a few weeks now, and it's been as perfect as we hoped during the tour!

The people at Prestige Senior Living Auburn Meadows are great. The staff has worked really well with dad as his health has gone down hill. They just completely go out of their way to help. I was up visiting last night and dad was not doing well at all, but this morning things seemed to turn around and he even walked to the dining room. I am very impressed with the care given at this facility.

The Prestige Senior Living Southern Hills has been top of the line. Everything has been excellent. The location is perfectly fine. I would say that the food is adequate or above adequate. The communication with the staff has been very good. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the Prestige Senior Living to anyone. I can't rate the Value and Activities because it is not applicable.

The facility is very clean, and the staff is great. I can't think of anything bad to say, everything seems pretty good overall and the food is excellent!

My mother was there at Prestige Senior Living Orchard Heights for about eight weeks and she had excellent care the entire time she was there. They spoke to her all the time, showed that they were really genuinely concerned, and made the last few days of her life as pleasant as possible.

A lovely Senior community. Caring, friendly staff! Clean and bright environment! The thing that has impressed our family the most, is how very happy the residents are! It is truly a community of friendly people who look after each other. We (Mom and our family) made the right decision!

The people who operate the Prestige Senior Living have been wonderful. The food is good. We are very happy. I can't rate the care services because it does not apply to us because my loved one is in independent living. Overall this is a great facility and we are very happy! I would recommend this place.
