My great uncle has lived here about a year and a half and it's been an amazing place for him! Before covid precautions were put in place I would visit often for lunch or dinner. The food and company were both great and it was always clean and smelled good when I visited. My uncle loves the different activities and exercise classes. He said they had an outdoor socially distanced concert last week that was amazing- I am so glad to hear they're still having fun during this pandemic! The staff is caring and quick to respond. My uncle says they're always there to help within minutes if he needs something, even when it's mundane like when he drops his book and can't pick it up off the floor himself. Wonderful place to call home!

My great uncle has lived here at West Hills about a year and half now. Before covid precautions were put in place I'd visit and often join him for dinner there. Their food is great, their homemade bread and soups are wonderful and I love how they cook their salmon! My uncle is in a wheelchair and says the caregivers are super helpful and quick to respond. Even if he just needs help picking up something he dropped, they're there within minutes to assist him. They got a new executive director earlier this year (2020) and my uncle says he really has improved the place! He also loves their activities person and said they had an amazing live singer perform outdoors last week so they were all socially distanced! They're still having fun during this pandemic and I love it!

My mom is very happy there. She been living there for a year now and I just think it's a great place. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking and can afford it. She likes her apartment is comfortable in it. She says she loves to food. They offer a variety of activities and I think they do a great job with it. Having my mother live has alleviated a lot of my worry about her safety.

The town this community is in is home. It's great for me. The staff and care are great. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have been quarantined in our rooms. The staff is clearly doing their best to entertain us and keep us safe. They have set up activities in the hall at safe distances so we can interact and engage with each other. I love it and am happy here!

Wonderful warm atmosphere with lots of activity, friendly staff and the smell of good food.

We were so happy to find this lovely community through A Place for Mom. My parents moved in and have settled just fine. The facility is beautiful (like a hotel honestly), the people are friendly and helpful, and the activities are plentiful. Pricing is excellent. Couldn't be happier.

My mother moved to Rosemont after she had suffered several strokes and needed to live in Assisted Care. The facility and staff are top notch. My mom had previously lived at another facility which was nice but could not compare to Rosemont, especially in regards to the staff. Rosemont’s facility is modern, clean and their employees are so caring. They truly care about the residents they are working with and are compassionate with their struggles. I would highly recommend Rosemont to any family, especially based upon their staff - from the director to the nurses to caregivers to dining room to housekeeping to activities, etc. And of course other residents. The culture at this facility is just plain happier than the average I would say.

My mom was in need of Assisted Living when she know longer could remember what pills she needed. I checked over 10 facilities before deciding on Orchard Heights in West Salem. The Admissions person, [name removed] is an absolute sweetheart and listened to every issue regarding my Mom's care. She put me at ease quickly as I was introduced to the Manager [name removed] who is very kind but knowledgeable in the field of geriatrics. My mom and I enjoyed a delicious meal from Chef [name removed] and I was then introduced to the RN who was very caring and informative about my Mom's condition. My Mom has been at Orchard Heights for 2 months now and she smiles now and has new friends that she sits with at the dining table. She gets excited about the trips they take in the facility bus. I am so happy that I chose this little oasis in Salem.

Absolutely wonderful Assisted Living in West Salem. Orchard Heights stands out for its great service, good food and wonderful caring staff. My Dad has had the best care since moving in June 2019. The food is well prepared and delicious, the staff are caring and the manager Tracie keeps everyone in good spirits. I would highly recommend this facility

Orchard Heights does it right! Our family loves the beautiful West Salem location. The courtyard makes you feel as if you're in your very own backyard. The apartments are spacious, the staff is courteous and the food is actually delicious! The only thing we would change would be adding someone at the front entrance to welcome guests. When we first arrived to tour, we weren't sure where to go as the reception desk is upstairs. Other than that, we are very happy with this place and so is mom!

Super impressed with this little gem in West Salem. It's location is breathtaking views of Salem. The Manager [name removed] is kind and very informative about the health care industry. My Mom enjoyed delicious meals. I was introduced to the chef [name removed] who has many years of experience and goes to the extreme to cater to the individual needs of the clients. The staff smile and care about Mom's care. They all greet her and knew about her specific health needs. I would highly recommend this place if your family needs

Really enjoyed the time here at Orchard Heights. Excellent managed facility by [name removed]. Beautiful location at a incredible view of Salem. Chef prepared foods and great service. The prices were reasonable.

I was brought here by my daughter. She raved about Orchard Heights. She said the food was wonderful, the building was clean and smelled great, and lastly she said I would feel like everyday is a holiday. She was right. I have loved every day I have been here (since March 2019). Even when there have been difficult days for me the staff have been wonderful at making me feel at home and cared for. I am aware I have other neighbors that need things as sometimes I do, but I think everyone tries their best. I am so happy with the decision my daughter helped me make.

Wonderful atmosphere! Very clean. The staff really know the residents and the residents seem quite content. The hallways and common areas are spacious, updated and full of light. The rooms are very nice, even the studios were larger than most I have seen. It made a good impression on the tour but the residents also recommended Prestige.

My loved one is making progress in therapy. The nurses are very nice people and he seems to be satisfied. It seems to be clean. We are happy with the communication.

I completely trust the case manager’s decision to have my mother here and so far it has been a thumbs up. I also had a very close friend that had his brother here and I can give it a thumbs up from that as well.

Our Step-mom has made her home at Prestige Senior Living Arbor place Medford, OR for approximately 3-4 months. She is just so thrilled to be living in a place that is nice and clean with employees who want to be there working with the senior generation. Both the employees and residence are very friendly and welcoming. My step-mom no longer has to worry about cooking meals for herself. She feels like she is living in a dream. The view from her apartment is fantastic, she sees the mountains to the SE and loves to watch the stars at night. She could not ask for a better place to live. We are happy to know she is in a place we can trust to care for her better then we were able to before she moved into Prestige.

We have had a great experience with Bridgewood. Our 90 year old father moved in 11 months ago when he lost his wife. The staff does a great job accommodating his lack of hearing and he always feels like there is someone there if he needs it. They clean his room once a week and try to change his sheets but he is determined to do that on his own! They handle his medication and just stop by a couple times a day to check on him and ask if he is coming to meals. He even joined one of the sports teams!
