Prestige Care

I went with Prestige because of [name removed], he is the admitting director and he was very personable, open, and explained everything in detail. He also took the time to talk to my sons and explain everything to them as well. For the most part, the staff are wonderful but there are always those few. I would tell others looking to just be nice and polite to the staff because I have been that way and have had no issues, if you treat them well they will treat you well back. I would recommend the facility to others looking.

It seems to be a pretty nice place. The people there are very nice. My Mom likes it.

This was a smaller community which makes it nicer due to one on one time from the caregivers. The staff interactions have been average and there is always room for improvement. Covid has created a lot of different issues which I get but do not get its just hard to adjust.

This community was not quite as good as the main community that I went with. My main choice just stood out too much for me to go with the other.

Everything is very positive. Mom loves it there, as long as they're not on lockdown. When they're on lockdown, she gets more depressed, which I think is normal. They had to eat inside their rooms, but they could still leave the facility. And visitors had to stay outside to visit with their loved ones. But now that lockdown is over, I almost can't get ahold of her because she's always outside of her room playing cards or enjoying other activities. She says she loves it there and is having so much fun. The one downside is my mom des not like the food. It's pretty standard institutional food. But they noticed that Mom hadn't been eating in the cafeteria, and they chef actually wrote her to ask her what her feedback would be so she would like it more. So they are trying. They're very balanced meals, but she just wants more spices and flavor. Other than that, it's been nothing but positives. And we really like that the assisted living side shares a dining room with independent living, and they're allowed to mingle in general. That has been great for Mom, who is young at heart and still active.

Getting rides has been a little chaotic, although that could be due to the pandemic. But the staff have been great. The apartments are nice, and it's a very safe community.

They try to keep the residents safe and happy. I think the staff is helpful. The living spaces are great. My dad has his own bathroom, kitchenette, and living room, so he's very comfortable. He complains that the food is not good, but he says the same thing when we go out to restaurants and other places.

They're not very good on communication. That's the number one drawback - their communication and follow-though is not the best. I think that they're understaffed, but I understand that everybody is right now. The staff they do have are new, inexperienced, and overwhelmed. They're very nice, but they're overwhelmed. There's just not enough of them to give the care the residents deserve, and my loved one has fallen a couple of times since moving in.

They are still under some restrictions due to covid and they just started the shuttle services back up. The community is neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

I ate some of the food when i was able to visit and i thought it was pretty good. It looked like great quality and there was more then enough in portion sizes. They did make an effort to keep activities going, but due to our loved ones health they were not able to participate, we also thought the value was fair. There are some issues that I don't like, but that I think that has to do with COVID. I think it will be changing after the pandemic. The independent living and assisted living used the same dining room and that stopped for a bit. The community is starting to open the dining room back open for small groups again. They still don't mix the assisted living and independent communities. There aren't good choices for residents that are outside the normal dietary options. The community has gone through a few cooks. The food will sometimes arrive late. I am hoping after COVID this will improve. The activities were great when my loved one first started. However, COVID has canceled a lot of the activities available.

They are family friendly. They want to be sure the residents families feel welcome. The staff are super helpful, really understanding, and try to resolve any issues we've had. We chose that community because of cost and the location is central in the middle of town. I would definitely recommend this community to other families.

We looked at a lot of different communities and found this to feel most like home. At first, we were skeptical because we read some bad reviews. Being here, we can honestly say that we were mislead. No place is perfect, but they try hard here and it has made some big improvements. The team is warm and inviting, the residents are very nice and active. My dad loves happy hour on Friday's and so does everyone else! They allow pets which was vital for us. The managers seem to demonstrate genuine compassion when interacting with residents. The food is good, but some days it can take a while before you are served. Overall, my dad is happy and plans to be here for quite some time.

The experience has been good. Everyone is always helpful. However, I am have a hard time getting his telephone number. They need to get that straight.

While they have had some recent challenges with staffing. The current staff seem to be truly caring individuals who try hard to make sure that all of the clients needs are met.

Everything is good. I would like to hear from them more regularly.

People are great, that makes it. It’s clean. The nursing staff does well to communicate. The facility is a little run down, but the people make up for it.

Its fine and seems to be going okay. The rehab therapy is good. Everyone does fine keeping me informed.

Only been there a short time and everyone seems to be real nice. The staff seem to be fine. It seems to be clean. We are waiting to find out what is really going on, they haven't told us anything.
