For the food options, maybe change the extended menu more often (this would be per my mom). For activities maybe more hands on activities but I'm really not sure since mom is kind of picky.

Absolutely would recommend to others. I really don't have any experience to compare it with. I think there doing a good job with Mom

The facilities is a nice, laid out place, off the main road that is quiet and feels secluded. The staff were all helpful, friendly and a sense of care in their eyes. The facilities looked up to date and free from scratches, dents and scrapes. It had a feeling of openness to it as well.

The staff have been very helpful in answering questions and assisting my mother and have been kind to my mother. Staff has also been good in answering my questions as well. The med techs have been very good in communicating with me when there is a problem. They have plenty of activities for the residents to do. The food was good when she first moved in but know they have a new chef and the food has good days and bad days but I think that depends on the residents taste. The negative I have is that it can take awhile for them to return your phone call but I do understand things happen. I communicate over the phone a lot because I live in another state and can't always be there in person. I have asked them to send me the rent statement via email and that doesn't always happen. I take care of my mom finances. They are doing some up dates/ maintenance on the place, which is good to see that they care about the property. I hear the elevator is on the agenda to replace next year. The apartment she has is just fine for her. Before a resident moves in they go through the room and update, fix and paint it. Do recommend that people fill out the paperwork on inspecting the apartment before moving in or on the day they move in.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is okay, limited options. My father has been a bit unsettled for personal reasons so not participating yet in activities. It is not cheap but it is a good location (west side at least) welcoming staff and clean.

It was a wonderful place. The atmosphere was great and the staff were very accommodating and understanding. 4+. Only because there were some places that should be updated, such as the elevator.

Monticello Place was the friendliest place I looked at, from the staff to the residents. It is overall very welcoming. Mom is still in the process of moving in, but every time I have been there, it has been a good experience, with activities going on and residents participating.

Complex patients with behavioral, memory and history of substance abuse problems may not fare so well there, especially if energetic. Our placement there was unfortunately not long lived and was transferred out to Auburn Hospital and did not return. But as I said, he was complex with dementia.

The RN was excellent, conscientious, knowledgeable and kind. The caregivers were kind. But the weekends were short-staffed. Mom was left in bed on a Sunday until 12:30. They were able to get Mom admitted to the facility very quickly and we really appreciated that.

Prestige Senior Living Five Rivers is the absolute best! They listen to your specific concerns and get right on finding a solution. The love and care that they show is evident in everything they do. They have gone above and beyond what is required to make our parents comfortable and happy.

Moving our parents into assisted living was a tough decision. Prestige Southern Hills has done a great job of welcoming them and treating them like family. They are always happy to help when needed, but also allow for independence whenever possible.

What we like the most about Prestige Senior Living is the size, it is not too big not too small and the staff are great! The food is the only negative thing I hear frequently from my mother. Yes, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The community is very nice and the staff always takes the time to talk to me about my father's care. The communication is key for us. The one thing I feel they could improve on is their meals. The food is so bland.

Overall experience-4 total-clean, friendly, [name removed] received good care, staff helpful. I felt it expensive, but, it was assisted living, so a lot of care. I would recommend Prestige for assisted living.

I had really good experience with marketing director helping me find a place to live, really happy with care staff. Great housekeeping from my housekeeper [name removed]! This place helped get me back on my feet and encouraged independence!

Think it's the best place I've worked at in a long time .... The people there are nice and helpful ..... Very clean place for the residents to have a place to be. I think could use more activities for memory care.

The location is close to at least 2 family members. Medical staff and dining staff seem especially helpful and communicate with dad really well.

I think it's a decent place, but my parent's biggest gripe is the food isn't very good. My dad is easy going, but my step mom can be a little difficult and has had problems with some of the caregivers and staff administrators. I'm just glad they're in a safe place. Well, I know there are better facilities but they are on Medicaid, so they can't complain too much. I'd say for a facility that takes Medicaid, it's the best in the area.

My son picked it because of ratings on the internet. So far it's been great!
