Very satisfied with Carlton Senior Living Poets Corner community. My husband is doing just fine settling in here. The staff is extremely friendly. Very warm and caring place, everyone is kind and thoughtful. It is nice to be greeted when I come to visit. The food is really good also.

So far my Aunt has only been at Cottonwood for only two weeks we have had a great experience so far, she has not complained about anything. Staff are very friendly that I have come in contact with. Building is kept very clean.

I think this community has been pretty good with my mother.

The staff has been very helpful in my dad's transition to a new living facility. Everyone is very nice and my dad seems to like living there.

My friend really likes this facility, even though she feels it is a bit expensive. It is a nice community, they do keep everything nice and clean. The staff is kind, they are taking good care of her and her needs. There are activities offered for the residents. She loves the food, the meals are nice. Everything is going well and I would recommend it.

Pretty good service so far. I have no complaints, great staff.

My aunt is living at this community and is adapting very well, they make her feel very comfortable and know her by name. i have notice the community is clean and well organized. The staff are very welcoming when I visit and they keep in mind my aunt likes being independent so they understand her boundaries very well. The community also placed monthly activities calendar in the her room, she has not participated yet but hope she will soon. She enjoys her meals with her friends in the dining room. I would recommend this place because of the warming atmosphere.

I found this community based off its very reasonable cost. My husband enjoyed the food very much and I was happy knowing he like it. The staff are all nice, polite and prompt when their help was needed. He was there for a respite stay and during his stay he took advantage of the activities that were offered. They are clean and I would recommend the community.

My father really enjoys this community, he has adjusted very well to it. They keep the community pretty clean for the most part. The staff is very good, they have been very helpful and kind. There are wonderful activities for the residents to choose from. He is okay with the food. This is a community I would recommend. They are caring for him well and he is happy.

We toured this facility. We had a very positive experience with our loved one. She liked the apartment - the only one she saw - and decided on the spot to move in. She has loved it ever since (6 weeks). She likes the food and the exercise activities.

My mother is doing very well at this community and she has adjusted well to it. The community is very clean and well maintained.They are caring for my mother very well. She is still pretty independent, but the help is there if she needs it. She has played some cards with the other residents. The residents are super friendly and nice. She enjoys the meal, she does wish they would be a little bigger. The rooms are a nice size and looks beautiful. It is a smaller community and I would recommend it.

My grandmother is doing well with her move into Heritage Assisted Living. It is a pretty clean well-kept community. The staff has been helpful and kind to us. They do offer nice activities for the residents. She has made some new friends and seems happy here. I do feel they are taking good care of my grandmother so I would recommend this community.

Linus liked this one the best of the three. He could see himself sitting on the porch with his circle word book in the summer. Rooms were adequate though small. Staff was nice. Clean but needs some updating.

Nice facility across the street from a park. Has wander controls on doors to alert staff of anyone leaving. Very tiny rooms 11x11 some activities.

My mom has been living in Arbor House for 5 months. No one takes care of my mom as well as I do, but the Arbor House staff comes pretty close. I've been very pleased with the compasionate care and attention that mom has received. They have made this difficult transition much easier for my mom and me.

Desert Springs is a nice place. When you walk into the facility, what strikes you is the cozy atmosphere and feel here. It is also kept very clean. The staff here is very personable and they really care about the residents.

I am pleased overall with Inwood Crossing. The staff is very nice. They seem to be doing as good as I think they can do with what they have to deal with. There has been one incident that i wasn't happy with. He had a watch that had a lot of sentimental value that has disappeared. I think it was taken by someone that lives there. I hear that is common in these memory care facilities. That is my biggest problem. They had a way that he could get outside more and now they have an issue the gate and no longer can. I really wish he could get outside on his own more like he used to. Overall if I have a complaint they take care of it. The price of this facility is much better than anyone else's.

We habe been pleased with the overall experience to this point. The surroundings are warm and more like being at home. The previous facility that Mom was in was more institutional and sterile in its stricture and environment. Brookdale Desoto is a much nicer environment and Mom enjoys all of the scheduled activities.

We have been looking for a place for my Father. He is 81 with Alzheimer's but is still very active and healthy. From the minute we stepped into Pacifica's Memory Care building, we were impressed. There was NO urine smell. Everyone and everything was clean and tidy. The ratio of caretakers to patients is wonderful. The staff was helpful and attentive. Jill Barnard is superb! She moved mountains to find a place for our Father. The price is reasonable for the care given. We love that it is single story with a huge open courtyard and all the rooms are off the courtyard. They have daily activities and weekly outings. We are very pleased with Pacifica Regency
