Pinnacle Senior Living

This facility feels like home and is cozy, well cared for. The staff is friendly. The residents look well care for, clean and happy. The facility has assisted living and memory care. Unfortunately there are 3 separate buildings and some of the rooms do not have bathrooms in them. For a small facility, they are doing very well. If all the rooms had their own bathroom, I think my mother would be happy there.

I felt very comfortable talking to the staff and the manager. They are very down to earth and very practical. All I can say is that they do the best they can. They do miracles with what little they have. I am in awe of them. And they do it in a cheerful way, authentically, and are engaged. They just remodeled and it all looks very nice.

I toured here along with Harvest Home, the Assisted Living section. Residents were out & about, several activities ongoing. Place is very clean and homey.

I found that the staff members there at Pacifica Senior Living Regency were very helpful and they were all eager to help the residents living there, more-so than in other places in the area that I had looked at.

I haven't heard any major complaints about Brookdale Casa Whittier. [removed] Everyone has keys to the rooms, maintenance, housekeeping, etc. [removed] She doesn't have Alzheimer's either, so that is pretty concerning. They have a lot of activities at this facility available if she chooses to participate. Overall it's been a good experience.

I toured this community while looking into respite care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

Well everybody was really nice. The lady who showed us the property was nice and we had a special issues with my mother, she was paralyzed and we were told that they had care in place for her, and they told us really impressive things, but we had to install a nanny cam to check on my mom to make sure they were doing everything that they said the would. I think a lot of it is transitioning, because they just lost their head nurse, so as of right now it kind of depends on who is there that day if my mom gets the care she needs.

I like it very much. The woman who runs the facility does an excellent job. They seem to be short staffed, especially on the weekends. The communication with the staff has been good. I think they need more help. I also think the nursing assistants should spend more time on the patients. Sometimes they are rushed when they are eating. The food there seems to be good. I would recommend the Harmony of Wisconsin Rapids.

Brookdale has been great so far! I don't have any major concerns or complaints. My loved one has dementia so it's hard to know for sure, but I think it wouldn't hurt to do the laundry a little more often. Other than that I would say it's working out well.

They did an excellent job with welcoming my mother to the facility. They made her feel like it was her home. It was an adjustment and they definitely helped her through the process. They are very friendly and very helpful and my mother loves it there. I don't have anything negative to say, they have a done good job

Other than it takes a while to get in the door, they are doing a good job. They take good care of mom. She says she's always busy. She says the food is good, and she is gaining weight. It would be nice if they had some way to scan your fingerprint to let you in if you are on the approved list, or something.

Overall I think they do a good job at Pacifica Senior Living. There has been a bit of an adjustment period, as we moved my loved one here from a higher end (but much more expensive) community, but I think she is settling in well. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff here is friendly and professional. I think they provide an excellent amount of service for the price.

My sister lives at the Santa Maria Terrace. We are very happy with the facility. Michelle Kiel did a great job. She was extremely helpful. I can't rate the care services or the activities because I was not there long enough. This is a nice place.

I toured Sterling House of Fond du Lac when looking for a place for my father. We ended up deciding on another place that was more independent with an apartment like setup as he did not need a lot of one on one special care at this point, but if he did I would have given Sterling House serious consideration. All the staff there was very nice and helpful.

Was very nice place- they were very helpful in providing info we needed and they did assessment same day.

Brook dale was a nice facility, which could be considered for a longer term care. At this time, though, we are looking for a facility to meet our needs of more than one short term care periods.

Placed by Aunt at Harmony Assisted Living Center on February 9th 2015 - her adjustment was very seamless, the staff continues to do an excellent job in being there for her every need. She was very nervous about the transition, but eased into her new lifestyle very well.

So far we are mostly happy. There are no major issues. They could be a little more proactive, and responsive, when a resident is having an issue. We don't get complaints about food. It's pretty good so far.

On weekends and days in the mornings there should be 3 RAs. As sometimes I wait 30 minutes to get up and dressed. Also, the schedule of activities is more of a suggestion that what takes place - at least 2 times a week scheduled activity does not occur. On the plus side, staff is friendly and listen to me.

The one thing I have gone in and toured, filled out the paperwork and then got a call that they could not find all the paperwork. My mom seems to like it and they do go out of their way to make her feel at home.
