i HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE i FOUND EVERYTHING TO BE QUITE A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF IS DOING A WONDERFUL JOB, THE COMMUNITY IS ADEQUATE FOR LIVING, THE PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL. i ONLY WISH THAT MY LOVED ONE WAS ON THE FIRST FLOOR, INSTEAD OF THE SECOND BUT THAT WAS THE ONLY OPENING. i WILL SAY THOUGH THAT THEY ARE ESCORTED DOWN TO THE LOWER FLOOR WHEN AND WHEREVER THEY DECIDE TO GO.

My loved one resides at Carrington Manor & overall - I am pleased with the care. Staff is friendly, food is decent, rooms are clean. One concern I have is security though. I suggest they get a push button alarm system that needs a key coded to enter or leave. Currently anyone coming & going is not monitored real well.

They have really good staff at Heritage Assisted Living and Memory Care. They are very friendly and keep me updated on things. Mom seems to really like the food they have, and they are taking really good care of her.

My 90 year old Mom has been here 10 months and is doing great. The staff are warm and caring, yet professional in manner. They assist with whatever she needs, including packing packages for mailing, or helping replace her television, or accompanying her to medical appointments to help with communication (have to write to Mom since she is deaf). The Wellness Center might benefit from more staff, though Mom is getting the care she needs. And with better nutrition from the dining room plus being well cared for, Mom has gained weight and is now healthier at a whopping 95 pounds! And the church she belongs to provides services at the Citadel too!

We are doing fine right now. The bathroom is not always the cleanest, in the room. I would like to see them clean it at least once a day. The staff is super friendly, and the food is good, and the activities are good. I wish they would check the residents a little more often for accidents, especially for the memory care residents. Other than that it's great, she is happy there, we really like it.

They have really done an excellent job at making mom feel welcome, and making him feel included in everything. Everything I need for me has been handled very well. I can say that I think it might have been possible for him to have been monitored a little more, as he tends to stay on his own and I feel he could be encouraged to get out a little more.

The staff at Emeritus at Salt Lake City are just excellent. I really just love the people. They have recently transitioned ownership (Emeritus is now owned by Brookdale) and there have been a few changes that has brought along, not all of which have been positive. For one, the food is not as good now as it used to be, and it takes a while for mom to get her meal. That really is the only area of improvement I have noticed though. Overall they are excellent and we are satisfied.

They're doing a great job at Arbor Hour of Temple. They seem to take a genuine interest in each of their residents, and they work hard to learn how best to care for each person as an individual. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they've got a good variety of services that they offer.

The realization of finding out and accepting that your loved one needs help is so overwhelming and you feel completely helpless, guilty, and depressed. Is there something I could have done to prevent it? No, but I can make living with this horrible disease easier for me and my loved one. It's hard to move someone that has lived in the same house for almost 65 years to somewhere strange, especially since they are in their memory journey. You want what's best and you start your homework and start looking and talking to everyone you feel that can help you. Do you make bad choices, do "things" out of hope? Sure, so you might pick the wrong home and several months go by and you are not pleased with the progress, cleanliness, food and overall care. So, the process starts again to look for a home, as the diesease is progressing faster than what you ever thought it would. It's time to find something else. Then you walk into The Arbor House, and immediately you feel the warmth, care, security, love, cleanliness of the home and it's residents. I can now say that since moving my mom here, she looks better, stays cleaner, smiles and is happy. Is this what I wanted for her? Of course not, I would have loved to keep her and take care of her. But, that is why The Arbor House was built, to help families take care of their loved ones, with respect, dignity, caring and understanding.

They are doing a good job, we are pretty pleased with them. The communication from one shift to the next could be a improved. I know they are busy, but sometimes when I come in and ask a question they don't always know what happened the shift before. They are very friendly, and whenever I come it's unannounced, and I have observed how attentive they are. He is always well cared for, and his room is clean. They always provide an alternate meal if he doesn't like it, and they are very quick about accommodations if needed. They are very accommodating. They had a car show with a barbecue and they got everyone to join in, they are good and gentle encouragement. I have even seen someone come and stay on their own time to help out when they were understaffed.

My experience with The Arbor House of Temple us ok. The services, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the facility, and care provided is all ok. Will have to remove my father due to cost of facility.

My experiences with Harvest Home have been good. I'm satisfied with their services. I'm happy with the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the facility, and care they provide.

The residents at inwood crossing are unforgettable. I saw much love, concern and compassion by staff for the residents. The nurses and caretakers were all over the place. It was a fun and busy atmosphere while i visited family. I would recommend this community. Down side was seeing the kitchen as i came down the hall.It looked like cramped quarters and no where to put anything. After questioning staff i found out there is a new kitchen in the works so this is only temporary. Thank you am staff for loving and caring so well for Grandpa!

This was a nice place. The only thing that kept it from being a five. The staff seemed to have had a recent turnover at the time. It seemed that they just needed a little more time to settle into the new leadership process for the new staff. The other thing was that they had a lot of little coffee clutch centers, little puzzle corners or just small spaces throughout where residents could sit and socialize. It was difficult to find a big enough space where they could really do anything. It was also in a little more of an urban area.

This is an older place, well furnished and clean and well kept up but studio rooms only. I want a 1 bedroom.

Really kind staff - super open and smiley, made me feel welcome. The building is located on a small street off Chapman, so it's tucked away from the main road. There was a lovely indoor courtyard.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved one. We liked what we saw here very much, and in the end we were choosing between this community and another. The director here is a very friendly, warm, and caring person!
