Pinnacle Senior Living

During my tour of the White Glen Assisted Living, I thought the community was very nice. It was clean and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. I did not notice anything that they could have improved on.

My mother has been at The Citadel about 6 weeks and she is still adjusting. They seem to be right on the spot when my mother needs anything. I don't have much to compare the experience to, but it has been good so far. The only thing I wish they would do is to come up with a checklist of things we will need to do upon move in, so new residents are not overwhelmed.

My loved one spent a month here before passing and it was wonderful.There were some hiccups but overall I would recommend them. They were very understanding during this difficult time.

Mom is in enjoying her respite stay at this community. The staff have been great. She has not complained about the food and they offer a lot of activities. The community appears to be clean and well maintained. I would recommend this community.

My mother has been in and out of the Willow Creek so it is hard to really say, but so far it has been a good experience. I will be updating my review in a few months with more details.

My mother spent her last days here and I was comfortable with the care she received given the circumstances. They could pay more attention to upkeep and maintenance of the building. Refurbishing is needed, such as, new carpeting and fresh paint. Overall, I would recommend the community.

When I toured the Lexington Assisted Living, it was an older community and seemed to have an older feel. It did not seem like they were as committed to the community as other places I toured. It was a nice place and everyone was very friendly, but it was not what we were looking for.

Things are going pretty good for my mother so far, I think it has been a good for. Everyone at the Brookdale Neenah has been very nice and welcoming. The place is very clean, I would recommend it to anyone looking.

We live close to the Woodstone Assisted Living and have been there multiple times. It is a newer place, but it has more of a nursing home feel than a homelike feel to it. It is not what we were looking for.

The community as a whole is fine. I have had a few problems with the aides making sure that my father in law is cleaned properly. Also the community is clean, but they do not do such a good job with his room. I think that it is because they are short staffed.

Viable option, little too far for us.

The staff at The Citadel are bending over backwards to help mom adjust to living here. The activities coordinator is good at encouraging her to participate in the tons of activities they offer. They offer activities such as cards, happy hour and church services. It is easy to get around the community and the maintenance staff are quick to respond. The food is terrible, they do not serve food to the residences, they have to serve themselves. Other communities I looked at offered money towards food, but that option is no longer available at Citadel. The place seems clean and I like that there are places outdoor to sit.

The price for this place was out of our price range. It was bigger than what we would have liked. We wanted a smaller place because my mother gets confused a lot and we did not want her getting lost. It was a nice place, just not what we were looking for.

The one thing I have been very pleased with at this community is the staff. They all seem to be very caring and compassionate towards my dad especially the first month that he was there. The only complaint I would have is he does not understand the dinning schedule too well. He forgets meal times and does not understand that after he gets his salad or soup there is more coming so often will get up and leave the table. The bathrooms could also have some improvement, I have visited often and they are not well maintained at all. Overall my dad seems to be happy and enjoying his experience.

We really liked this facility. We were able to talk to a few residents and got some wonderful feedback. We think our mother would do very well here, especially being able to have her cats and the size of it is manageable. However, she is not wanting to make a move at this time. She feels she is very able to take care of herself and is upset that we would want her to leave her home. So, we are currently looking at other options.

We got there as dinner was being served, so we did not get a chance to speak with any of the residents. We liked the resident rooms and the activity area. It was nice to notice small nooks where some of the family could be together without being in the larger meeting area.

We really like this community for my brother to move into.We liked the staff and the environment of the community. We would have liked to see my brother here, but it was more than what we could afford. We highly recommend this to other families for the cleanliness and the menu. They have a lot to offer for the care that is given

My uncle has really stated to get settled in his new home, he has made a few friends who he enjoys and likes to participate in some of the activities they have for him. I especially have to mention the very thoughtful nurse who works there [Removed]. She has gone out of here way to know what my dad enjoys to do and has requested to add them to the activity list. My uncle lately seems to be at peace and very calm which is a huge improvement for him. The only request I would have is that the billing department has a better organization system. Overall I am very pleased, my loved one is getting well fed, stays clean, and is well taken care of. I could not ask for more than that.

The Sherwood Village was a nice place, but it was just too far from my mother's doctors appointments and things like that. The tour guide was on time and prepared for us when we got there for our tour. It was a nice place but not what we were looking for.

The Shores is a very nice place with very nice people. My aunt gets along with all of the staff and the director. The meals she tells me are great! She loves the food that they serve. The apartment she is in is comfortable, but she still misses home.
