They do a pretty good job overall. There have been a few incidents that have caused me concerns. I am fairly pleased with Summit place. When we moved in I thought it was the perfect place, now I think it's a very, very good place. I am a little disappointed in the activities, but I think it's because of the residents limitations, and what they can participate in. I think they're above average compared to others around.

They’re pretty expensive, but I guess all of them are. The staff is so friendly – that’s the biggest thing that stood out for me and my family. We got to try the food and it was okay. There is enough parking.

Lakeview Estates has become my aunt's new home as a result of a combination of superlatives. It's newly renovated interior notwithstanding the excellence their highly vetted & trained staff presented our family and small patient to caretaker ratio were most appealing. Arrange a tour with Diana and you will be similarly intrigued.

They have been pretty good, they are clean and friendly. They do have a good variety of activities, not as many as some places, but a good variety. To me it looks like a very nice menu, he complains that it's not that good. I think it may be the healthiness of the meals, and lack of salt and sugar, that are causing the complaints. They have two choices for every meal, and there is an alternate menu that is always available. I think I would give the food a four. They had the best price point of the places we looked at. We liked the people that showed us around. They have been very accommodating.

We toured this community when we were looking into senior living options. This was a very nice community, and it was #1 on our list for most of our search until we found another place that edged it out slightly. It's a nice looking place, and the staff we spoke with were always very friendly.

Myrtle Beach Manor was a lovely facility, well staffed with very friendly people. We had a fabulous lunch and talked with residents and family members of residents and all praised the care, staff, etc. We were very impressed with this facility and thought it would be a great place for my mother until we visit Myrtle Beach Estates.

I've been impressed with this place overall. The staff are friendly and they do a good job with the care. It's a nice looking place, and they always keep it neat and tidy. At first I was not impressed with the food, but they recently got some new cooks and it seems to be improving.

I can't say enough about the helpfulness and caring of all the people connected with Morningside. Moving parents into any place other than their own home is a traumatic event. Morningside staff knows this and are very understanding and helpful. Currently they are taking care of my mom and dad very well. My mom and dad can be together there which was a very important part of the decision. Because of the level of care needed by my dad, other places would not take both of them. So far this has worked out very well. I rest easier at night knowing the care that they get.

We saw it in January. We liked it a lot. There were some things I wanted like a swimming pool, more & better activities. I will put my input in if we chose this resident. It was neat, clean & staff extremely friendly. I spoke to one resident who was very friendly. We both like this place and feel we would be happy here.

This is a very nice place, it's clean, and the staff are all very friendly. Really one of the things that drew me to this place when I was looking was the sense of community here. The residents are like a big family, they're always helping each other out or socializing in some way.

I have had an issue the last week or so with my moms bathroom floor being sticky, there was kind of an accident and there were some soiled spots on the carpet and there were some spots in the bathroom they did have them supposidly clean the carpet and mop the room the next day but there were still some spots on the carpet and the bathroom was stickier than ever. Overall I'm pretty well satisfied and I guess any place you are there are going to be staff that are more efficient than others or do their job better. I go everyday so when I'm there of course I know they're nice to her but I can observe some other folks and the way they're treated, maybe not so kind, but it's just particular members of the staff and I know the memory care director has said that she's been doing a lot of interviewing and there would be some faces that we would not see. It's just that there are a few bad eggs in the staff, but I feel better about the care that she gets, in a way.

This facility seems to be nice and the staff friendly. It is located in a nice area of town. It is set off the road with a pond in front of it. Everyone was very helpful. The residents looked well cared for.

Nice facility. Would seriously consider and would like to revisit this weekend. I believe they're doing some renovating.

This is a lovely facility with great staff members and management team. After touring 20+ Assisted Living facilities, this was my favorite; and my parents independently picked it as their new home out of 3 finalists in the area. The multiple levels of care that are available were perfect for our parents' situation where 1 is more independent than the other. PT and OT come to their apartment weekly, and we have seen a fantastic improvement in both parent's physical health and mobility. The staff there provides scheduled transportation for Dr's appointments, and 'field trips' to the grocery, restaurant outings, the bank, etc. are now part of my parent's weekly routine- and they love it. The activities they have weekly are excellent, and my parents are very happy now at Ivey Ridge.

It's very clean and the staff is excellent. It's a good value for what we're paying. The care service seems to be very good. I had a few things that I think were just adjustments and getting to know the place and them getting to know us. I think that's to be expected when you're first coming in. They're very responsive to when things come up. My mom seems to be engaging in all of the activities. She's occupied. They bring in animals; she's very good with animals and she loves that. She's in the memory care unit and she's able to participate in the outside activites and exerxises like tai chi. She loves zumba. I must give them high, high marks for their friendliness. I like the smallness of the unit for the memory care becuase it's more intimate and that's good for my mom.

Room was nice. Facility in the process of receiving a facelift. Staff was nice. Community Service Director was new. Nursing director seemed to be very nice and understanding.

There are 69 residents. The property was nice. They have occupational and speech therapy on site. Several Dr. come to the facility. But they will take you to the Dr. with no charge on certain days. They have an activity coordinator. A studio is $3,295 for 10 medications or less the charge is $125/month. 24 hour trained staff. They did not quote how much it would cost for level one or two assisted living care. Will do an over the phone accessment for the level of assisted living and then re-access after they are a resident. The room is a little larger than Dad's place at St. Leonard (270 sq. ft.). The residents are assigned to the same table to eat. They serve three meals restaurant style.

My partents started living there and now it is just my mom. She has been there for 3 years. I have so far been very pleased with the Plantation and still to this day would tell you I would want to be there. We have had a few issues but they have been addressed and taken care of in a reasonable time. My mom likes it there and feels safe. They have been under new management since about May of 2012 and are now trying to do some upgrades. It is a very big place but they have lots of activities for the residents to do and try to keep them motivated.

This is my favorite I've toured so far. It was Bright, busy, residents were active. Lot's of sensory and activities going on as well as scehduled. Staff that i met were pleasant. One room available now. Uses Montisouri boxes, backed up what they advertised or said they do.
