My mom is happy at this community. It is like a home atmosphere. Everyone is nice and really care here. They have alot of activties and they are trying to get her more activities . I recommend this for excellent care for loved ones.

This is a great community for great care. The staff is outstanding. The meals are good and appealing. They offer great activities for everyone. We highly recommend this for good care.

I am very impressed with this community. I have tried the breakfast there and I liked it. The food smells good when I visit. They have activities from 10:00am to 3:00pm daily. They offer family oriented activities at least twice a month. They always have refreshments set up for visitors. I would highly recommend this community. The staff are extremely professional, courteous, polite and bend over backwards for the residents and their families.

I feel that the staff is great and very attentive. They are helpful and always pay close attention to my loved one. My loved one is active in the community with starting up different activities for the residents to do. They offer healthy and a variety of food choices. I would recommend them to others

We spent four months seeking the right facility for our aunt. It's a very overwhelming experience with many advertisements on the web & each facility making claims of the best care. Seasons impressed us as a result of the friendliness & empathy of the staff. They were not simply focused on "filling a bed". They were clearly concerned with ensuring that Seasons was the best fit for our aunt. We researched each facility via online reports from state and county inspections. Seasons has been a five star facility for eight years with no demerits...This kind of record is almost impossible to find. Our aunt entered Seasons in July 2016. We have been delighted at her adjustment to the environment. Everyone from maintenance and housekeeping to nurses and management have gone out of their way to get to know our aunt and help her adjust. This is obvious by the way our aunt reacts to the staff often getting and giving hugs with a big smile.. Staff all greet her by name & clearly care about her. Most impressive is the fact that Season's actually does customize activities for individual residents based on their needs & abilities. Our aunt is a retired hairdresser & the Activity Director came up with the idea to provide her with wigs to style which she loves! The director, [Removed], is very hands on. In spite of a busy schedule, he has an open door policy and every conversation we have had with him has provided us with knowledge, answers to questions and tips for helping our aunt. He has a natural ability to make residents & families feel comfortable. In all the other facilities that we toured, there was an obvious separation and lack of communication between staff and management. During these tours, staff would sometimes speak off the record & tell us how much they loved working with patients but that poor management had caused a high staff turnover. This isn't the case at Seasons. All staff has been handpicked via various stages of interviewing which includes feedback from other staff members. They are held to high standards and are there for more than just a paycheck. We've been where you are--desperate to find a place with whom we can entrust the life of our loved one. We consider ourselves fortunate to have found Seasons. We can sleep soundly now without the constant stress and worry about the quality of life of our aunt.

The staff were wonderful and able to address all of my concerns. Southern Plantation is very nicely kept and clean. They offer a variety of activities for the residents to enjoy. We had a meal at the Southern Plantation during the tour and it was excellent! A little higher priced for the services offered in comparison to others.

This community has a lot to offer. They accept pets and activities are offered. A doctor is on call on site. The staff that i met during my tour were very nice. The guide was knowledgeable and gave me a proper tour. I really like the interaction between the staff and the residents. I wish the location would have been where we were looking it's a great community.

My mother's last days here with this community were good ones. They did a good job caring for her and her needs. I knew she was safe and in good hands here at this community. They provided her with great care. This is a community I would recommend. Everything worked out well.

The staff is extremely helpful courteous always willing to do as much as possible to make residents comfortable.

I like it here very much.I love my apartment the food every thing.The people are nice and will sit down with you and chat.There's a lot going on and you don't have to be lonely.

I have lived in another community and thought i was happy until i came and toured this one.Everybody is great the caregivers,activities-great love at here.

Everything has worked out very well for my mother here at this community. They are doing a very good job caring for my mother and her needs. The community is very well maintained, they do a very good job with making sure everything nice and clean. The staff have been accommodating. Everybody here are good folks. She has tried a few activities, they offer many for her to choose from. She is very pleased with the meals. I know she is getting great care, and this is a community I would recommend.

My mom is now living here at this community and so far all is going well. The staff are nice and welcoming. The community seems to be clean. My mom is enjoying her meals but would like more variety aside one other option. My mom is healing very well and I am happy with the environment here and The price fits our budget. I would recommend this community if needed.

We used this community for their respite services, everything went very well. They took very good care of my mother and her needs. The community looks great. The staff was kind and caring. We will be using this community again for their respite services.

The social interaction and care in the assisted living has made the transition very easy.The senior staff is always available for concerns.
