My mother is doing great since her move to The Phoenix. They are doing a great job. I would absolutely recommend this facility because from my touring experience, the staff is so much friendlier and it is a more calming soothing place. They also have everything here, like a denitist, doctor, and hair stylist. It has been a very good experience for her, we are happy with our choice

This is a excellent community and I am that she tell me she is happy being there. My mom is liking the menu and the staff are always attentive to here needs. The activities are good for her and she is pleased with being involved with the community. We would recommend this community for the good value and care for other families

I'am very satisfied with my brother's move to this community. He is doing very well, and everything is working out very well. I know he is receiving great care. The staff is great. I'am pleased with all they have done for us. This is a great community, and I would recommend it.

My mother moved into Morningside and I think it's just a good place. It's a smaller community and that allows residents to get more individualized care. I think they are short staffed but I understand that isn't necessarily their fault and it's mostly state restrictions. My mother loves the food and that's actually her favorite part!

I like the care that my brother is receiving here from the wonderful staff. The community is clean and maintained. The meals are good and he is liking the variety. We like the room that he has. Activities are the offer to him and we hope that he will want to participate. We do recommend the care of this community to other families.

The staff is doing a great job with my dad. I really like everything that is going on. The community appears to be clean. They do offer a lot of activities for dad and he has tried to get involved. The only thing is dad does not like the food that they serve.

I am happy with this community. The staff are very nice and try and keep me informed on the progress. The menu is outstanding. and the chef is wonderful and has gone out of his way for us. This is a new community that offers great care and a good value. We highly recommend this community for outstanding care and value.

The Morningside of Madison has been a good choice for my loved one. The place is clean and very well lit. There is a lot of natural lighting. The staff is all very accommodating and friendly. The only problem my loved one has had is understanding their accent because she is not from this state. They have a great chef, and we are very pleased with the place.

It's awesome and it's so nice that we got a place that takes care of people with Dementia and Alzheimer. I couldn't be happier, they are doing a wonderful job. It is a brand new facility and small, the maximum capacity is 50 residents. It's more like a home setting versus a nursing home. The biggest selling point, they don't make them get up early and will fix breakfast when they wake up. Mom is just so much happier. They have a courtyard to go when she wants and she is still confined. Security is awesome with a scanner and sign in log.

I am very happy with the care for my husband from this very caring staff. He is happy with a great variety of meals that are served. He is not active with the activities at this time, but they are always offered. The community is clean and very well maintained. I am comfortable with the care from everyone here. I have recommended this community to other families for the outstand care and the good value that is received.

My father has been there 2 times for Respite care. One time for 4 weeks and another for 3 weeks. I found the place always clean and smelled good. Before he went to Arbor Terrace, I had visited 4 other assisted living places and some seemed very dingy and like a nursing home with a strange bathroom smell. My father enjoyed having his own room. The staff was attentive to him. He would be nicely dressed and clean when I came for visits. He enjoyed the food and being served like he was dining at a restaurant daily. I think they managed his medications ok. In the first stay we did have to work through a few issues but the staff was helpful to follow up with his doctor to get more clarification on the situation. Overall I would recommend them for your elder love one. I wish my dad could go live there for his long term care and living, however, I do not think he will be able to afford it. Still looking for more affordability but with same great activities, service and staff.

Orchard at Tucker is a very nice center to consider. Our contact and the staff were friendly and very informative. The tour was excellent! This is a very nice facility. Outstanding!

I am very happy with the care that my mom is getting here. The stasff are friendly and attentive to her needs. The community is clean and she is happy with the variety of meals. She is offered activities with the other residents. I have recommend this community for the great care and value to other families.

Yesterday, my family celebrated the beautiful life of my Aunt [Removed]. Today, we give God thanks for the wonderful team at Blue Ridge Assisted Living & Memory Care. I am thankful to have seen their superior care in action, their understanding of the emotions of a memory care family dealing with crisis, and the fact that they had employees that willingly attended my aunt's funeral during their Personal Time off-the-clock. When I told them thank you for taking care of my aunt and how much it meant to me personally that they would attend her funeral service they said, "She's our family too. We wouldn't have missed this today." (For as long as I have worked in this Memory Care industry, this mighty gesture has new meaning for me today after having been on the receiving end with my family. It is the memory that will stick with me the most about the team at www.blueridgeassistedliving.com and will inspire me to go to every venue online and write them a positive review today... Simply because they did a wonderful job and hired great people that truly truly cared for my family. It's a great lesson for any business that has genuine compassion and love for the population that they serve.

The food at this community is excellent. They offer three meals a day as well as two snacks. They have a bistro and drinks available all day. The staff strive to please and are friendly. The housekeeping staff does a good job of keeping the community clean. I like the design of the community. They keep the families active with each other.

I am very happy with the Remington House. The place is always clean and the staff does a very good job taking care of me. I have not been able to join in on any activities myself but they are available for as soon as I am better. I am making a lot of new friends, everyone is very nice. The meals are good, sometimes they give large portions, never too little. I would defiantly recommend this place I am very happy here.

I was happy with this tour. It was not as homie as I wanted for my mom. The staff was very nice and caring. The did assist us with all of the questions. I would recommend this for great care for loved ones.
