We are so thankful for Phoenix and the care they put into taking care of our loved one.

All our needs are very convenient.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my accomodations, care staff dining and activities. A great place to live! The staff is very friendly and professional. The only issue is the corporate office owes above $3000 from a double payment that I made when I moved in in [date removed]. This issue not resolved after numerous requests.

Phoenix is a nice community for seniors. Friendly staff, professional medical staff. The residence is not so large as to feel overcrowded.

Every thing was great. I loved the staff, the apartment was a nice size, perfect for me. The cost sounds good. I really enjoyed the tour.

This property has gone through some really great renovations and even added some new management. We toured here months ago and then again recently and the updates are really good! Everything looks nice and the staff is always engaging. They take care of the residents like family. I guess thats a great benefit of being a smaller community. Staff and nurse are so knowledgeable and caring with my Dad. He was super picky with food at the last community and now he never complains. They are always understanding and give him lots of healthy and tasty choices. We are so glad we found Phoenix.

Louis, a caregiver at The Phoenix at Milton, is the most compassionate person I have ever known. His care for the residents is outstanding!! The Phoenix at Milton is blessed to have him on their staff.

My mom has been at Morningside for a little over 2 months. She is a very shy person. However, since she has been at Morningside she has flourished. She is in contact with other residents throughout the day. She absolutely loves sitting in the rockers on the front porch area. She has a great apartment and seems to be better, emotionally and physically, in this short period of time. I have met the staff and would recommend them to anyone. These people love what they do and pet these residents as if they were all their mother or daddy. I am so thankful that my mom is here. Should I come to the point of needing this type living situation, I will certainly join her there!! Here is a shout out to all the staff, nurses, cooks, everyone......THANK YOU for sharing your love and care with my mom!

I toured this community and ultimately ended up choosing this place. The Executive Director and his staff was excellent in making me feel at home. The sales gal was extremely helpful and never said anything negative about anyone else that I was touring, which really says a lot about someone. The Wellness Director was extremely knowledgeable. I saw first hand how he handled residents, especially in the Alzheimer's care unit. The care staff was so welcoming and helpful. Even the maintenance man was detailed when we moved in. Even down to the light bulbs being the same color. I'm not sure what it looked like before, but the renovations they have done really made it feel like a home.

Beautiful facility specializing in Memory Care, furnished rooms, Spa, Beauty Parlor and very nice courtyard. Premier memory care facility safe and secure.

Outstanding facility for memory challenged residents. Staff is friendly, gentle, kind and respectful of the residents and always ready to lend a helping hand. Daily routine and activities are well planned and executed. Facility and grounds are always well maintained, clean and comfortable. My mother adjusted well to her new environment and our family is more than pleased with our decision to move her to the Pearl at Jamestown. We highly recommend for anyone with memory issues.

Beautiful facility. Lots of windows to let in light. Staff was very interactive with the residents I saw. Most of the memory care residents were out sitting in the common area waiting on lunch. While I looked at the daily menus I did not see a real meal.

I brought my father here from Cincinnati to live after my stepmother passed away and he needed ongoing care. The staff at Sunrise was very good to him. They went above and beyond to make sure he had the extra's in life he wanted, even shopping for him at a local hardware store to get items he needed for his many projects. They had many special events throughout the year, and always recognized his veteran status on Veteran's Day. He made friends at Sunrise, both with the staff and residents, and felt very welcomed. Dad passed away recently, so he is no longer living there. But I have no regrets about my choice for a home for his last few years of life.

When I walked in I could tell this facility Is well taken care of. The residents had smiles on there faces getting along with others you can tell they enjoyed living there.

Management is very supportive of the employees. All who work at this facility are there for the Residents, They take pride in the what they do daily. I see a great demonstration of teamwork when I walk in.

I have friends and family here at Morningside of Branson Meadows. I would not want my parents anywhere else. The staff are friendly and cater to my parents every need. Thank you Morningside staff for all that you do.

I love this community. 10 minutes from my home. Interested in 2 seperate units for mom & aunt. 1 available 1bedroom(can be used as 2bedroom) only available @ this time.

This is a great community, especially the staff. They have a secret that should be a part of all the "Villages" around should have to take. The total atmosphere is warm and welcoming to us all.
