We have had some experience with other facilities and this facility has been more attentive to my loved one's needs. They have engaged her, where some of the other facilities she has been in didn't do that. Phoebe takes her the dining room for things breakfast and dinner, socializing her. So her spirits have been better this time around. Having that interaction with people who are going through same struggle as she has, has helped her. They have called me to let me know how she is progressing.

They are amazing. There should be more people in this world like them! Seriously, there should be.

My loved one has been well taken care of at Richland! The whole place is nice.

I would absolutely recommend this facility! The cleanliness of the facility was wonderful. My loved one was very really pleased with his meals. He definitely enjoyed them!

The nursing care has been good but I believe they are understaffed. They have very good meals.

Phoebe is the best as far as nursing care goes. Just their level of is the best. They are so attentive to my loved one's needs. Last week I came to give my father a haircut and a shave and the head nurse gave me a whole room with plugs and they brought me towels and they made everything easier. Everything to me here is off the charts good. There is no smell it is like walking into a really nice hotel it's welcoming, it's modern and clean you don't mind just coming in and sit in the lobby. The food was really good I didn't eat it but you could tell it was really good they gave him two desserts. They have already called to set up a health care coordination meeting for people who are responsible for providing care to him.

I would recommend the facility! I am definitely happy with the level of care my loved one is receiving. We knew he needed a certain kind of care and we are seeing exactly what we were looking for at Phoebe Richland. It is very clean! He seems to really be enjoying all of his meals so far. He's been eating literally everything they have served. The communication has been great. They have called anytime as well as been great with answering any of our questions.

They were beyond amazing, they were all so good to my dad. They were so kind and everyone is amazing there. They were welcoming and friendly and tremendously nice. His recovery was so quick. They were paramount in his recovery. In the event that my dad needed long term care, I would fight to get him in that place. Knowing that they are there takes a huge load off of me. I could not thank them enough.

In general, the communication has been good. The nurses have been great.

Phoebe has been the best! Everyone here has been exceptional! My loved one likes the meals.

My husband is doing very good in the therapy area.

He is happy with the care he got there. I have recommended Phoebe Richland.

I feel like my loved one is well taken care of and the aides are supportive to her and me. She had speech therapy and that was excellent for her medical condition. There was one aide that was friendly, warm, caring and pays attention to my mother's needs. The med tech is excellent and they care about what they do. There usually is no bad smell there. For the most part, it has a clean smell. The meals are good. All of the aides are helpful with letting me know what is going on.

The staff has really been phenomenal. I made a point to stop in the business office and mention that I am so thankful for my mother's care. They really have all been great. Kudos to the dining staff! When I was there I noticed how clean the facility is. The restrooms are kept very clean. The chapel and dining room are kept clean as well. The meals have been good. My mother has a very restrictive diet and they have been working hard to make sure they are providing meals for this.

We like that it is a faith-based run organization.

We are very pleased with the level of care my loved one has received here. They have been very good at communication.

They are so wonderful. It is cleanest I have seen. When I get to that I age, and I am his daughter, I would want to go there, to Phoebe.

The nurses are excellent! The section my husband is in is very clean. They have kind of a prepared kitchenette area that allows the residents to see their meal being prepared individually. In other places, you see the food hauled out of an institutionalized kitchen but here the meals are custom.

The place is clean and they are attentive. The workers are very kind and considerate. It is hospital food.

The cleanliness is good and the meals are good too!
