It looks like my loved one is getting good care. The staff seems to be very nice. The nurses seem nice and helpful. It appears to be clean. They have been very helpful so far and the social worker called us.

The treatment my loved one has been receiving with the nurses and the physical therapist and the speech therapist has been very good, they seem very positive and nice to her. I went there last night and they wrote a note saying that she was able to walk down the hall with the walker. The staff are doing their job. They have been very, very, very nice. I like that she is in a room by herself and they come in and check on her. It's very clean. The hallways, the resting area, her bedroom, and bathroom area are very clean. So far their communication is pretty good, too.

The people are very caring and check in on my mom. They are professional about what they are doing. She is getting results and seeing improvement from the therapy. I have no complaints on the nursing care, she is getting well taken care of. Everything was clean, her room, and the dining room. My mom has no complaints about the meals. I haven't heard from them and I am waiting to see a social worker.

My loved one likes it there he was surprised that it has gone so well. I was at a few other facilities and he was with me for that, and he said Phoebe Richland is better than the other places we were in. Therapy is good! They are working with him so well. He likes the nurses.

My loved one has been here before, and that's why we came back. The nurses and aides are very helpful and thoughtful. It's very clean. The head nurse during the day is really good.

We have been very pleased so far everything has gone well here. The nurses are really good! It's very clean! The meals are very, very good too! They've had very good communication so far.

The nurses' communication is outstanding. They are very nice and I was very impressed from the very beginning. They can't do enough for you. One of the aides was so kind it made my loved one want to cry when she left the first night.

She is pretty happy with it. It's very clean. She seems fine with the food.

The therapists are great. We had a problem that we had to work out. The DOA came in and straightened it out and turned it to a 5+ star experience.

I'd recommend Phoebe Wyncote! The breakfast was very good, pancakes and waffles.

We loved the way they took care of my mother. Everyone - all of the nurses and physical therapist, occupational therapist, and speech therapist - were so nice and caring. The entire staff was like that. They kept coming to check on my mother. They kept my mother room clean, and the bathroom, the family room was clean, the hallway. Everything! They have a nice landscape. The speech therapist worked with my mother and came up with a meal plan that she could eat.

It is pretty clean. I know my parents have been enjoying the meals and there have been no complaints.

In the short amount of time we have been here they have been great. He enjoys the meals, it's a nice variety. They have contacted me several times with admission and all of that.

It is good. It looked clean and the staff are very friendly. He said he has an appetite for the food. He says he is very good.I believe they are attentive with him. They seem to be very nice with him and he would say something if there was something not suiting him. Itlooks very clean to me. They make him go to the dining area. I have not had any updates yet except the discharge nurse called to let me know what they are doing for him. She was very nice.
