We loved the way they took care of my mother. Everyone - all of the nurses and physical therapist, occupational therapist, and speech therapist - were so nice and caring. The entire staff was like that. They kept coming to check on my mother. They kept my mother room clean, and the bathroom, the family room was clean, the hallway. Everything! They have a nice landscape. The speech therapist worked with my mother and came up with a meal plan that she could eat.

It is pretty clean. I know my parents have been enjoying the meals and there have been no complaints.

In the short amount of time we have been here they have been great. He enjoys the meals, it's a nice variety. They have contacted me several times with admission and all of that.

It is good. It looked clean and the staff are very friendly. He said he has an appetite for the food. He says he is very good.I believe they are attentive with him. They seem to be very nice with him and he would say something if there was something not suiting him. Itlooks very clean to me. They make him go to the dining area. I have not had any updates yet except the discharge nurse called to let me know what they are doing for him. She was very nice.

He is getting good therapy and I see the progress. The nurses are very nice to him. He also tells me that the food is very good. He enjoys all the people that he is working with and they are very good to him. They have been very cooperative. The therapy department is very good to him and very nice to him.

I think the nurses are great and everybody is great. He seems to like it there. He was in there two and a half years ago. It is good and I am hoping they can help him to walk. Today he seems a lot better and the therapists are working with him.

She liked the food and said it was good. They were not on the ball when she got there, though. They said all the rooms were filled and over crowded. They finally moved her when I complained. On Sat and Sunday it took a long time for the staff to change her. Every time they changed shifts they blamed each other.

I like the facility a lot! It has improved so much. It's very clean and the meals are perfect! The food is hot, it's good, and very different! I've even eaten it.

So far it's good. They are keeping me informed.

We live within Phoebe Berks at their assisted living. My loved one is now using them for rehabilitation. Phoebe Berks has done everything possible so far to make it the best experience it can be. They give him proper care and I cannot say anything negative or complain. They provide plenty of therapy and I'd highly recommend them. Twice a day they come in and work with him they have done the best they can with him. The staff are very nice and very caring. The facility is very nice and clean and they are very nice. I have seen the meals he gets and they look very good he has very good.

One of the nurses is especially great. They are all really good. Also if I see something they are good at cleaning it up.

My brother has been very, very happy with his care. They have been incredible. My mother is also at the facility and they have made arrangements so they could eat meals together and be together and they have been working on getting them a room together. They have just been incredible. They love the people and it is not just a job for them they really enjoy what they do and you can tell. The nurses and caregivers are phenomenal. The two activity leads have made sure she has been engaged. The receptionists have been incredible. The occupational therapist they have been making sure my mother stays on top of her therapy. Also the administrator and the director of nursing. The food is great. He likes all of the meals. They make sure his dietary needs are met. Everyone is welcoming.

Phoebe Berks is wonderful. The nurses are good. We really like it up there and the staff. They call me every day.

The people, communication, and care he is getting there make it five star. I'd absolutely recommend Phoebe Berks and I already have. They are very attentive and considerate. The assisted living area has just been super. Their staff is wonderful. The nurses are wonderful. It's well maintained and clean. The bathrooms are definitely cleaned. As far as meals it's not home cooking, but I think it's a nice selection. The staff is excellent and they are always available.

It's very good, excellent. He's happy with the therapy and feels he is doing well. The nurses are 100/100! Everyone has been absolutely wonderful and I am very blessed my husband is there. The nurses are very kind and the staff is very good. I get calls from the nurse in charge on the floor, too.

The facility is very clean, well maintained and friendly. We observed a lot of residents walking aroud, very well taken care of, and lots of staff. We had all our questions answered and really felt very positive about our overall experience.

Mom really likes the PT people. The nurses are good. Nothing negative to say about that!
