Everything is great and this place is wonderful! The staff care has been great. I have to initiate communication sometimes.

I think they are very friendly and seemed very concerned about my father and his care. He will eat whatever is put in front of him. I got two phones calls, and they were both very good.

My mother is very happy there at Phoebe Berks. The therapy has been excellent. She's been in their independent living for some time and she really likes that she can live independently still while knowing the staff is available for help if she needs it. All the staff has been very friendly and very outgoing. The common areas seem very clean. The rugs in the hallways are not the greatest. My mother really enjoys the meals and I've enjoyed the ones I've had with her. The staff has been calling me and other family members on a regular basis.

Everything was good and the staff communicates well. I would recommend it to a friend.

I have gotten to know a couple of the staff there and I am happy with them. They are friendly, everybody calls me, and I am happy with that.

Therapy was really strong. They really worked me and got me stronger. There were a lot of wonderful nurses on my floor. The food was excellent and the dining room was so cute.

Everything is good so far. We have been very pleased. This is a nice place. The therapists were not able to get very far with my loved one because of his health issues but they tried. They always call to make sure that I am aware of what is happening. They do not do anything without our approval. We were very impressed with that.

My loved one likes the place and she is getting better. The nursing care is good but there a few that need to improve. She is not accustomed to the way they eat there, but she is adjusting to it. She likes the dining room and is eating well. The communication is very good.

Everyone is really nice. The therapy is good and the food is good!

I think the level of nursing care is wonderful. The staff is as friendly as can be and they keep me well informed. They adhere to all the principles and regulations, and they're very happy to help with everything. I would have liked to see a more frequent bathing schedule set for my mom and the staff could have been more proactive about that. No sooner are the residents done with dinner than the staff is cleaning up the tables. My mother's bathroom is always clean. Across the board, they're on top of the cleanliness.

The staff is doing good job. The place is very clean and the communication is going well.

I would recommend them! So many people and they are all good, excellent in fact! The cleanliness is very good! My loved one loves their food! They have very good communication.

My loved one is always well kept. The staff is wonderful and attentive! They are all very sociable. They say hello. Her room is always kept nice and spick-and-span. She's not too happy with the food. They have her on a diet, so the food doesn't look too appetizing.

My loved one seems to be very happy there. She has spoken highly of them. She mentioned she would love to stay there. The staff was very nice. She hasn't mentioned that it's not clean.

Their physical therapy is helping my mom's legs. She is getting good use of her back in her arm with results. When I am there the nurses are usually busy somewhere else. It appears to be clean everywhere. My mom is very happy with the meals and sometimes she eats with others depending upon how she feels. I think they would contact me if there was a concern or an appointment. I can always call to take my mom myself. The communication is good.

We are very satisfied with Phoebe! I would definitely recommend the facility! In just one week my loved one has made so much progress. He can do so much more for himself. We are so happy with the progress! The nurses have all really been great! The cleanliness is very nice. I think they are doing a great job with his meals. They have tried to accommodate his meals. They have been very good with their communication. They reach out to me and I appreciate it.

My mom liked that there are areas to go outside to visit her. She had a male nurse that was fabulous the first weekend she was there. He did a wonderful job with her. There was one staff member that did not do what she thought should be done. Everything I saw was clean. My mom really likes the food there. When I called in they are more than willing to talk with me.

Absolutely all of the nurses have been great! From what my loved one mentions, there are some meals she likes and some she does not enjoy.

Everybody in the family has very positive things to say about Phoebe Berks. The layout is very nice. They treat my mother nicely. Everybody is very friendly. The nurses are always in and out and helping her. It is very clean. I didn't see anything on the floors or any dirt anywhere. I saw her eat one meal and she devoured it! She says the food is very good. I got a call from the person in charge of the social work and they told me what's going on and what the status with insurance is. That's the only phone call I've gotten, but they're updating my sister when she's there.
